Respected Sir,

My office address is B-70, okhla phase 2 (opposite Tundelkar Park). This letter informs you that there is a scrap shop in front of the office building. Those who keep the junk goods spread on the road all day and spread dirt in the nearby places. After refusing several times he commits mischief.

We should complain many times in the office, but the officers take money from him and take his side.

Due to this filth, there are many problems like pollution, mosquitoes and diseases spread.
You are requested to take appropriate action on this matter.

I want to draw your attention towards the bad condition of our road. This problem had been neglected for a long time. We face more problems during monsoons. Accidents take place, we are unable to walk because of collected muddy water. Pot holes become a breeding place for insects. Please look at the problem and take necessary steps to help us.

I am living in House No 54 in Sector 8 R K Puram and facing difficulty in tackling the rise in mosquitoes near my home. The risk of dengue, malaria etc. is very high so it requested that fogging may please be done nearby my area so that the risk of getting affected by mosquito related diseases can be eliminated

Hi MCG Team, this is to complaint you I m badly injured last night due to sewer was open and it was not marked red or surrounded to close.
it was happened on main road turn, no lights was working that time.

I am going file complaint to PMO and RTI against this issues in Guragon.

There is one man hole on the way to enter A-3 block, Janakpuri, 110058 which is not covered .Vehicles on this way face huge problem, even some car’s tyre get stuck while driving and cause heavy traffic situation and troubles the residents as well .Kindly look into this matter .Thank you

There is a tree in front of my house which has dangerously tilted about 30 degrees towards the road and a number of live electrical cables are entangled around it and it may cause a great loss to life and property if it falls down. The cause of tilt is its imbalanced growth and it requires some trimming . So you are requested to get it timely done before it’s too late

This is to bring to your kind notice that the stray cattle is creating a mess at DDA Flats, Gazipur, Delhi on daily basis, mostly during the evening time leading to long traffic jams. They are also obstructing the traffic for long hours also they do on the road which makes the environment dirty. You can see the most affect on the Main Road Gazipur.
I request the concerned authority should have check on the above issue and do the needful...

This is regarding the huge collection of garbage dump piling up day by day just beside the Adarsh public school (Dayal Sar Road uttam nagar ) causing intolerable smell and becoming the breeding ground of mosquitoes and bee's. It's nonetheless becoming a source for number of infections like malaria, dengue, diarrhea chickengunia to all of the small kids studying in the school. This is really an emerging serious health concern that can become a disaster due to the reluctant and no-act behavior of MCD department. Sweepers(safai karamcharis) are seen nowhere and doing nothing to clean the area since ages. It seems that Delhi Municipal Corporation saw the garbage management mechanism fall flat on its face. Garbage was strewn on the roads for days and the stench and sight were no less than a nightmare for residents. There is no truck or dumpers seen coming to collect the garbage. Please take an immediate action to stop further delay in order to clean the dump otherwise it will cause a huge damage to the health of all kinds studying in the school.

In front of my gate storm/rain water drain is going and due to broken covers some accident can happen, kindly change or replace the covers in front of our house in mcd drain.Total 9 covers are required of size-2'x4', my address is -WZ-42, Shiv Nagar, Lane no.-03, New Delhi-110058. The sewers in the my area are blocked for the last about two months( since the month of June), due to which Garbage In front of my home HAVE BEEN OVERFLOWING, FOR WHICH WE ARE SUFFERING VERY MUCH PROBLEM.

Sewer water are now starting to come on the roads due to which mosquito and other bacteria are now produced.now the chances of diseases are more and some peoples are already suffering from food poisoning and some other diseases.

As I know already India suffering from pandemic and we really appreciate your efforts you are currently doing but it will really help us if take appropriate action toward cleaning the sewers as early as possible.

Kindly arrange to vacate/clean the sewers IMMEDIATELY so that we can get rid of this basic need problem.

I am owner of Property UPIC number [protected] and have today noticed that the NDMC portal is showing outstanding house tax of Rs. 3326.40 plus delayed payment interest of Rs. 748.44. The total value of invoice inclusive of all taxes is Rs. 4483.51 for FY[protected].

I checked my records and noticed that i have already paid online Rs. 2004 towards house tax for[protected] on 7th March 2020 vide receipt number G[protected] as per the amount demanded by SDMC at that time (earlier property number is[protected]

While i have for now paid the current demand of Rs. 4483.51 (transaction ID[protected] to avoid any further interest claims, i request you to investigate reasons for duplicate tax invoice raised on me and arrange to refund the payment made by me today.

The amount of Rs. Rs. 4483.51 may be reflected by the SDMC in credit to my above-mentioned property.

Please do the needful and oblige.
Please let me know once the credit is posted to my property account.

This problem is going to difficulty day by day
They are bite someone and broke something because of this very difficult to come out in day and night also.
It's totally unsafe they destroy pipes, wires, sheets etc.they bite other animal also.please send a team to pic it up as fast as u can .

I am residence of the Flat No.37 Ground Floor Sector-9 Pocket-I DDA SFS Flats Dwarka New Delhi 110075. I would like to bring your kind attention about the rising menace of Stray Dogs in our Locality.For the last few month i have been noticed that the Stray Dogs on street and corners of our locality have been causing trouble from regular basis.

Very dangerous stray dogs in our society

there are 3-7 dangerous stray dogs who are barking whole night and attacking on kids, adults and people walking on the street. it is not possible for us to sleep for whole night nor we can pass easily from the street. we are very unsafe due to these dangerous stray dogs.

Everyone is scared from passing through this route and children are also frightened by barking and these dogs run and follow people passing through this lane, situation is very critical, so I request SDMC to take appropriate action and move these dogs away from this area.

This is bring to the notice that Malviya Nagar Metro Station outside area is badly spitted by auto rikshaw drivers that commuters can't even stepped out properly, its spitted so badly everywhere that its feel like anytime we will vomit out . So shameful to see the public response that how they take it casually and ignore very easily and travel in autorickshaw who are too unhygienic .
Streets in C & D blocks are too spitted everywhere that we can not walk freely on the roads . Street dogs too spoiling it . Kindly take action against public spitting on it very casually.

The stray cows have been creating a nuisance in the D - Block of Freedom Fighters Enclave, Neb Sarai. Their Cow Dung is splattered everywhere due to the movement of vehicles.
Also the corner area in the society has become a dumbing yard of construction waste and general waste as such.
The safai Karamcharis have also not been coming for cleaning and picking up of the waste.

One of our relative Mr Ashok Kumar is doing illegal and dangerous construction over and above the authorised one in order to collect rent from the tenants. All the rent he collects, doesn't distribute to other family members. I request you to take immediate action.
