Sanitary conditions in gali number 3 and road in the backyard in madanpur dairy farm, sarita vihar is pathetic. Cow dung is spread all over the lane due to roaming cows and blockage of drains. The owners of cows have left cow in open. Also some of the residents have blocked the lane. All the water spill on the lanes whenever there is a rainfall. Due to stagnant water there are lot of mosquitoes which are responsible for spreading of diseases.
We request you to take immediate action due to onset of mansoon.

Barking & biting from dogs
I am a resident of h. No. G-1/268, dal mill road gali no. 9, uttam nagar new delhi. I bring to your notice and mandatory piece of information that we are facing a tremendous problem due to the 1 street dogs in staying of our street. These dog attacked on the street passerby and as well as neighbours also. Sometimes they bite & wounded childrens & adult passing through the dog. Due to the dog the atmosphere of the gali is too bad. We scars when we were passing through the dogs. That dog regularly moves here and there in the gali and spread loiter due to which we are facing great hardship to live. We request the dog squad of mcd to kindly take some action immediately and send the dog squad immediately to avoid these problems.

Sir, i am a resident of e-55b, peepal road, mohan garden, new delhi.
A lot of garbage is dumped adjacent to my house blocking the sewage line. These garbage are dumped by mcd employees who cleaned the drain and left the garbage near the drain. Another reason is that few mcd workers had come on a complaint to dislodge unauthorised breaker near my house on 20 june 2017. They removed the breaker and piled up the demolished material of breaker near my house resulting the blockage of drainage system. As rainy season has started now, the whole garbage will choke the sewage line if not disposed off quickly. You are requested to arrange the removal of garbage as soon as possible. For this, we will be ever grateful to you.

Dear sir,
I am a resident of g 1/256 dalmill road uttam nagar delhi 110059, i would like to draw your attention towards pity condition of our street and dalmil road. Before mcd election the mcd people have started reconstructing streets in front of our house however the work is still not complete. Its been more than 2 months. The left over construction material is blocking all pathways.
The complete gali is in worst condition. Monsoon has already started and due to heavy rains from past 2-3 days our gali and dailmil road become so dirty. The severage cleaning was also started few days back in dalmil road but the waste/garbage was not collected by mcd vans, due to heavy rain whole garbage is now spread on the dalmil road and it looks so dirty and unhygienic. We are facing difficulty even in moving out of the house due to this incomplete construction. The water is getting stored in the digs and now people have also started throwing their household garbage. Please send the mcd van to cleanup the severage garbage & your resourses or workers to complete the consruction of our street especially which is in front of our house before friday (24th of june).

I gave a complaint against dogs to the mcd helpline. As they responded to the complaint and also came to pick the dogs after so many calls. These people are really pathetic as they again left the dogs here after 4 days of pickup. I didn't filled complaint for dog's holidays... Now these dogs are even worse than before... The worst work mcd has done as always.. Can't expect more from mcd.. Just really good for nothing... Why the hell govt is paying these people for work who just can't provide a permanent solution to it..

I already complaunt online but no action has been taken. The concerned persons came and told me that their tools were stolen and would come next day and they did mot turn up. They opened one jaali and told me that their tools were broken. They could not open others as the jaalis were jammed and one can easily see that the jaalis were not opened for many years.
Now what to do now?
My complaint no. Was [protected] dated 06/06/2017 and i got email that my complaint has been resolved. How the complaint can be resolved.
Please take action and resolve my complaint asap.

On 15 june 2017 i went to use the urinal provided at anand vihar bus terminal.
There was display of charges rs.5.00 to be paid by user to use the facility.

The woman sitting there asked rs. 20 for use o[censored]rinal.
I asked him to give me charge slip from the competent authority for the money he was asking. He started quarrelling with me. Atlast i have pay him rs..20 for use o[censored]rinal.

By above incident i want to inform the concerned authorities that in such a big interstate terminal basic toilet facilities should not be provided?

I am a resident of dda flats, phase 2, katwaria sarai. There are a number of street dogs in the locality which create a lot of menace throughout the day. During the day, they sleep at doors of residents preventing them from going out. At night, they howl and bark and also try to bite the passers by. It's my humblest request that these dogs be removed from the locality as soon as possible so that there is peace and harmony all around. Another reason is they litter around on main doors of houses. There is a fear of dogs in the locality. Many a times, members of my family somehow got saved but there is a feeling of constant terror from these stray dogs. So i request the concerned authorities to please take strict and necessary action so that people may live with respite.

Please take quick action or i may have to contact higher authorities.

We the residents of c block inderpuri are facing problems of street dogs and now the monkeys. It is difficult to walk on the streets because of dogs and our children can not step out alone due of presence of monkeys, i request the concerned authorities to take immediate steps in resolving these issues.

I want to reiterate that so far no firm action has been taken against the previously submitted complaints. The original complaint was made on 15th sept, 2014, few others in the middle period and the last one was on feb 24, 2017.

I don't know how pm's "swach bharat abhiyaan" will reach to its destination due to the fact that mcd (The authorized department who is responsible for making sure that there territory is clean) is not taking any action. The residents are bound to pay to a private vendor for their garbage collection which should not be the case as govt/ pm / residents/ everyone expects mcd ("delhi nagar nigam aapki seva mein" not being followed) to justify their salary (Which comes from tax contribution of citizens paid in advance).

I am writing on the behalf of residents from house no 249 to 262. We are facing problem due to illegal construction of stairs by one of the resident with house no 255 we had complaint regarding this illegal construction on 15 april 2017 with complaint no 392 but no actions are taken till date.
We had also complained to police but no actions were taken by police. Rather one of the delhi police employee was involved in this illegal construction and he also threatened ladies living near by.

It's matter of serious concern.
But no actions are being taken

The streets of sita puri (Near dabri extension, west delhi) are facing so much due to unsanitary condition of the locality. People have covered the drains garbage and also no mcd worker has come for months to clean the streets. I am especially talking about street number 3 and 4 where many people have given their houses on rent to the people who are not at all willing for cleanliness. Some factories are also being running in the locality where the working professionals through garbage here and there. They are not concerned about the cleanliness. Due to this, garbage has been spread throughout which may cause so many diseases if not removed. I also request you to please look into the rented houses, as so many people are living in highly unsanitary conditions which may further affect the other people living around.

No one is coming to clean the streets. No one has come to evaluate the sanitary conditions. Considering this matter a serious issue, please do the needful as soon as possible.

I am a resident of g block sector 15 rohini there are 4 to 5 dogs in our street which are very dangerous for everyone. They don't let children play outside the home. Also i leave for work at 0600 in the morning they always run and come to me and further they tried to bite me 3 times its getting very unsafe for everyone. Please help

I live in yamuna vihar c12/241. There are 5-6 stray dogs, and their number is increasing everyday. They have made life scary especially for ladies and children. It is very difficult to commute in the locality because of them. Today they were at my doorstep and barking on me. I some how manage to get in the home. These dogs use to bark day and night. They made life scary in this locality. Even they are polluting our area with their urine and latrine and even scattering all garbage here and there.

So i request you to please send your dog squad to remove these dogs from our area as soon as possible.

My vehicle hyundai accent which is now out of permit and was parked outside my street along with other vehicles from last 1.5 years was picked up recently without my notice and claiming to have picked it on 24th may and charging fine equal to the vehicles weight per day whereas i and my family members have noticed the vehicle being parked at its place in the month of june as well. I declare their claim to be false because they are claiming this just for the sake of making more money.

Dear sir, would like to draw your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of sarojini park, street no 10, shastri nagar, east delhi - 110031 my complain against garbage auto driver who does not collect the garbage from home to home (Under mcd aap ke dwarr scheme)... Actually he never come in our street and clearly refuse more then 1 year. One think i observe, these garbage auto driver are collect the garbage from home to home at the time of election. Why? I would like to request you to instruct him to collect the garbage of street no 10, sarojini park, shastri nagar, east delhi - 110031. So that we feel good to be the resident of new delhi. Hope for favourable consideration and necessary instructions.

Dear sir,

I am a delhi resident reside at c-75 ground floor dda colony west gorakh park ext. Shahdara new delhi-110032. This residential building was constructed keeping in mind three floors only i. E. Ground, first and second floor by a private builder on an existing structure of ground floor, during dec 2007.

Sir, here i like to bring to your kind notice that the owner of top floor (Iind floor) is erecting a structure on the roof which is illegal and i feel it is dangerous to other building occupants and neighbours as well because the building underneath may not be able to bear the load of expanded structure and collapse.

I request your kind intervention to stop the ongoing construction work at the above address at the earliest.

Immediate attention is required due to an illegal water tank being constructed on the weak roof above my apartment.
I am the owner of second floor front portion of property no. A-31 kailash colony, new delhi measuring 1000 sq. Yards. This property is residential one and the occupants of the
Rest of the portions of this property obtained stay order and are using it for commercial purposes and it is understood that their cases are pending in the court of tribunal m. C. D. Tis hazari courts. The property is mostly being used by commercial purposes, the ground floor by two restaurants i. E. Front portion by china pearls spinns lounge bar and rear portion by sanjha chulla. Both of them have occupied the common areas of drive way both sides by constructing kitchens and bathrooms and keeping their whole luggage of the restaurants including huge generator in the front open court yard so that nobody can enter the drive way and the left over foods and bones are being given to stray dogs in the evening and at night and in day time the dogs are sleeping in the common area of the building. They are having open kitchens inviting dogs to gather at all times and no one can go to their respective portions on the upper floors since all the times dogs are sleeping in the common area leading to the stairs. People are scared of going to the stairs for going upstairs. They have also occupied the middle common area of the building by putting their huge refrigerators and other goods pertaining to their kitchens.

The said building is an old building of about 50-60 years old and on the terrace front side already there the owner of the plot gave the place to airtel tower and rest of the terrace was being used by the owner of front portion terrace by keeping his small overhead water tanks of plastic made, which have been removed by sanjha chulla people. Yesterday the owner of sanja chulla removed our small water tanks and started erecting huge concrete over head water thank on our roof which is already weak being an old one which can not bear such load of water and huge concrete water tank. Even otherwise sanja chulla is situated in the rear portion of the building on the ground floor who was having their water tanks of plastic made in the rear portion and now they have started making a huge concrete overhead water tank on the portion of the second floor flat of the front portion which will certainly endanger the human life since the roof may collapse at any time if the huge water tank of concrete is allowed to be erected there.

It is, therefore requested that the sanjha chulla owner may be prevented not to construct his huge overhead water tank on the front terrace which is too weak and can not bear the load. There is much space in the rear side where they had their plastic overhead water tanks and now they are going to remove those tanks and are constructing concrete overhead water tank on the roof of front side flat.

Sir, in our colony (Molarband extn. Badarpur f-block), a local construction material supplier is dumping it's debris, dust, bricks etc. On regular basis
... All our homes drains are full of dust.. And it is causing breathing problem to general people.
One side we talk about swach bharat and another side he is polluting the environment.
We politely talked to him not to dumping such thing as it is not good for public... But he threatened to us

Therefore sir you are our last hope, please look into matter.

Dear sir,
I am living in b-5 h. I. L colony new moti nagar new delhi 10015. The street light light in front of my house not working since 2 month even whole street is under darkness not a single light working here. I have made complaint many times and also make online complaint by www.bsesdelhi.com but after a long time when no action taken my complaint by bses i try to make complaint online again, but still street light under darkness. This has become very dangerous due to darkness for the people and children who walk on colony. I have try to trace complaint which i make by customer support but helpline person told me that he made a complaint and bses engineer working on that i do not know how can bses person so careless about complaint. Than what meaing of coustomer support server or coustomer support center.
Please take it seriously as it matters to consumer right.
