Dear sir/Mam

Please note that the sewerage water is badly clogged on the main road in lajpat nagar 2 in front of C 143-142.

Without any thought road was laid on the sewerage gutters due to which no drainage was possible and now too when the sewerage holes have been opened with the local help the water is not getting drained properly.As a result of this being a resident of ground floor we are facing lot of problems as the rain waters come in our homes because of drainage problem.

I would like to request the MCD officials please take this matter into their kind consideration and take a proper step as in the rainy season it becomes a serious problem.

The construction is being done on the terrace whereby the students are living. There has been continuous construction being done on daily basis and local authorities are ignoring the problem

It might lead to disaster where by the roof can collapse...

We the residents of fp block pitampura, new delhi. We wish to bring your attention to a local park located near our residence and the problems we are facing.
The park in question is surrounded by illegally constructed slums and shops. Majority of road jams are caused due to illicit parking. Park is not maintained by the local authorities, sewer drain dwelling from the park is blocked and causes foul smell and is a reason for numerous diseases in the area. Slums in the area are now four stories building. People living in slums are enjoying all government benefits and causing trouble for other residents.
The park is unhygienic. Park is occupied by rikshaws and stray animals. During rain condition worsen and park is fully decked up with mud and mosquitoes.
We would request following from the authorities:
• to make this park actually a park instead of a drain – clean the drain
• a team to stop the illicit and illegal construction of further slums.
• area to be cleaned regularly to maintain hygiene
• plant trees and grass for fresh air instead of foul smells
Request to make this drain dwelled area as a park by planting trees, grass etc. Also, in many parks in delhi, the government has started gymnasiums that will also act as a motivation and a reason for maintenance by public and its servants.

I'm the resident of khirki extension, beg to say that there is an open garbage near sant nirankari school. It is not good for our children health. As you know various diseases were spreading these days.

I beg to say that, we live in house no.- 65, 66, 67, 68, 70, 71, 72, 73 of pocket - d-16, sector-3, rohini.in our pocket drain line for rain water was constructed by mcd. But the resident of h. No.-69, of our pocket-d16 had fixed and closed once with cement, which later on reopened by mcd person. Few days back resident of h. No.-69, pocket-d16 reclosed this drain with cement, due to which water logging start in our area. As we all aware that dengue and chikungunya season has just started and water logging is the reason behind that. We also face problems in walking in our pockets.
We have also tried calling control room, mcd, but no action is taken yet from their side. Last complaint number logged with mcd is 31. We request you to please take this matter on priority as it is directly related to dengue and chikungunya and have risk of our family member and kids.

This is to inform that few days ago, inter locking tiles work done in a small part of pushp vihar, sector-3, new delhi-17. However, within a week, the tiles are beginning to sink. Mcd has not installed the inter locking tiles in the whole are of the colony so far from quarter no 1209 to 1376 and 1722 to 1961. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible so that the residents may not suffer from unhygienic diseases.

His stairs are coming out side from his house. It is coming out form his gate approx five to six feet. It is troubling to and fro. Kindly take suitable action for the this what we are facing.

Three high mast light poles installed in pushp vihar, sector-3, new delhi-17 from quarter no. 1722 to 1961 are not working for a long time. One pole is installed in the and two others are installed in the colony. All are in dead situation. I have made several complaints but nobody is taking pain for repairing and whole colony is in dark at night.

Main budh vihar phase-i near mcd school ke pass rhta hoon yha school ke pass koi mcd ka employe nai aata safai krne nah hi naaliyan saaf hti h schools ke bachoo ko pareshani hti h. Aapse request h ki isko saaf krya jaaye jaldi se jald. Kunki school ke bacho ko bohot problem ho rhi h aur yha ke logo ko bhi. Baarish main toh yha water logging bhi ho jayegi jisse malaria, dengue jaisi bimari se rahat mile yha.

Today i visited to karkardooma community centre, the parking vendor has charged rs. 60/- for 2 hr 41mins. As per latest parking charges it is rs. 10/- per hour. This vendor has shown me agreement between edmc and him also. I am attaching the same. Kindly let me know the current parking rates for karkardooma community centre. North mcd works department of sadar pahar ganj zone has broken the gali from the entrance of gali ghorey wali, gaushala road kishan ganj delhi to its middle 60 metres approx.in the rainy season and not repairing the same despite our various requests. Due to damage of gali, various pits have been made in which rain water is logged and there are possibilities of breeding of mosquitoes etc. Which are causing threats of danger and hazard to the human lives. There are various directions of courts that no street or gali would be damaged in rainy season but mcd has not cared to obey the same. Lot of inconvenience is being faced. Please take necessary action.

With regards i would like to complaint about corrupt officers who are trying to build unrequired toilets in park already there is toilet for residents of wh block park which is sufficient for all there are 150 slum house and these people also don't want any other toilet as told to your officers as well by the people this park land is for playing of children and they require swings benches and anganwari school for development kindly don't let wastage of government funding in this regard you can send someone to speak to people living around for there views.

I would like to say that i am suffering from headache everyday.
There is a dog to neighbourhood named, koko. Koko use to cry all the time when his care taker not present in the house and his sound is terrible. All neighbours get disturb, but it does not matter to his master. I get severe disturb every moment.
I informed koko's caretaker, but ignored.
It is humble request that help us. The present situation i am not able to study a single moment due to this koko's terrible sound.

Through this complaint i want to draw your attention towards the badly damaged street i. E krishna lane no:6, maujpur, north-east delhi. This street is completely damaged and have certain pits where water logging occurs which also serves as the breeding grounds of several vectors like mosquitoes. Kids often fell and got injured while playing. The drainage system is also pathetic. Drains are overflowing which creates a lot of inconvenience to residents. So i kindly request you to start the rebuilding of the above named street as soon as possible. I hope you will cooperate.

We have ordered food form mc donalds on 14th july from a-79a, sec 16 noida.
They have charged us packaging charges which were added in the item we have ordered moreover we were also charged gst on the packaging charges.
We ordered the food in a hope that now only gst will be charged, then we will not be needing to pay any extra amount but after we got the order we were packaging charges which they said is delivery charges which were already added in gst.
We were not expecting the same.
Our friends also facing the same when they order from mc d.

There is a huge space outside our society DDA LIG FLAT POCKET 13 PH 1 MANGLAPURI which is now being converted into a garbage dumping ground by locals and also being occupied by illegal chai and cigarette shop which has lead to an unhygenic locality and polluted enviornment. There is a lot of gathering of smokers right outside the society gate which is now leading to an unhygenic and polluted environment for the society and nearby residents.. kindly take steps to clear the garbage and remove cigarette shop and make a permanent ban on these things to keep the surroundings clean and healthy
