Dear sir,,

Please take note that i had earlier filed a complaint to stf bearing reference no. Sns[protected] with your department. The said complaint was marked to sdmc on 11.03.2019 by your department to take action. However it seems that till date no action has been initiated on the said complaint.

It has further transpired that the owner of the said property mr samrat singh nirula in collusion with local officials has filed a false affidavit regarding the misuse of basement and other illegal construction/s in the said property. It appears to be a case wherein the owner of the property, mr. Samrat singh has probably bribed the mcd officials.

You are requested to kindly look in to the same and initiate appropriate enquiry. You are further notified that in the event appropriate action is not taken by your department, the undersigned would be left with no other option but to approach the court of law for initiating action against the erring officers of sdmc.

Sir the building is being misused to the core, it is voilating the construction bye-laws and fire norms as well.
It will be really hazardous for the lives of people living in the building in case of earth quake or fire...

Also to the neighbours as if it all fire breaks out the neighbouring residences will be in danger as well.

Coming on to serious offence of bribing, mr. Samrat singh should be jailed as well as the concerned je should be held for filling a false affidavit. And a fir should be filled against him in the local thana.

It is a matter of serious concern where not only a building is voilating the bye laws, the person here is bribing the local officials to get rid of the situation.

Sir looking forward to positive action atleast this time, as it is a matter of lives of people living in the building.
All the culprits should be punished.

It has come to the notice of the undersigned that owner of ground floor mr. Samrat singh nirula and surinder kaur of house no 258 at new friends colony a block, new delhi, have been using the basement of the house for a residential purposes in gross violation of mpd2021 and as per the bye-laws set up by the govt. Under the guidelines of the honourable supreme court of india.

They have constructed 3 toilets in the basement and 1 kitchen which all are functional meaning thereby that they have created wet points all across the basement which is again in contravention of the guidelines laid down under mpd2021. This also points out to the fact that the said basement is also being used contrary to the sanctioned map.

The fact that an operational kitchen is also there in the basement along with a gas connection is also a safety hazard for all the occupants of the building. Needless to state that a gas connection is being used without clearance/approval from the requisite authorities.in the unfortunate event of a fire there would be no escape for the occupants of the entire building and the same could lead to immense loss of life since gas cylinders and other inflammable materials including furniture, clothing etc are being placed in the basement, the same being used for residential purposes.

Moreover there is a septic tank in the basement right next to the main footing of the building making the footing weak and hence the structure stability of the building is being compromised resulting in putting the lives of the people living in the building in danger just to fulfil ones greediness of living a fancy lifestyle.in fact it has been noted that the footing was damaged while making the septic tank.

It is to be noted further that the owners of the basement have also constructed permanent partitions in the basement thereby creating bedrooms, kitchen, toilets etc. Needless to state here that the same is not permissible in view of the guidelines laid down in mpd2021. Also in the event of any emergency the same would create hindrance in escaping from the basement.

Also they have made one big bed room in the basement where mr. Samrat singh nirula lives with his wife mrs. Dhawanpreet kaur and their child.

So it is our humble request that stf should take strict action against him this time so that it sets an example for other defaulters.

Stf should atleast seal the basement and should ask him to re-inforce the footing of the building (Which he has damaged while making the septic tank) so as the stability of the building is intact.

The copy of this letter is also sent to the dcp south along with stf.

There are any illegal created speed breakers.
There are roads created in arya mohalla, shiv baksh park and surrounding areas of nangloi. There is illegal creation of many speed breakers. They are created by putting bricks due to these many bikers are slipping causing many accidents.
People are falling due to collision with them.
Cars are damaged due to the big size.
Please take an urgent action regarding this

There are big garbage dump in a open plot. This smells very bad and dangerous for resident. Please remove that from there for cleaning.
Due to rainy weather garbage spread too dirty smell and mosquitos. Peoples are facing problem from last 7 months. It's difficult to move from this way.
Hopefully you will be understood our problem. Please get rid to us from this problem.

This is in concern to the area opposite to india hotel, burkhandi mandir of old delhi railway station, chandni chowk. Here the issue is some vendors has occupied the foothpath by there daily routine work some of them are tea stalls, lemon water and kuda pickers, now what is happening is people can not walk over to the foothpath and they need to walk by road, as you can see the route is one way sometimes people not want to walk by foothpath because the people who have encroached the foothpath use to tease the ladies and children's walking by foothpath, so they need to walk by road.
Now what happen is road get stuck because rikshaws and thelas coming wrong side of the road.
So, people like ladies, children, old age people who are walking need to face various chalenges.
If vendors, kuda pickers who have encroached the road side foothpath could be removed than foothpath would be avialble for walking and going than this issue could be resolved.

I hope any official who is reading this message can solve this issue or if he/she wishes than can forward this issue to relevant authority, i hope this issue may be resolved as soon as possible. A step towards better india.

Sub.- complaint against unauthorized factory in residential area where they are creating noise and my house is vibrating like earthquake.

These people make something with ac, cutting machine work for iroan work which creates a lot of noise & it feels like earthquake despite of repeated request they are still running their factory at the same place so we would like to bring this to the notice.
As the factory are situated in between the houses of common people, people nearby are not able to take rest /sleep at their home for whole day. Working their hand machines make a huge noise that can be heard in all the nearest houses in the street specially at night & early morning when working people reach home & need some rest to relax our mind the sound of their iron cutting machine & cutting machine make our life miserable. Not only this but the people working in this factory is very rude and misbehaving/ misconducting throughout the day. While working during the day and night these workers listen to fm radio, songs loaded in there mobiles at a very high volume which makes it even more difficult for people living around to sleep in piece. People living around cannot expect moments of piece. So we the people cannot tolerate and bear the working of these illegal factories in this residential area any more. This factory is situated at plot no. Plot no.24a bhim enclave vikas nagar uttam nagar 110059. Land mark near shiv vihar mother / katariya school wali gali or many factory are there when i am writing you the complaint they are still working (When i told them to stop working they said to me that "its not vip area / posh area, or dekhen kon rokta hai. We have numerous stray dogs in our society - s. F. S. Flats, ashok vihar phase 4. Many complaints have been lodged for the same but the problem has not been solved. These dogs are becoming increasingly dangerous. Chasing and attempting to bite the residents, we can't walk without their fear within our society. Kindly look into the matter on urgent bases.

We have numerous unhealthy stray dogs in S.F.S. flats, ashok vihar, phase 4. They often bite and regularly chase eldèrly and children. Many complaints have been made prior to this, but the problem has not been solved. When the sterilizing van comes, the dogs hide for a while and they leave without resolving the issue in hand. Kindly look into the matter on priority bases.

1. There is a new dhaba at 87 baldev park, delhi 110051. He doesn't have a license.
2. No chimney
3. No license for tandoor
4. Road encroachment - cook food on road
5. Child labour - child does cooking and other stuff
6. Dhaba opened in residential area and property
7. Tandoor, water and noise pollution in residential area
8. Cook food whole night and disturb the sleep of nearby homes
9. No fire safety equipment for emergency
10. Table sitting is there but no gst. Everything is going without bill to save taxes illegally.
11. Traffic get chock because of cooking food outside
12 no food hygiene maintained

Sir, in raj nager 2 palam colony gali no 2, there is raju milk shop wala he parked his riksha, dhoodh rehdi, sabji rehdi on road there is also lots of sabji wala in evening time the full road is blocked and with this lots of traffic jaam lots of noise full day and lots of other people park their vehical on both side of the road. There is no space in case of any emergency
Please take legal and immediate action

The road in our colony (C3-a block, janakpuri, 110058) was dug up in around dec 2018 to repair some sewar lines as informed by the workers.

It is may 2019 and no one has covered it till date. Elderly and children keep falling and getting hurt. The pits have been dug for do long that the plants have grown up in it.

Why has it not been repaired and if the funds were allocated for this repair the same have not been used for the purpose

Please repair this so that we can moov properly around. The pits are so deep that on night a car wheel got sunk in the pit and 5-6 people had to lift it up.

N pocket central park is a prime location for the residents of all srounding pockets. Park is popular in the area as a model park in terms of greenery and different kind of trees. But evening onward park turned into dark place.

So you are requested to kindly instruct to authority to repair the high mask light on priority basis at the earliest.

There are so many stray dogs in our area that they are increasing fast and are causing street unhealthy and unhygienic. These dogs run after people and vehicles. They make a lot of noise everyday and made the place so dirty which is very unhealthy to live. Please trap these dogs as soon as possible from the area so that our area become a good place to live.

I live in h block ashok vihar phase 1 road and in the day time there is a person who leaves around 10 cows near my house and those 10 cows sits outside my house everyday which leads to lot of cow dunk and which produces the fowl smell in which a person cannot live. After many warnings by residents that person is not taking any action. During the night time on the same street there is a group of 25 dogs that does not let a person walk on that road. So i demand an action from the corporation on an immediate basis.

I came across perticularly two entities where they are either not registered or not giving proper bills. They take all the payments by cash and even don't serve upto the standard. These entities are
1. Jindal's maharaja agrasen residency located at
585-586, rohini sector 23 rd, sardar patel enclave, pooth kalan, rohini, delhi, 110086.
They charge in cash and don't provide proper invoice. And if asked for they quarreled with traveller's. They have other shop near their gate which does the same. It's hardware shop. May be with the jindal hardware name.
2. Malik banquet hall, located on main kanjawala road, in front of rajni gupta hospital on first floor above sweet shop. They are so unprofessional that they don't give bill and proper service if booked. They take all payment in cash only and that too before starting function then they don't serve as promised. And when asked for bill they threatened us as we wished to book them under consumer court. They don't have gst number at all.
Please take a note of this that they don't have any registration nor any other government recognition. They are booking without any provision of fire safety or anything to do with audience. They create traffic problems in the front main road.
I'm very sure that both the buildings don't comply to building regulations and no fire safety code was followed.
Please take some serious action and book them for the offenses they are doing. We are from very humble background and could not fight them directly.

I would like request you to file a complaint that is i am residing at the ground floor and the people living on the upper two floor have done unauthorised construction due to which i have a fear of buildiing getting colapsed, and the ower of the top floor have also shifted my water storage tank because of his unauthorised construction and he did not given me enough space to get to my water storage tank and most of time they refuse to get me in for maintance of water storage tank. Please take immidiate action for the same.
