We would like to inform you that while paying mcd property tax for property id no.[protected] for 2017-18 online. For z4, (1st floor front side), dayal sir road, uttam nagar, (Dayal sir colony) new delhi 110059

The site has charged the double amount as the entry of our floor 63 meters was displaying twice in the system.

Previously, for 63meters we have been paying between rs 700-800 but this year it has charged inr 1469.00/-

For ready reference we have the following documents
•receipt_z4_2015-16 (Charged 735/- for 63 meters floor) -
•detail of z4_2015-16 (Shown single entry of 63 meters floor) -
•receipt_z4_2016-17 (Charged 770/- for 63 meters) -
•receipt_z4_2017-18 (Charged double1469/- for 63meters and showing 2 entries of same floor) -

Kindly suggest us, how this can be corrected in mcd database and the extra amount charged can be credited back to our bank account. We tried contacting mcd through email ids [protected]@mcd.org.in and [protected]@mcd.org.in (Found on one of their webpage) all emails are bouncing back.

Your guidance in this case will be highly appreciated.

I am a resident of rosewood apartment, pocket a/2, sector 13 dwarka. Stray dogs here in our locality have caused a lot of problems. Initially, we didn't bother much. But now recently they have started attacking children and elders. Some of the residents got bitten by them. We don't feel safe even going to our local grocery shop. I understand the best solution would be getting them vaccinated and sterilized.
So kindly do the needful.

There has been water pipe line problem since we have shifted in this house. I am an ordinary citizen of b-1 society, i have been calling the plumbers since i don't know how many years but nobody is willing to help us because our neighbors are not ready to talk or help with the situation and sever line is in their house.

This is to inform you that i am resident of c block inderpuri new delhi-110012 from last 3 months hurdles of cows are there in locality. Their owners leave them open in society in search of food which is very risky for children's playing outside. It also makes roads dirty as cow does toilet and # on roads. I request you to take some serious action against the owners of cows. Thank you.

In the park of s block pandav nagar, there are cfl born pillars but not a single light lit. Only a yellow coloured high mast light lit. Because of yellowness it looks dull. Please install white led lights on pillars like south mcd parks. Please do it. Please do it. Please do it. This repeatation is being done as complaint details demand minimum 350 characters.

My address - plot no. 89, gali no. 4, ravi nagar, delhi. Our neighbors are creating serious problem to us. Water is leaking from neighbor's walls into our home. They are doing nothing even after complaining from last 2 years. We are in great trouble. Please help us.

This is to inform you that there is a illegal construction going on in b-84 karam pura new delhi - 110015.
This person has occupied unauthorised area in front and back of his house. We have complained to iind time but they have not taken any action. Any one can see how much construction is going on in this house no. B-84 karam pura new delhi - 110015. It is situated near ambedkar university karam pura.

I request kindly take my complaint seriously and come once to see this construction site so that mcd will judge & see the real situation.

Hello, there are too many stray dogs in my colony g block (G-15 to g-30 road), vikaspuri, there has been so many incidents happened infront of me and today it happened with one of my family memeber. These dogs bark and then bite.

Please send some one to catch these dogs away. As these dogs are creating too much terror in our colony. It is very difficult to go out of the house alone.

This is to bring to your notice that i am a resident of katwaria sarai area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on dda market katwaria sarai near shipli hardware shop new delhi - 110016, a shop is purchased by someone the owner has covered all area near the shop.

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction. The unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.

Please do your work on time and take action as soon as possible.

It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

I am resident at krishna nagar near safdarjung enclave new delhi. This is to bring to your notice that from past 1 week (Today's date 11-6-17) we are getting very dirty drinking water from mcd. The water usually has foul smell and is yellow in colour. Most likely sewer waste is getting mixed in the drinking water line. Due to this all my family members are suffering from water borne disease such as diarrhoea. And most likely other people in my area would be also facing the same problem.
I request you to kindly look into the problem mentioned above and resolve the problem at the earliest. Health is wealth and i am sure our mcd also believes the same

The strength of dog has increased tremendously and need to be removed as they are creating the problem of defecation in the locality and troubling trespass during night. It seems there are more than 40-45 dog in a stretch of 1 km in our street. Please look through the issue as summer are nearby and the defecation problem caused by dogs may lead to water contamination and also may cause disease.

With due respect i submit that i along with my brother are running shop no 10 in property bearing no. 4749, khasra no. 865/352 central road bhogal new delhi 110014. That 1) bhai buildcom pvt. Ltd. Through its director 865/352, 4749, central road, bhogal new delhi[protected] shri shankar guptas/o shri pawan gupta r/o 63/1, masjid road, bhogal, new delhi 3) shri rajeev goels/o shri j. P. Goelr/o 76, sukhdev vihar new delhi-110025 are violator mcd bye laws ​and have commenced unauthorized construction at property bearing no. 4749, khasra no. 865/352 central road bhogal new delhi 110014 from 09/06/2017. That the police help line no 100 was also called immediately and police came to the spot and directed to stop the digging work. That the property bearing no. 4749, khasra no. 865/352 central road bhogal new delhi 110014 is a suit property several matters are still pending and my brother obtained stay from hon’ble high court of delhi. That afore said persons are also threatening me that if i take action against the unauthorized construction then me and my family members will be implicated in false criminal case.
That i am sure that aforesaid persons could not get the site plan sanctioned from municipal corporation before 09/6/2017 when they started raising unauthorized construction in said property that the said construction is in utter violation of building bye laws of delhi municipal corporation act and said construction would also adversely affect the my right and interest in said property. That the concerned junior engineer and assistant engineer failed discharge their statutory duty and allowed aforesaid persons to commence with the unauthorized construction against extraneous consideration. That there is conspiracy on part of aforesaid persons to demolish/damage the shop no 10 at property bearing no. 4749, khasra no. 865/352 central road bhogal new delhi 110014.
It is therefore requested take action to stop the illegal digging/unauthorized construction at property bearing no. 4749, khasra no. 865/352 central road bhogal new delhi 110014 at the earliest.

Dear sir,
This is a complaint related to unauthorised contruction. Our neighours in bfh -73 west shalimar bagh delhi 110088 has re built his house and made unauthorised ramps and balcony of all four floors is approximate 5 foot extra and the almirah is made in backside of the gully and all other neighours tell him to complaint in dda then the owners of the property tell that they are the relative of assistant commissioner in dda and do what ever you want to do.
Kindly look in this matter because our home is dubbed in between the building..

Sir, i am resident of sector 9pkt2, dda flats there is a space allocated to bses for electrical services, but reliance has installed mobile tower on its roof reliance has changed its use. It is in residential area and one side there is kids school. This tower must be shifted to some commercial area.

Dear sir.

I dp yadav is combatant member of air force and presently posted to j&k area. I have purchased recently above second floor flat in g -47 at rajnagar part ii palam from builder (Mr devenedar bhardwaj)
My family is staying alone in this flat. This building is constructed up to 3rd floor by builder in collaboration with land lord (Mr dinesh singh negi)
Now for your kind attention i would like to infrom you that an illegal construction is going on as a forth floor and bachcha flat (In place parking) by dinesh singh negi in this building. However there is no deal between builder and land lord at the time of construction. Earlier while constructing of bachcha flat in this building, a complain was lodged by first floor owner to police station, but he has been success to made the bachcha flat. Now again he is trying to constructe the forth floor which is totally illegal construction. Because no action has been initiated by any gov. Body.
Hence, in view above it is requested that immediate action to be taken to stop this illegal construction.

This is to bring to your notice that there is unauthorised construction extension happening in 3 floors in dda flat in c-8 vasant kunj, the building is old so this construction is dangerous for the building structure and can harm the neighbourhood. Flat no.8726, 8628, 8630.
The extension is done on the old structure which can not bear the load on simultaneously 3 floors, this is a dangerous situation in case of earthquake also the load is too much. To avoid any authority to notice the construction is done very quickly the therefore the construction is of very bad quality and can be dangerous in near future for the neighbouhood. Request action asap.

This is my 11th complaint againt same problem same note.
Your mcd officer comes at site and taes money from them to carry on their illegal water suplies.
They are doing job in front of all government but no one want to take any action on it. They gives money to delhi mcd, delhi police.
They are very dangerous and now i no intrest on you low and action becouse each of every person of your department is currpted.
They wast 10000 litters of water to purrifies and 5000 litter of water it will purifies in daily. From that our water lavel is going down

Has been burnt by some one in the ground adjacent to eastern park, resulting a bed odour as well as smoke developed in whole society. Due to which we senior citizens have breathing problem.
