Illegal /poluted factory is running in primeses of shanti garden

Sir,
I live in Qtr. 1204, Sector 7, Pushp Vihar, New Delhi, 110017. There is a dead body of a dog under the stairs, which we use normally go up and down. It is smelling very bad.
I request you to remove that dead body of the dog.

I would like to inform that sever is in our street getting blocked in every couple of days in normal days due to its small size after clean out due to which sever is over the flow with very dirty water. In the heavy rain situation is getting very worst people can't walk on the street which can be cause of dengue and many so.

Request you to place bigger gutter to prevent this problem.

So I request you to please do the needful on top priority.

There is a plot vacant near my house and it is full of garbage people throw the garbage in that plot as no one tale care of that plot.
It is very unhygienic to sit in our roof or balcony as it smells badly.
Request to take action on owner of plot or do whatever is required.

It has been observed that there are “n” number of cows sitting on road on daily basis in front of gh6 appartment & peer baba mandir...
We all are well educated however, still some are behaving like illiterates by leaving their cattles on road that results in heavy traffic jam on road +cow wastes & even it is a risk to our life...

Today me & my brother both were on scooty & were travelling towards our home...in front of gate number 4, gh 5&7, 1 cow & 2 bulls started running behind us & they were about to hit me & my brother...
Somehow me & my brother managed & left our scooty on road for the sake of our life’s... We even had a word with security guard where he informed us that since evening many accidents happened on road because of that cow & bulls...

My question to authorities is why we are allowing such monsters (Owners of cows/bulls) to leave their cows on road???
Why we are risking our life in the form of accidents?
Why such incidents are happening?
Why can’t we do anything for protecting ourselves?
Why can’t we control such things??? Being a responsible citizen & well educated citizen i am requesting all the authorities to take corrective action... It’s high time... Pls don’t wait for somebody to die because of these cow & bull fights on road... Let’s be responsible...

Hoping my message will prove to be an eye opener for all the authorities...
Hoping & expecting a prompt response otherwise i might post this incident on twitter as well...

Pls give a notice to respective owners & kindly, help us with free road without any cow or bulls on road for avoiding such incidences that might take somebody’s life...

As per the law i have studied "section 417 of the delhi municipal council (Dmc) act will be amended under which we will restrict licences for a single animal. The rule applies to only urban areas of the city. The owner will have to make sure that the cattle don't roam around," said mcd commissioner k. S. Mehra.
Then opposite to this why cows/bulls are still roaming on road???

I am resident of jamia nagar joga bai extension r block,
Please know that on this road from al-noor masjid to qadri masjid due to overflow of wastage and garbage from sewage happens on regular basis.
Due to which chances of spreading dengue and other deadly diseases are very high in this area.

Kindly do the need full as soon as possibly, attaching some screenshot for reference...

I am rohtash, permanent employee of mcd west zone. While filling itr i got to know that income tax deducted from my salary for the financial year 2017-18 and 2018-19 is not yet submitted to income tax department due to which i am not able to file my itr for the same years.
Requesting you to check on this matter as this is not only about me, there are so many employees who are facing the same issue.

I wanted to know who is using our tax amount if not giving to govt.

Stray dogs in street are causing trouoble to public as well as destroying roofs and mirrors of cars.

Hamari gali mein ek naya ghar bana hai unhone apni taraf ki nali ucchi kar li jis wajeh se piche wale gharo ki saari naliyan neechi ho gyi hai aur paani aage nhi jaa pata hai gharo ke samne hi ruka rehta hai.iss nali mein sabke toilets ka direct pani ekattha hota hai jis karan badbu aati hai aur isse bimariyaan bhi fel rhi hai gali mein aur sewer bhi chalu nhi hai gali ke.kirpya iss samasya ka samadhan kijije.

In our locality, we are facing problem due to poor sanitation and smell from drainage system and it is getting worst day by day.

Respectfully it is stated that i am living in rz 28a, prem nagar, uttam nagar-110059. I want to inform you via this application that the hacks of garbage are lying everywhere infront of my house. There is unusual garbage dumping. Other neighbours always waste garbage dump infront of my house & street. So many times i am request to sweepers to remove this garbage but no one cleaning.
You are requested to send some sweeper who cleans out this mess. I shall be grateful to you.

My house has a sewer drain next it which gets chocked very regularly. Because of which our house gets flooded specially our toilets, as we are on ground floor.
Since its rains and due to covid and dengu season it has become all the more dangerous. My parents are old and it is much more difficult for us to handle this problem. Please help clean up the mess and sewer.

Please chalian for this as my neighbor has a huge amount of water deposited on their roof and a lot of mosquitoes are the bredding their and it is even a site for dengue and other mosquitoes so please take an action asap and see the image attached. I would like to bring to your notice that street dogs are troubling people in pitampura specially area near sachdeva public school pitampura, and even in dp market and may areas if you count the number of dogs you l get to know what we are facing. They do not allow people to walk on road and after 7 they start barking abd bitting people who are walking alone. They attack in number of 10 or more and nobody can help. Kindly look into this and catch them they have bitted many people.

*complaint detail* -
1. There is lady next to our house, her home's water pipe is damage, due to which filthy sewer water is coming out and, now after insisting her to get it repaired so many times, she's not taking care of it. That sewer water is everywhere in front of our house, and in front of 2, 3 more neighbors also, it can cause dengue, malaria etc where now we are fighting against global pandemic by keeping ourselves our home surrounding clean, she's doing opposite of it.
2. There is vacant house where the same lady litter garbage, now there renters are also following the same trend, day by day garbage is piling up, we have seen her doing this so many times but she never accept that she does it. Again it will effect on our health not only this we should keep our surrounding clean.
3. Her building's facade tile is falling down from 4th floor which is huge tiles, fortunately no one got hurt, it happened thrice in intervals, again after telling her to get it repaired she's not taking any action, we have told the consequences that if someone will get hurt it will come on you you will be responsible for it, but she's not listening anything, she's putting our life on stake. I think it's no value for her
Note:- 🙏hope that the strict action will be taken from the authority as soon as possible.

Violation of orders passed by the delhi high court in cs (Os) 186 of 2020. On dated 30.7.2020 in continue doing un-authorized construction in suit property namely 11 bhiku ram jain marg, civil lines, delhi 54
Sir,
The hon’ble high court of delhi vide its order dated 30.7.2020 in cs (Os) 186 of 2020 titled as “shreshtha builders and promoters pvt. Ltd. & ors. Vs. Kavita sharma & ors.” has restrained defendant no.1 i. E smt. Kavita sharma from carrying out any further construction over the suit property i. E plot ad-measuring approx. 170 sq yards forming part of larger land bearing municipal number 11, bhiku ram jain marg, rajpur road, civil lines delhi-110054.
That defendant no.1 in in violation of the said order passed by the hon’ble high court has not stopped construction over the suit property. Please also refer and consider my previous complaint submitted to you with court order vide your dd no 6207 dated 04.08.2020 made in this reference.
It is most humbly requested to take appropriate action and restrain smt. Kavita sharma from carrying out any further unauthorised construction over the suit property to enable us file a compliance to high court of the mcd having taken action.

Twinkle was doing cleaning and mopping of common area (Staircase) today on 14.8.2020 at around 10.00 am, in naraina vihar, pocket-2, g - block at flat no. 16 while dog bit her from back on her back.

Dear sir/mam, i am a resident of fa-362, mansarover garden delhi. (The back lane entry) and since i have moved here there has been no person or vehicle to collect the garbage in the premises. There has been a private garbage boy appointed by the people in the colony who charges a fairly high price and is not present for more than half of the month to collect the garbage. Its becoming a matter of nuisance on a daily basis, due to which it is becoming a place of infections. Kindly look into the matter and let me know if there can be a garbage collection van in the area.

The stray dogs are biting many peoples of our street and they fight with each other at late night and disturb us while we are sleeping so kindly come with a mcd van and catch them and of them dog is very like mental his/her hairs becomes like wings and from his body is always bleeding so please sir send mcd servants to solve this problem 🙏
