Mcd deputy commissioner sh deepak purohit respected sir, mcd complaint no.114 / b / uc / rz / 09 dt 16 dec 2009 against shop's no 31, 33 and 34 bd block dda market, pitampura, delhi - 110034 from the last seven years. On 31st oct 2017 sh. Davinder ee (B - i) and sh. S. K. Chauhan aeb kpz inspected the illegal constructed area/showroom which is mentioned in the above complaint andthey the huge illegal encroachment / illegal construction. I am expect from these responisible mcd officer's that they will submit the factual true report to the maintaince deptt, building deptt and other concerned deptt's so that immd action would be taken under the dmc act. But i am surprised no action against land mafia till today. All the illegal constructed area enjoying by shop s owners / occupant s till today. Our concern is about the illegal construction taking place inside and on the terrace of flat:

Sir, these buildings are more then 25 years old, with a weak foundation.

-1st, residents of a-2/88 constructed a whole new balcony

- then, extended their garage for commercial rental purposes, which was demolished twice by the dda/mcd because of it being

Illegally constructed. Still, the construction was completed and given on rent, despite the repeated warnings by the government

Authorities

- extended balcony on 2 sides, on one side of which they have constructed a room, of their flat

Also, they are building another room on their extended balcony and changing the entire architecture of their flat.*

Sir, every time some official from any department comes to demolish/stop the illegal construction work, the residents of a-2/88 give bribe and get away with the illegal construction work.

Sir, my concern is —

1. How much load can the base of these dda flats take?

2. What will happen in case of some natural calamity, like earthquake?

3. Also, are the residents allowed to do construction like this for rental and commercial purposes?

Kindly take stern action against this illegal construction and take immediate steps to stop this dangerous and illegal construction at the earliest and oblige.

I m from chander vihar, vikas vihar nilothi exten. There is lot of prob in this place no sevrage in this place, no any municipal person come and visit this site all over the area are very bad condition. Sewerage is clean from municipal corporation person in a month but garbage are not pick up, and after some day this garbbage is return in the sewerage, all time mosquito around with it. We are facing lot of prob.

Garbage collecting van doesn't comes at all...

Quality of supply water is pathetic... Even it is not suitable for washing dishes n clothes forget about drinking, water smells very bad... N it is black in colour.. Seems like sewage water is coming.. Since last 5 days facing issue... Thought concerned team will rectify it... But nobody even bothered to check the issue... It is inform to you that a garbage is collected near my shop. Its not our garbage.in morning sweeper comes clean other areas but not ours. Whenever ask him to clean it he demands 100rs. When i give he cleans when i don't give he doesn't clean. He got used of taking money. I had called to karol bagh mcd but they gave me negative response. Plz help me, i shall be thankful to you from core of my heart.

Dear sir,

This is to be bring in your notice that our builder is constructing an additional floor on the roof of third floor of the property situated at fb-137, mansarovar garden, the building structure already have one basement, parking, 2 flats each on upper ground floor, ist, iind and iiird floors. The builder has sold the top floor with roof right to mr. Ajit singh but mr. Ajit singh along with the builder making an additional floor or the top of the building to be sold and earn extra money. The construction of 4th floor is illegal & prohibited by law this will also make the complete building as unauthorized. Construction of an additional floor will adversely effects the structure of the building & it may also damage the roots of the building which can result in collapse of the building & can take lives of several peoples. Its is a prayer to you to please stop the construction to the additional floor & take the necessary action to stop them making an additional floor.
I mentioning here with the following details for ease of your resolution to the complaint.

1. Period of construction: construction is made in last 1-2 weeks.

A park an my home address in this street is rz-291 m an from the last one year our street nali were not clean properly an even not do dustbbin van for collection of all waste from everyone home soplease escalat this matter because we suffering with this problem from the last one year our nigam parshd not doing any thing for that so please give importance to that matter sir

Despite making slew of complaints and reminders since last more than tens days, the street Light near Flat No 1151, Sector-XII, RK Puram, is not being repaired. Getting false assurances daily is too disappointing. Kindly take urgent and immediate action since the area has become immensly unsafe and insecure particularly for women. Im working in Parliament as an Additional Director. It is very surprising that you are turning a deaf ear to this issue.

I g sahu from inderpuri eg block near inderpuri main market. I request you to kindly send dog catcher at the earliest because there are too many street dogs near inderpuri main market gali connecting from main market to khadda park in inderpuri. Yesterday bite one dog to my wife near inderpuri main market gali connecting to khadda park. Would like to bring your kind notice that the dogs are cried whole night and in morning too. They bark and bite the people walking around near by them. People of the area are facing lot of difficulties as they follow the children and women in evening walking on the street/gali. Please resolve our problem at the earliest possible.

Would be grateful for your immediate action to handle the issues/problems of street dogs in the area as above mentioned.

This is to bring to your kind attention that the building construction in our block house no. C1/58 janakpuri are not abiding law and regulations and dirtying the entire area even the backlanes are being used by the labourers family for all their daily needs and they are creating lot of nuisance to the residents.. Would request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful!!

In last month the area under the iit bridge has been beautified by the authorized and which was originally by the roadside people.

We feel proud while traveling form that location, even some time to feel the ambiance i personally change my route,

But slowly by slowly its again moving toward its existing conditions, start encroaching by the same type of people, even some lights have been removed from the locations.

In the attached map i am enclosing the locations for your ease to approach the location.

Please do the needful for the same to maintain your hard efforts to beautify the locations.

This is to bring to your notice that i am a resident of east punjabi bagh area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on behind my house. The owner has covered full street back side of my house there is no space for ventilation. The nearby buildings addressed wz 31 bhgwan das nagar extention east punjabi bagh delhi -110026
The owner said we have given to 5 lakh to mcd they cant stop us.
They abuse us also.. We have filed a fir also in punjabi bagh police station.
We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.

But no action have been taken till today

It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

Dear Sir/ Mam,

I am here complaining about a dog clinic that is being operated in the residential area at 1/10, Vijay Nagar, double storey, near north campus, Delhi - 110009, and they have opened their clinic around 8 am in the morning and all the dogs are creating nuisance and barking all the time outside the clinic, which is really disturbing everybody and even ongoing people are not safe because they are causing germs and might be they will bite someone as they have some problem, so that they are coming to clinic for treatment. I know the owner is from high-class society however if they want to run this clinic they should install proper soundproof doors so that no one will get disturbed but I am not sure whether this kind of clinic is allowed in the residential colony or not, so I request you to take further action regarding this.

I being a citizen of shivaji park punjabi bagh new delhi 26 have to bring poor state of sewage of main market shivaji park into your knowledge.
The sewage line/flood line has been blocked for years and now have turned into hazardous breading ground for mosquitos.
I chose online approach over paper as save environment cause.
I hope you will quickly see into this matter.

I charu from meera bagh a block paschim vihar. I request you to please send dog catcher asap because there are too many street dogs in our society. They cried whole night and in morning too, we cannt even sleep. They bark and bite the people walking around near by them. We hav face lot of difficulties as dog gave birth, now in the park there are 4-5 puppies and they follow the children who playing in the park even they cannot play in the park. Please resolve our problem asap

Dear sir / madam
I have recently shifted to west patel nagar and i live near baljeet khanna park. There is long standing problem of stray dogs. They have infected many persons by biting don't let whole society sleep in night by barking through out night. It has been a persistent source of trouble for us. P on personal level i work in day and study at night and when i go to sleep they didn't let me sleep. It has been a sleeping disorder for me. Please look in this problem i will be highly grateful

Moments mall kirti nagar charges fees from two wheekers/cars @ rs.20/rs.50 despite south dmcd has banned such unauthorized parking charges. Please do the needful as per the extant court orders forbidding malls and hospitals not to charge parking fees and use their space for commercial gains. As per the orders of the court, malls and hospitals should not be allowed to use their space for financil gains/commercial activities and when the sdmc has issued orders of nit charging parking fees in malls/hospitals then why north mcd is not following the same orders.

I go to aj fitness studio at 30, block 7, west patel nagar, delhi-08. The upper floors of the buliding of 25, block 7, west patel nagar has drainage pipe broken and leaking in the street that run between the two buildings and there's problem of sludge logging, foul smell and sludge in the street and in front of the gym causing problem to bypassers and possibly a breeding ground for mosquitoes that may cause malaria and dengue.
Since i go there daily it concerns my health and also the environment. The gym trainer has also asked the residents of the building to get it repaired, but they don't listen and the grave problem still persists. Kindly help and look into the matter.
