Municipal Corporation Of Chennai — property tax paid to chennai corporation but receipt not generated

On 17.1.2019, i made online payment to chennai corporation for my property tax[protected] i & ii - rs. 1060 + rs. 1060 = rs. 2120) through net banking from my indian bank account via tech process gateway with the following transaction reference against the debit entry in my bank statement.

17.1.2019/tech process[protected]/corporation of chennai/transfer to[protected]

But receipt was not generated by chennai corporation and the property tax is still being shown as dues in the web site.

After waiting for two days, i sent a mail to tech process (Payment gateway) regarding this and i promptly received a reply from them saying that the transaction is marked success and the payment was sent to corporation of chennai as per their payment cycle vide merchant reference no:[protected]Payment id:[protected] & tpsl id:[protected] with a request to get in touch with corporation of chennai.

Kindly help me in either getting the receipt or credit back the amount viz. Rs. 2120.
