I want to request you to change my mcd toll pass from monthly to trip base. I had sent a mail on "[protected]@gmail.com" to change this but still its get not any response from the department.
Please lookafter this matter. They are charging the toll tax double from the amount valid. We are charged double from 1st september till now. Please solve the issue as soon as possible

The gardner responsible for maintaining the parks in vikaspuri kg-3 block is not doing his duty properly. Parks are in very poor shape and have not been maintained at all. Moreover he heckles old people living alone in the houses. This is very unruly behaviour. He behaves like a gunda to the residents and gives opem threats to elderly people living in the society...

My concern is that i have entered only one time per day in delhi and 20 day's in a month that's by i always paid 100/- rupees in every entry so the total amount of a month is 2000/-rupees only but now a day's your mcd checkpost/toll bouncers demand 200/- per entry why this happend are you informed publicly in newspaper or any other plateform for raising toll rates, or per entry fee..

I want to get your precious attention towards our locality where stray dog's population is growing day by day. Not just their numbers are increasing, they are getting more dangerous than before. They bark at everyone who carries a bag, bark at vehicles and chases them. My sister got bitten few days ago by these over-aggressive stray dogs.
I know it is illegal to get rid of them but you can sterilize them so that they cannot reproduce...

I'm living near well no 2, centre wali gali, katwaria sarai, Hauz khas New Delhi . The problem is of drainage. Here a sewer line max of the time remains full and start to over flow. Local people have complained several time, every time workers come and get it correct but it again starts over flow after 5-10 days. After over flow it becomes very difficult to cross that area due spreading of sewage discharge and unpleasant smell. Please fix...

This is to bring to your kind notice towards the problem of sewer blockage comes under mcd. This is the frequent issue which crops repeatedly in short intervals of time, when residents complain against this inconvinience, they fix it temporarily, however it requires permanent action.

This is our humble request to look into the matter & and assign manpower to repair & clean the sewer with machine...

A stray dog, coloured white with brown patches on it is bleeding. And has a eye full of fungus. Please help him as soon as possible. He had been bleeding since the morning of 27th september 2019.

Hi, the park near d-10 sector 15 rohini is in a very dirty condition. There is no one appointed to that park and there are heaps of garbage in it.
There are plastic bags lying in it, it seems that the cleaner has thrown everything he cleans in the park.
We spoke to the mcd cleaner who denied doing it and there is no garderner assigned.
Kindly look into this as in today’s era we all need to keep our environment clean....

In my locality open drainage system has been blocked by some residents of the area for their own benefits and due to this larva of mosquitoes have been developed and could infect any person. Neither the sweeper nor any official has took any action.
These guys are very stubborn and don't listen to anyone.
