Sir,

Myself a resident of khari baoli area located near chandni chowk delhi-110006. I would like to draw the attention of authorities towards a property in my area where unauthorized construction is going on with involvement of local ruling person and mcd officials. Involvement of huge bribery is suspected along with huge evasion of taxes and even benami properties / bogus registries are involved. The matter relates to property no 6323/25 bidi market naya bans delhi-110006 where there the title of properties first and second floor was under dispute and case was pending for judiciary decision. The first and second floor of the property were demolished in december 2017 and unauthorised construction of first floor took place in january 2018. The property was booked by mcd on 01/02/2018 wide file number 31/90-n/b/uc/cspz/18 and demolition on property was made on 22nd march 2018 (All information provided to me by mcd in rti application).

Recently it came to my notice that now again in december 2018 two floors had been constructed and more floors are being constructed as per information from locals that even few floors have been sold for few crores with registries in fake names along with bogus transaction for movement of funds in order to evade law. Mcd is keeping its eyes closed over the matter even after repeated complaints. As per the information form mcd and locals builder of property is mohd. Shahid who is a famous criminal of the area.

I request the authorities to take appropriate steps for stopping of the unauthorised contruction and demolition and sealing of the property.

For more than a month a sewer is overflowing and dirty water/ waste of sewer get collected in front of H.no 168, 129, 130, 168/1, 169, Aliganj Kotla Mubarak pur, N.D. due to overflowing and waste of sewer all the environment of this area get polluted with UN-tolerable smell. it is very difficult to live in such conditions.
due to this problem passerby also face difficulty in pass through from the road.
it is also submitted that on number of occasion residence of this area visit the concern office of mcd but still problem remains till now.
it is most respectfully prayed that please take immediate action on priority basis and solve the above said problem. i am also requesting for the sewer machine because form very long time sewer line not clean with the help of sewer machine.

Esteemed sir with due respect that we are the residents of halo no 5 brahmpuri, delhi-110053 our neighbour mr. Gourav r/o h - 417 brahmpuri delhi has installed some mobile tower on their roof top. The said building not only is situated in a densely populated residential area, but also there is a school just opposite the said building and a. I suppose according to the mcd guidlines no tower can be erected in residential areas. Also as we all know that it causes very harmful effects on humans living nearby and on the guidelines of hon’ble delhi high court towers are not allowed at residential areas, it creates many diseases like cancer, and also affected the infant old people and specially for pregnant women. It’s radiation is very harmful for all. So please sir will take appropriate action and remove it as early as possible. Thanking you - you’re truly. Residents brahmpuri delhi

7 years ago a notice (Dated 13/7/2011) was issued in the newspapers regarding - mcd policy which allows construction on individual floors.

The matter stated that -
(The floor wise sanctioning will benefit property owners as they will be allowed to make alterations in their houses/floors without seeking a no - objection certificate (Noc) from owners of the other floors.)

The matter came and went but it...

The house no o[censored]nauthorized construction is d-144 nehru vihar delhi 54, i have already registerd a complaint but no action has been taken, its been 2 months, but no officer has come once to check the property, the builder is taking the land of street also to expand the house, i have registerd the complain 2 months back, mcd office knows about the complaint, builder has been called by the department but the builder has given money to the officers and officers havnt come to check the property once and the complaint remained unresolved, if i dont get any positive response from this complaint, i will go to the higher authority to seek the help
Please take necessary action as soon as possible

There are so may stray dogs in shyam vihar, deenpur, najafgarh, new delhi. Kids are afraid of them. They make nuisance whole the day and night. I have already made complaint through telephone on[protected] and my complaint number is 1453. They fight and bark all the night because of which people of the are not safe and can not sleep whole the night. Please do the needful and catch them from the area and send somewhere else.

This is to inform you that i am a resident of indra vihar, mukherjee nagar, delhi, 110009 & from the last month all society have noticed that population of stray dogs and cows have been doubled in our area. So this is to request you to please put your attention to this matter and do the needful.

I am a resident of House no.11-12, Pocket-14, sector 22 rohini, New Delhi 110086 since 3 year there is no street light near the area and several times follow ups is made to counsellor and MLA but no result found.
We had made many follow ups with tpddl n mla but no result found at night dark n dark every where theft is very common at that palace plz consider it on priority basics

I’m writing again about the water logging at d-39, anand niketan. Opp baba balak nath temple. New delhi 110021. After telling them repeated times that it will lead to dengue and deaths they don’t get it sorted. I pass by everyday and the water is there from washing the drive way daily. Kindly look into the matter and have them pay a fine or something so they understand. Asap.

Dear sir,

This is to bring to your notice that an unauthorised construction is going on plot no. 100 of pp block, maurya enclave, pitampura, delhi -110034. Builder is planning to extend around 15- 20 sq. Yard on back side of the plot which is totally unauthorised according to the law. Already builder has extended iron pillars on back side. I want you to take a strict action against the buider & owner. Please stop them to do it. After this complaint if this will construct, than i will take the matter to the higher authority & media. Kindly take the prompt action.

For more than a month a sewer is overflowing and dirty water gets collected in front of rps flats no. 38 to 47 regularly. Many people came from sdmc and nothing is done. Please get the work done its very difficult to live in such a dirty conditions with a foul smell.

Dear sir,
Rang up twice dr parveen, dy dir vet mcd north to remind him that complaint no. 7341 dated 24.12.2018 still stands unattended for clearing our apartment from the menace of stray dogs already bitten many people. Is this the culture of mcd for not answering the call? Please revert and assure action to the undersigned else our rwa knows ways to take our grievances to authorities for answering negligence.

Sir/madam i am the resident of b block mansarover garden. There are lot of stray dogs in our society. The number of cases of the dogs bite have risen in our area. Our children can't even step out to play outside. One of our neighbour was recently pounced upon by the stray dog and while preventing himself he fell down and a car smashed his feet badly and he has to get operated. He can't walk for 3 months. I complained several times to solve the problem. But nobody came to catch them. I request you to take this matter very seriously as it may cause some serious or grave problem in the future.
Kindly resolve the matter at the earliest

. We are writing this letter to requesting for taking a strict action against dogs. There are many dogs in our street who are very violent and two of our staff has been injured due to dog bitten. We request you to please take away the dogs because we are working in a company and our godown are nearby to our office but we are so scared of going to our godown from our office.
