Hello,
I live in c block, paryavaran complex, near garden of five senses, saidulajab, saket - 110030.

There is a designated house /place for garbage disposal just few step from the entrance of the complex. However, there is a restriction put up by 'one man' who is against the throw of garbage in that garbage house claiming it is close to his temple.

One day i was the mcd vehicle coming to pick the garbage, three told me they are assigned a duty here and they come and pick every morning. However, the security guard in my colony inform me that i should not throw garbage there but i can throw few metres away from the garbage house near the road. This place does not have any dustin and it is just at the entrance to the road and the school.
Due to the restriction to throw garbage in the garbage house, it litter the nearby park and the park is filled with garbage.

I am a responsible citizen and i will not litter at unauthorised place. So, i resented and throw garbage at the garbage house which created an issue.

I respect his sentiment and religious belief and would not interfere in it. But the issue here -

Does anyone has any right to claim outside the walls of his private property?

I would like the mcd to clarify me wether the garbage house is legal or illegal?
If it is legal, how can someone has a say in public property?

If the garbage house is illegal, what alternative can the mcd provide for the locality? Can a big dustbin be provided to throw garbage?

I have made online complaint few week ago in the website, so far i dnt get any response.

I write again here hoping i will get quick response and immediate clarifications regarding rye concerns i have raised.
None of the toll free no or the mcd office no works, i dnt know why it is so hard to reach the government offices.

Should i lose hope or give up the system.

The problem is that some factory owners at the shahbad daulatpur village on main bawana road, delhi 110042 are using the road for their work. These are covering almost half of the road. The location is just opposite to hanuman mandir, community center bawana road delhi 110042.
These factory owner allow commercial vehicles to park on the road and are putting large steel girders for their work on the main road.
This has been causing a lot of problems for the daily commuters. Worst is for the pedestrians and cycle riders. The authorities are requested to please do needful to free the road from such encroachments.

This is to bring to your notice that there is serious unauthorized construction going on in new manglapuri, new delhi -110030. They are covering the road and relocating the electricity poles. All this constructions have been narrowing the passage of the road. The mcd officials are not taking any action and allowing them to continue construction by taking bribes. These constructions are creating lot of miseries for the residents around. Please...

Dear sir,

No water supply issue there in our residence from last 10 days. I have complaints to delhi jal board toll free number on 29th-may with [protected].
They assured me it will be resolved within 3 working days, reported issue not yet resolve. Again i have called yesterday on the same number and they telling me as per location visits there were low water pressure is found, due to unable to fix the issue a day or two. So we will arrange water tanker till issue not resolve. Executive has provided the contact number of harish kumar-[protected], but unfortunately he is not responding. My residence address is hno.635 gautampuri phase-1 badarpur new delhi.in my street there is a naail/ ditch. This naali is blocked from many day's amp; there is huge garbages stored from very long time and there is over flow of dirty water from the naali due to this there is always dirty smell and water logging and increasing of the mosquitoes. So we are in trouble amp; request u to please solve our problem as the naali is in front of the entrance of our gali. I hope u will take rapid action in this complaint. I reside in dakshin puri.in my area, there are lots of stray animals like dogs and cows. Some animals are gone insane as they bite the travellers often. Children fear to play in streets as dogs biting incidents on the rise.

We are the resident of dr mukerjee nagar we in group of 40 persons conduct everyday yog classes at gulab vatika, near mother dairy, delhi-9 under the nobal guidance of respected mehtajee.in this park 7 to 8 stray dogs stay permanantly who barks at us every day and try to bite the passerbyes and spread dirt in the entire park. Which we have to clean it everyday. Due to which it is becoming very difficult for us to do yoga and walk. Even it is becoming very difficult for senior citizens and other people also to enter into the park for walk. We request you to please send some dog catchers in our area so that we all can do walk and yoga peacefully.
Secondly there are no dustbins in the park due to which in the morning the park is full of clutters spread in the park which is the breeding ground of mosquitoes. We have to everyday clean the park personally before resuming our yog classes. We request you to install dustbins into the park

There are multiple stray dogs in our locality (C-5 a /216 janak puri, new delhi - 110058) which must be taken away by the animal care department.
It is becoming very difficult for children and senior citizens to venture out of their house. One of the stray dogs bit my mother on 3rd june 2018.
Please take some action before more citizens are impacted because of this menace.

Though the esteemed column o[censored]r further works i want to drwan ur attention towards misbehavour done by broome worker.
The broom worker done misbehaviour with me today i, e 4/6/2018 at around 9:15 am he misbehaved with me with the arguments and theri bad wordings as he working for government he thought that no body can do anything with him aa he is permanent on his job but by doing misbehaviour with a girl he break his rules

First floor owner is constructing illegal projection as shown in picture
Columns on rear side which is not allowed as per original design
Also structurally not safe as cantilever without proper anchorage
We never allowed them to do so
Please do needful and ask them remove all this new work done

I want to complaint about construction of flat no.166, pocket 3, sec 2, rohini delhi-110085, his owner occupy saft illegally that cover our window which will the main reason of suffocation and in future there will maintenance problem of drainage pipes and causes vantilation problem. We also complained to delhi police and mcd, they are not taking proper action to stop this. He falsly claims that we damage his construction and harm his labour that is totally wrong, he is trying to blame us and suppress us.
