I live in palam rajnagar-1 where one of my neighbours lets her dog free without it's leash and it jumps around on people. It has jumped on me several times and once on my daughter too. It roams around in the gali chasing us and creates a nuisance. The gali is the only way to our house from the market and he comes in our way most of the time. When we complained to the owners they started shouting at us and arguing with us. This keeps going on all the time.

The residents of our colony are facing a lot of problems due to the stray dogs out here. These dogs have also bit a few of our inmates. Ask u to pls take action against this by getting them lifted.

We hv been highly affected by the way the dogs bark in the night and the way they follow anyone just anyone walking in the colony and also follow any bikers coming in the colony and jump on them. Children don't even step out of their house because of the dogs. Some o[censored]s are in absolute terror because of the way they bark and chase us every time we step out. Please help urgently.

On a 15 ft road this shop has placed standees on the road side in front of the shop to prevent parking in front of shop and promote the shop by encroaching on public road for advertisement purposes. This is a big hazard and causes countless traffic jams and accidents on a daily basis. They are choosing to encroach their shop onto the public road to promote their shop name and brand. Public road being used for the purpose of commercial promotion activities

Dear sir/ma'am,

I have recharged my rfid for monthly pass for the month of sep'19 on 31-aug-19
And i paid inr 3000 online through mcd toll app,
But the rfid reader is available only few toll plaza's like rajokri/ dnd and there is no issue.

But on 2-sep-19 i visited new palam (Gurugram) on delhi-mehroli road and at the mcd post the employee's are not accepted the rfid tag, i show him on mcd toll...

I am a resident of c 12 sector 3 rohini.. Peepal tree in my locality has grown very huge... It has not been trimmed since 3 years and thus has blocked air. It is touching my balcony too and thus increasing the chances of theft.. Tree has been grown very large and thus it has blocked view also and thus car batteries had been stolen many times and locks of shop had been breaked many times..

Pls take the required action and send the people for it's trimming as soon as possible

Mcd school sector-24 j. J colony rohini, as i live near this school and i know few students of the school. Sometimes i saw school notebook and 4th class students doing writing and dictation. Nearly 10 days are left for exams and syllabus is not completed.in exam days they just wrote answers on blackboard and all the students copied them. This is the condition of our mcd primary school. I think govt. Should conduct a raid on this school and they should check how much students knows the answer and even take test of teachers also because they sometimes wrote wrong answers and school is in two shift morning and evening and evening shift is just like picnic for them.5 th class students even don't know the alphabets and read a first class books. Except few students all the students at the same level from 1-5 th class. This is the real condition of this school

Sub:- complaint regarding cracks in my shops due to above multiple floors.

Respected sir,

I need to bring this information to your notice that my shops are having big cracks due to above floors. When i purchased those shops at that time there was only one floor but 3-4 years ago the owner of that floor made 2 more floors above that floor without kept in mind that the base is not strong or it can bear the weight of multiple floors or not.
From last 2 months i have been noticing those cracks and they are increasing day by day even the bricks are also divided in two parts.

Regarding these cracks i had already complaint to the floors owner many times but he denied for repairing. He placed iron garters (Of l shape) in front of my shops to support his building. Neither he get down the above top 2 floors nor he agreed to do repairing those big cracks in my shops.

I'm writing this complaint because in case of any accident happens like the building fall down then there will not be any blame on me.

Please conduct a non destructive testing for the building safety, or anything that is appropriate for checking the integrity of the building.

1. Recently there has been sudden increase in the population of stray dogs in our neighbourhood. Vicious –looking dogs roam the neighbourhood in packs and this phenomenon is causing terror to spread amongst the residents.

2. It is not only the sight of the dogs that are frightening the people, but also the reported cases of residents being bitten and chased five people, so far, have been attacked by the stray dogs and three are currently in the hospital for treatment. Some of the dogs look infected and diseased and i fear they may spread terrible diseases like rabies to the residents.

3. Aside from bodily harm, the stray dogs also ruin the cleanliness and neatness of priyadarshini vihar a, block. The hungry wild dogs frequently mess up rubbish in the rubbish bins by knocking the over and tearing the plastic bags used to hold the trash. Not only is it making the roads and alleys dirty and smelly, but such occurrences also attract flies, rats and other pests. Lastly, the children are afraid to use the playground facilities for fear of being attacked by the stray dogs constantly hang around the playground like they are seeking victims.

4. I sincerely hope that you will consider our problem seriously and that the council will soon provide us with relief. I am greatfull for your attention in reading this letter.

Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice that I am a Plot owner Anand Parbat Ind. area and wish to inform you that there is unauthorized construction going on opp. plot B-30, Street no.8, Anand Parbat Ind. area, near wine shop N.Delhi -110005, The owner is construct their building with out the permission of the M.C.D. . I requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the plot owner around and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice . For safety reasons I am not disclosing my identity to you. It is therefore prayed before your good self that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

Illegal extension of building s being done by encroaching upon public land by residents of e-37, lajpat nagar-iii, new delhi 110024. Complaints to monitoring committee, special task force of dda and local councillor all went in vain. The constrrruction is going on for the past over five-six months under the nose of police and sdmc. Request urgent action to stop and demolosh illegal construction on public land. Thanks

We have applied for e mutation online with uploading all the required documents on 15 june 2019 with online submission of the required fees on 1500/-. The application number allotted is 1560. Sir more than 75 days have passed, status is still under process. Since all the requsite documents as per the details provided in the edmc site were uploaded, we were expecting an early action to meet the digital india mission and as per the news items appeared on launch of e mutation in edmc

Sir how much time it takes to get the application cleared.

It is my humble request that lajpat nagar 2 has become a serious problem for stray dogs, they bark all night and even chase the bikes try to bite the pedestrians

I have fallen from the bike once already and there has been many such incidence

Moving out in the night has become a problem, it is difficult to sleep they keep on howling all night there are too many of them

I am a resident of a-5 bock, paschim vihar, new delhi and want to complain about the growing menace of monkeys in the locality, it is almost impossible to step out of the house. There have been many instances that they distroy our clothes, plants, pipes, cable wires and constantly disturb us any day time. This nuisance has been going om long enough but now it has reached home. Kindly send somebody immediately or i have the authority to take action against those dogs intruding in my property and attacking me.

With due respect, i want to register a formal complaint against a commercial kitchen running next to my office, which is creating a lot of heat in my office as well as in the passage. Myself and staff are not able to work even with 2ton ac continually running with 20degree celsius.
So here my humble request is to check whether as per building bylaw any commercial kitchen can run in office spaces.
Hope you can understand the pain, i also thought multiple time before raising such complaint against a business where 10-12 employees getting the job.
But now it’s truly unbearable to sit and work in my own office (I am not tenant so don't have much options).

Dear Sir/Madam,

Kindly be informed the dumping station(Khatta) of Shastri Nagar towards Bharat Nagar road is in a very bad shape. It is almost broken and about to fall apart anytime which could be a lethal and life threatening situation for anyone around it. Also there's no maintenance of it at all and it's surrounded by cows and stray dogs which block the pedestrians passage nearby. Due to poor maintenance, it's very difficult for the pedestrians and other commuters to commute from nearby due to very foul smell. Most of the time the garbage and the dump is lying on the road near buy. PFA few sample photographs related to this awful situation. Hope concerned authorities are listening and would take appropriate action to rectify the situation.

The street lights installed at gulmohar avenue, tti lane, near police post, tikona park, jamia nagar, new delhi 110025 under mcd south zone are not operational for the last 15 days and there is total darkness. Due to this there is always a fear of theft, attack by stray dogs, snatching by miscreants etc which is a serious issue of safety for the residents. Please look into this issue and get all the street lights operational at the earliest.
Eesl was also informed earlier and they have repaired 2lights but rest of the poles are still without lights which needs immediate installation for the safety of local residents.

This is to bring to your notice that i am a resident of mehrauli area and wish to inform you that there illegal un unauthorized construction in 5 th floor, is going on the 888/8, hans house mehrauli, delhi -110030, the owner has covered common area on the terries.

Hi we have one big seasam tree in front of our shops which is very dangerous for society & residents. Everyday it’s dry & branches fall on people & injuries are getting common. So i request you to take fast necessary action by shredding the dry dead branches. Its emergency. People are getting injured everyday it has become life threatening for us specially for old age and kids its on the main najafgarh road it is dangerous for traffic also kindly take necessary action
