I am resident of A Block West Vinod Nagar, Delhi - 92. I am a practicing lawyer in Karkardooma Court. A builder namely Bitoo Aggarwal is a builder and is constructing flats in A 25/1 Block, near shankar gym, Gali No. 10 West Vinod Nagar, Delhi. He is flouting the rules, regulations and bye laws in collusion with officials of MCD and Police. He did not follow the rules regarding covering of area while constructing building. He is now raising 6th floor in the said plot. Kindly take suitable action immediately so as to restrain him from constructing such floor which is clearly illegal and cannot be allowed. a copy of this complaint is also forwarded to vigilance department of MCD, East, Delhi.

I am a resident if G-block Lajpat Nagar III. The place in front of our house is consistently littered by construction waste or by house waste. People take the waste out of their homes and put it in front of our house. This time the lady from Dr R.A. Garg's residence, G-22 was guiding to take waste out of their place to the same spot. I have took the pictures and I am sharing them too. Kindly take the matter into consideration and apply rules so that no further littering is done by residents in the block

Unauthorised construction going on at AC 133B Shalimar Bagh
Main load bearing Beams of building has been removed
Main earthing wires of the building has been removed.
Shafts of the building has been closed.
Drain pipes has been tempered.
Complaint already submitted to deputy commissioner keshav puram on 4th July, No Action has been taken yet.
Complaint copy has been attached.
When I object them to do any further construction then they say '" neeche se lekar upar Tak Paise khilaaye hai humne, kuch nai hoga, jahan chahe wahan complaint karo' "
The contractor says " MCD waale kutte hai mai haddi daalta rahunga wo kuch nai karenge"

We are residents of Pocket - C-5, Sector - 6, Rohini, since last few months we are facing severe problems raised by stray dogs whose numbers have gone up sharply and have become aggressive in thier behaviour including attacking and biting both kids and adults. Several instances of dog biting have occurred recently which has made extremely difficult to adjust in normal routine. Kids are also playing in that area and one of the dog is infectious with some disease. Request you to please send a dog catcher team there.

Looking forward for your immediate intervention in this regards.

Due to radiations from mobile tower installed in residential area we are facing heart issues in our neighbourhood.

I am a resident of Budh vihar phase 1, New delhi Pincode 110086 and the tower installed is in front of my house so please remove it as soon as possible.

As the required limit to place a tower is 50 metres from residential area and this mobile tower is placed in the midst of our area.

Please find attached list of our all neighbours who also wanted and signed to remove this tower from this area.

Requesting you to please look into this and remove this mobile tower ASAP. As this is a serious issue.

Residing in Flat-28, Bharat Vandana Apartment, Sector-19, Pocket-01, where ground floor person has extended his backyard floor illegally and out of proportion, which is causing water to remain on the floor.
I have seen some dengue mosquitoes in my Balcony. I have seen that there is mosquito breeding in society also especially dengue.
This can cause a lot of problem . Therefore, you are requested to please send your team for instant and speedy action to stop the breeding and take necessary action against illegal construction...
kindly do the needful at the earliest...

There has been lot of garbage on the road in SOUTH DELHI KHANPUR .Even the sdmc garbage vehicles are coming still the roads are not clean for walking and its a horrendous situation in rains.In recent rains the water was logged on the roads and it was difficult for vehicles to pass through and people couldn't walk, all the water from the sewers were on the road.This unhygienic situation breeds more diseases and results into people falling sick.This water logging results in contamination of drinking water too.Then the mosquitoes appear which leads to DENGUE MALARIA CHICKENGUNIA .Please attend to this situtation for the health of public

Respected Sir, I living at Street Number 23, Bharat Vihar Road, Bharat Vihar, Uttam Nagar. This is regarding illegal Mobile Tower Installation has setup at Residential Area on the house roof which is very harmful not only for children even for everyone. Also there is running a school which is very close to this tower. As every one knows about this it's spreading radiations raises and this also carries many diseases cancer risk, birth defect, mental problem, brain tumor, headaches, genetic effects, disorder immune function etc in it. Hence, we need you urgent help on this and i am requesting you please take the strict action against this tower installation. Please stop this installation and remove this Tower from here for our safety. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

ARWS of Sector-A, Pocket B&C, Vasant Kunj, wish to bring to your notice that a drain was repaired or reconstructed in our sector opposite 1361 to ARWS office. What surprise me how JE Mr. Sundeep sent the request for repairing of this drain without taking into consideration to connect this drain with other drain to enable water to flow further on. On 13/07/18 after just one hour of rain water entered in adorning Flats and in our ARWS office.

Kindly look into the matter and get it resolved ASAP.This drain was connected earlier with some drain all MCD has to do is open the blockage.

Sir, first i am very glad to write you for a social cause. Area d-234 new ashok nagar and near by very populated and the same addressee installing illegal tower on roof. Thousand of people health will effect from that spl. Child, women and old age people. Due to radiation etc. Even application contains 22 people dulysigh submitted in local police station. Copy enclose. But not action taken so far.. Most of the people are not educated. So i decided to write you. Our humble request to stop this and save people lifeand even school and anganvadi branch near by this.in many cases h'onrable supreme court guide to remove tower from residential area. And this property is 0 metre away from residence. Colony people already talk to owner to stop this. But he is not intrested. So please stop this soon as possible. Thanks in advance

Illegal mobile tower in residential

Dear sir/Madam,

I am a resident of P-103, Mayur Vihar Phase 1. Opposite to our building there is an empty plot. This plot has become an open dustbin for all neighbor. Years of garbage has accumulated. During the rains not only does it become a breeding ground for mosquitoes but also a very stingy smell spreads across the neighborhood. Kindly, take the necessary actions to resolve the issue at the earliest.

I would like to inform you that our neighbour has constructed illegal pavement fenced around with iron grills which has covered almost one third of street.Because of which there is continuous traffic jam and quarrel among neighbours.
You are requested to take the immediate action to stop these above explained problems.The address is as follows:

This is to bring to your notice that I am a resident of Rohini sector -8 area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on th road at B-4/459 Rohini sector-8, Delhi -110085 The owner has covered appx. 10ft x 30ft area on the road. All this construction have been narrowing the passage of the road.

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.
For safety reasons I am not disclosing my identity to you. I have already send a complaint 2-3 days beforeon this registration form. But no action have been taken till today.

It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

I am having complaint with dogs they are very dangerous they bark on us when we go on scooty they often follow us some dogs have eaten some people guard also get scared . email- [protected]@gmail.com preet vihar e block when our guest come they follow us they washroom on our street and destroy the cars and they have eaten guard also 3-4 times every body is facing problems please solve our complaint our guest say that why you don’t complaint mcd so please solve our problem shortly

In our locality, people living in our adjacent house i.e Alka mann w/o late Shri Sandeep Mann lives in house no. 327 Khera Khurd Delhi -110082 owns a pitbull dog which is as per our notice is illegal and has attacked a child . This dog objects the security of our children and even the adults . This dog has many time ran from the owners house and have entered others private properties . It has twice spranged upon my children and my brother's son who is just 7 yrs .We have priorly asked her not to keep such dangerous animal at her place but she refused to pay attention to our request of security .
Kindly pay heed to our issues of life safety which is at high risk due to this dog.

निवेदन यह है कि ज़ाकिर नगर अशोका पार्क के पास यहाँ के कुते दिन पे दिन बढ़ते ही जा रहे है और हर दिन किसी न कीसीको काट ते रहते है और इस वजह से यह रहने वाले नागरिकों को बहुत ही परेशानी हो रही है आप से निवेदन है कि आप ज़ाकिर नगर से कुत्तो को पकड़ कर कही दूर छोडदे जो कभी भी यहाँ वापसी न अपाये
परसो की बात है यहाँ के एक कुत्ते ने एक आदमी को काट लिया और पता चला वो आदमी बहुत गरीब है वो अपना इलाज कैसे करवाएगा बस आपसे हाथ जोड़ कर विनती करता हु यहाँ से कुत्तो को पकड़ कर कही दूर छोडदे।

Ajay Bansal dealer cutting unauthorised construction of khasra no. 98/12, 13 situated in the west kamal vihar pump house burari.this is a bhumafia dealer in Burari area and cutting lots of agricultural land.he is also doing thief in income tax.He can sold land in higher rate like 20000/-per Gaj but tell in Income tax return is 2000/- per gaj. He is cheating with the government

Jasola Vihar village MLA and corporation corporator is not paying attention to Jasola Vihar The siwer is so full that the dirty water of siwar is flowing out of the drain. The cleaning of Jasola drainage is not paid attention which is so much screwed by garbage dump. There is no hearing for any leader going to visit him in the office. So I have asked for help of grevience. If the work of sewer and drains has not been cleared, the earliest feared fear of spreading serious diseases.

I m a tenant in delhi seelampur 110053 my landlord charges me electricity bill of 7 rupees per unit by a meter that runs more faster than delhi govt meter and govt. Charges only three rupees unit. When i was asked for seprate govt. meter they had they refused my request and tell me u can vacant my room .
I am helpless plz help me

I m living here from 2015 but they are not maintain my room but want to increase my room rent my room rent is 4000 rupees
They earn atleast thousand rupees more by selling me electricity at an unauthorised rate .
