Dear sir,

This is to bring you to the notice that there is an illegal construction in the shaft by the owner of second floor of my building. This illegal construction is blocking the ventilation and light. It is last room of the flat which has no other source of light and ventilation. The room has attached bathroom with toilet facility. Due to this illegal ventilation, bad smell does not pass. It remains in the room. Due to this condition, our health condition is deteriorating. I am the owner of first floor. Please look into this matter as soon as possible and provide us effective relief.

This is to bring you to the notice that there is illegal construction in shaft the at the second floor. The shaft is the source of ventilation and light for us as this shaft is in the last room of the flat. The room has connected toilet. Due to this illegal construction, the bad smell arouse from the toilet, moves in the complete flat. The ventilation has been closed now. Apart from this illegal construction, the second floor used the shaft as store room also. It deteriorates the condition more. I am the owner of the first floor.
Please look into this matter as soon as possible and provide us effective relief.

    I am a resident of 1053 sector d, pocket 1, vasant kunj, new delhi 110070.
    For last 9 months in the flat no 1051 below mine, is involved in mass breakage and alterations in the main wall and load bearing structures.in spite of repeated intimation to the contractor, as the owner of the flat is not available, the breaking and demolition of existing structures have not stopped.
    As a senior citizen, i feel threatened and living with fear of house collapse. It is not understood under whose permission and connivance such illegal construction is being carried out.
    Need intervention and help of law enforcing authorities to stop all activities and saving life of senior citizen.

    I m a resident of 931 ground floor backdoor mukherjee nagar delhi and in backdoor lane sewer ki blicked due to which there is a huge standing water on the road. Because of this standing water we are suffering frim various problems. pls solve our problem soon

      Hi i am aarushi jain staying at 43-44, jain colony, shahbad mohd. Pur, near dwarka sec-8 metro station, new delhi - 110061. I would like to bring into your kind attention that there are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses. They are creating unhygienic disease prone environment which can cause serious problems people living here. They # everywhere in the locality creating foul smell all over.

      I have submitted complaints agaisnt this many times but i did not got any response.

      So this is my humble request to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately dog catcher team in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

        Dead street dog lying in lane between b31 &b30 amar colony, lajpat nagar 4 since last night. On contacting lajpat nagar mcd office one mr. Sumit kumar is saying that complaint already received last night and they will send someone when available. On telling that it is already 9am he is saying that they don't have only this work. There r lot of other issues. Kab gardi aayegi to bhej denge. Pathatic attitude!!!

          water logging due to unbalance pathways between the street

          I am a resident of b-1/8 dasharth puri colony. The service lane between lane number 8 and 9 is consisting o[censored]neven platforms in such a way that there occurs rain water storage in midway of the road. Due to this mess, many times water comes inside the home. Also it causes a lot of garbage collection between the street. Kindly look into this matter and reconstruct the street on equal level...

We are facing an issue in our area, house no a-31 and a-24 in these house, two unauthorised factory is being worked, we are unable to understand why did you not take any action, i had already complaint multiple time, but still no action has been taken. So please review it and take strong action against these factories.

            with a wound near ear, it seems a day or tow days old

            i am trybing with different agencies, even NGOs

            this is to request to EDMC to arrange for taking away this wounded animal, before it gets serious OR violent
            AND treatment of this wounded dog

              I am Nidhi Sharma resident of A11 south extension part 2. The rain water drain covers around my resident have broken and no one has come to replace since months. Now with heavy rains the drains are overflowing. And with covers broken no one can see which can lead to accidental or fatal injury please get them replaced asap to avoid accidents.

                Illegal encroachment on footpath on 60 feet road chhatarpur delhi 110074. People also park their vehicle on road which cause lots of problem for peddlers. There is iron store next to park which cover more than 70% of road for their material and vehicle. All house which facing road make their step on footpath kindly request you to please take appropriate action on priority basis. Please clear all this encroachment and stop illegal construction, otherwise it can be a big challenge for the department in future.

                  My name is ashok sharma resident of e-53, bengali colony, mahavir enclave, near sulabh public school, new delhi-110045. There are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially at night. I come late night from my office and i have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them. Sometime biker loses their consideration from the road which becomes a cause of serious. This is 3rd time i am making complaint and nothing has been done so far. My family and small kids are afraid of stepping out of the house. Day by day no of dogs are increasing at present 12 dogs has made our life hell.

There are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially at night.                       Here i am raising issue o[censored]nauthorized factory which is working under supervision of corrupt competent authorities.

                      This factory is illegally set up in the residential area, which is established into home. It is source of vast noise pollution in the area.

                      They are making inner portion of rubber products and supplying national or international level.

                      This factory make a lot of noise pollution which never be tolerate and they manufacture some rubber product so the smell comes is very bad and one major reason is factory can't be run in residential area which is against for delhi goverment rules. Kindly take some immediate action otherwise i will register a complaint in police station then submit a case in the court for this factory

                        This complaint is regarding miserable condition of hastsal village roads, uttam nagar area. These roads were digged by mcd for some pipelines purpose but they were never reconstructed and they are in worst condition since more than last one year. During rain, whole hastsal village gets flooded with water and due to this no any rikshaw or cab agrees to commute there. Specially, pradhan wali gali is very narrow and half of the road is digged. It leads to traffic jam and several accidents as well due to lack of space. Request you to please repaid these roads to avoid further mishappenings.

They have already illegally constructed their balconies of the house on govt. Land. Now they are preparing to encroach the road by its outside wall/gate extended to almost half of the approached road in front of d-32. Sir please take an immediate action otherwise the problem of conjusted road which is already a big problem in delhi.
                            An urgent/strict and quick action is required for such type of encroachments otherwise nothing can be done in this country where we all are suffering a lot due to corruptions.

                            Sir,
                            Reference my previous complaint no. ID: 1704580 to MCD (online website), it is submitted that no action has been taken so far and the owner of D-32, old gupta colony is constructing his house without any fear of law and order.The house in question is located in middle of the colony, corner of Gurunanak Gali.
                            Being a responsible resident of the area it is my duty to complaint of this encroachment . The owner of this house i.e. is violating the construction rules prevailing in the area. The pictures of the ongoing construction/encroachment are being attached for your reference. An early action is urgently required from your end otherwise the area of the street will be narrow to the extent that no four wheeler vehicle/car etc. could be pass from the street.
                            Please do the needful as early as possible.

There is amalgamation of new constructed property from bottom to top which is clearly anti building bylaws activity. Kindly look in to this matter.                                 निवेदन यह है कि मै दक्षिणपुरी ब्लाक नं 8 मकान नं 219 में रहता हू मेरे पडोस में मेन रोड की तरफ एक अस्पताल खुला है जिसका नाम धनदेवी अस्पताल है| अस्पताल की छत से पानी रिसाव होता है तथा पूरी छत पानी से भर जाती है और जो पानी छत पर नहीं रूक पाता वह बिन बनी लिफ्ट के लिए छोडी गई जगह में से जाकर के नीचे जमा हो जाता है तथा मेरे घर के पीछे वाली छत जो की वह मकान भी इनका है तो उसके सबसे उपर की छत पर भी 4-6 ईंच तक पानी जमा रहता है |
                                जब मेरे द्वारा उन्हे इस संदर्भ की जानकारी दी गई तब उनका कहना था के जबतक लिफ्ट नहीं लगेगी तबतक छत पर कुछ भी काम नहीं होगा|

                                अत: श्रीमान् से निवेदन है के उचित कार्यवाही जल्द से जल्द करें|

                                  87 ub jawahar nagar delhi - 110007 is unoccupied since over 10 years and has become breeding ground for mosquitos, causing seepage and damage to adjoining walls, people have been urinating and dumping garbage on its side wall, the house is in badly deteriorated condition and may crumble one day. Request authorities to take action before any catastrophe happens.

                                      I am resident of h. No. 2740, street number 13, opposite metro pillar 207 ranjeet nagar, dew delhi 110008. I bring to your notice that we are facing a tremendous problem due to a black colour # in our street. She bites the street passer-by. Also, she has bitten our maid several times so no daily wage worker/maid is ready to work in our building.
                                      She has small white mites on her body also due to which foul smell comes from her. There is risk of spreading her infection to residents.
                                      We request the dog squad of mcd to kindly take some action immediately and send the dog squad immediately to take the # away.
