This is a letter to draw your attention to the problem of mosquitoes in our locality. Our area pincode is delhi-110052. For the past 3-4 months the problem of mosquitoes have increased rapidly. Since few months no corporation representative came to spread ddt powder in the drains and other concerned places. This will severe the situation to the worst. Thus, it is a request from all o[censored]s that it would be really nice if you could personally visit our area and see the vulnerable condition yourself. If visiting personally is not possible then please send some of your representatives to take necessary action to stop the breeding of mosquito larvae.

There are lot of mosquitoes in our area, we are not able to stand in our balcony, not able to go on terrace,
During day & evening time, the situation is same.
I know in this pandemic you are busy in protecting people from corona but trust me the kind of mosquitoes are here, i am afraid people may start having malaria,

Please arrange some fog or sprays in our area as soon as possible.

We are facing a huge problem of lot of tree insects infesting our house and surrounding. Request you to pls look into this as our entire row of houses is full of these insects.

These insects are small creeping ones with off white colour and they reach everywhere across our building. We arr worried as we have a 3 year old kid at home and she picks them up which is extremely dangerous.

Request you to pls look into this matter at the earliest.

Sir,

I am resident of rohini sector 11, new delhi 110085 and never seen fogging and spraying been done on time of which mosquitoes population increases.

This department only works after the rain, when dengue, malaria cases start increasing.

Govt should take strict action and fogging and spraying should be done on interval in every location of delhi.

Narendra madi ji, i want file a complaint against dhobi shoop. He is selling cigarette tobacco and biri illegally on a very high amount because many people gather their to buy such product and it can also spread to on person to another, i request you to please take some action againt the rambhrose shop so that everybody is safe and healthy.

Dear Concerned MCD Staff,

We have a badly wounded stray dog in our society who is biting everyone in the neighborhood and also keep coming and sitting in our building stairs. All o[censored]s and especially Kids & senior citizens in our society are very scared as they can not even step out from their houses for essential commodities like milk/vegetables/food. Dog's wound is increasing day by day and simultaneously dog is becoming more and more violent. We all members of the society requests you to kindly take necessary actions by sending your dog removal squad to remove all the wounded and violent stray dogs away from the society. We would be very obliged, thank you.

Please refer to the show cause notice issued by your department vide file no. Tax/aa&c/s/ngz/2020/d. No. 358 dated 17.03.2020 wherein a demand of property tax of rs. 52, 800/- (As on[protected] and interest of rs. 1, 04, 016 (Up to 31.12.2019) is raised.

My name is sanjeev goel. I am a regular payer of property tax and have never defaulted any payment for any financial year. I got registered with mcd property tax department. The registration no. Was[protected]. The current registration no. Is[protected]. I had paid all bills generated by the online/computerized system of mcd.

I had received a notice no. 6649 dated 18.12.2012 (D. N 52 dated 20.06.2013), wherein i was asked to pay the difference of property tax for the period from 2004-05 to 2007-08. I had paid rs. 2, 945/- through chq. No. 433990 of hdfc bank, dwarka branch as difference from 2004-05 to 2007-08 at property tax department, sdmc, kakraula housing complex, nazafgarh zone, new delhi. The receipt no. Bg 014259 dated 31.03.2014 was issued subsequently.

All the receipts mentioned above are uploaded on the online portal of sdmc, property tax department.

It is evident from the information provided above, that all the payment of property tax has been made on time and there is no default for any period of time. It is also evident that the difference was also paid for the period from 2004-05 to 2007-08 in 2014 itself.

It is to bring to your kind attention, that all bills are generated by mcd online and there has been no mention of any previous arrears/ fines / penalty due on the property mentioned above.

The demand of property tax and interest in the show cause notice is not understood.
1. How can a demand be raised for the property tax of year[protected] after more then 15 years. There was no intimation from the mcd in last 15 years for any pendency of property tax. Every year the challan is issued by mcd online and there is no mention of any previous arrears?
2. The interest is calculated till 2019. When there is no bill/challan raised, then how can interest is charged till 2019?
3.in year 2014, all pending/difference of property tax was deposited to mcd. Has there been any other difference, it would also have been brought to my notice and has been recovered at that time itself. How is it possible that the same department mcd is asking for the difference of property tax at different time for the same period?
4. The amount of rs. 52, 800/- is also not clear. How this amount is calculated, for which period and using which parameters. The annual property tax even today is not more then rs. 7, 500/-. Then how come property tax of rs. 52, 800/- is calculated?

I request you to kindly look into this matter. It seems that there is some error. Either mcd has not correct detail of the property or of the payments made by me. Kindly provide the correct details. As per my knowledge, i had paid all taxes on time and does not owe any amount to mcd for property tax.

I wish to say that i am a resident of b119 3rd floor paryawaran complex new delhi. Delhi jal board has completed the work of new sewerage pipe line in the month of february 2020. But after this new pipeline water is still stuck in the street. Construction of the road has not done. Mosquitos are breeding. Many complaint has been registered with d. J. B. But no action has been taken. Please do the needful at the earliest. Thanking you.

There are 2 cars in the corner of my street one side they parked their cars and other side they have a cooler in street and also parked 2 bikes opposite the cars. We have to face a lot of problems on daily basis. The whole street is against them. Kindly look into this matter.

Subject:dengue mosquito-related complaints for spray & fogging.

Respected sir,

I noticed, there are many mosquitoes in our i block, budh vihar phase 1 area near i1 /75 budh vihar phase 2 near sat narayan hospital. A lot of the people living are suffering from disease like chikungunya, dengue. I reported this problem to our nigam parshad mrs. Gayatri hemraj garg. Also but she send only two old men to sprinkle the medicine. Which was not at al usefull.

I humbly ask to instruct concern people to carry out mosquito disease prevention fogging in our area as it is very urgent to take precautions to avoid any big problem. You already know about the epidemic disease called corona virus spread. Also i have observed heavy increase in breeding of mosquitoes. Kindly understand the urgency and act promptly which i know you will surely do the needful and oblige.

Pet dog bite many time but today bits multiple time .kindly take him on urgent basis.

I want to inform you, my mother was ill for a long time due to which she has died, she was cremated at (Harihar shamshan ghat babarpur, chhajupur, shahdara delhi-110032), on 03 / april / 2020, and we were given a receipt from the crematorium and was told that receipt has to be deposited in the mcd office of north east shahdara delhi within 20 days. But work is not being done in mcd office north east due to lockdown,

Therefore, i request you to see the receipt in the attachment and make death certificate.

Hence i request to you that please reslove my problem.

Sir we are the residents of block d, gali no 2 sangam vihar new delhi. Here in our neighborhood there is a vacant plot which is full of garbage. We had register the complaint so many time but any appropriate action hadn't took. We also ask the owner to keep it clean but he hadn't listen. The garbage here can cause major health issues during this pandemic phase. Please help us to clean this vacant plot and also no garbage van has come at this area since last month of march. We have lots of garbage at our homes so the people of neighborhood throw the garbage in this plot. Your appropriate action will be appreciable

Yesterday i also spoke to the customer care number who has promised me that by today evening lights are going to be alright. It is an led lights. There are four lights in a row which are not working. Under this we have our gali may bike parking which requires lot of in order to safe guard the vehicles of residents who.

Please help and ensure that they are functional by today evening positively.
