Respected Sir,

With due respect I want to state that the hawkers near L - block (Vijay Chowk) near shiv mandir creating chaos and the policemen are taking monthly money from them as a bribe to get their work done. Whenever the M.C.D committee comes they are informed by those policemen and they vanished from that chowk safely because all the local policemen who are supporting this activity.

I would like to bring to your notice that the vendors are allowed to standing in the corners of the house and pay rent to the landlords.

Now strict has been taken against those policemen and vendors which not only affecting the area by creating mess but also affecting businesses who are registered and paying taxes to the government legally very badly by decreasing the status of the society and creating traffic jam and throwing garbages in the streets and chowk. It is almost daily there is fight at this place due to them because of traffic jam sometimes hawkers fight with each other for the space which is have adverse effect on the kids and women of that society.

You will experience this when you secretly come in the evening time as a normal man .

I would request you to please take some strict and immediate action against it and landlords who are taking rent from them and allowing them to work without thinking about the society else some other space should be provided for them to work which is only for hawkers.

i wil be highly obliged if you kindly pay attention in this regard.

Building on house no.1738, outram lines, gtb nagar has come up with basement and four storeys without any sanctioned plan. Despite our repeated requests to mcd only symbolic action was taken against this unauthorized construction but now the building shall be ready. They have built six bathrooms on each floor, thinking to convert it into pg hostel, which will prove catastrophic for the the whole block. It is high time that the construction should be stopped immediately and building be sealed.

I am sanjay jain from chattarpur enclave phase-1 backside of our house there are 2plots are badly filled garbage we complaint some of municipal coorporation of south zone and they came but they said that we clean only road not the plots but sir it was very difficult to live their because of these plot please sir I'm requesting u to please take an action against it

There are some groups of dog in our society which bites everyone going from that particular area. They sits under the cars and then attack. Children of our society are not able to play there. Everyone is scared of them. They have bit my relatives, my friends & other people too of our society. You are requested to come at rohini delhi sec-16, 110089 a-4/30 to catch them. I would be thankful to you.

There are about 50-60 dogs barking and biting people all the time in Krishna Nagar. So many times complaint has been lodged in the past but it is of no use. Authority says it cannot kill dogs. We understand that. We want dogs be distributed in all delhi equally. some areas have so many dogs and some have only a few of them. There should be equality.

Delhi Government - Please notice and do the needful to make Krishna Nagar safe place to live for common people.

There is bring to your kind notice that i am a resident if b1 block, paschim vihar, new delhi. There are nany stray dogs in my locality. The dog is biting the people. There are many people who have got biten by the dog. Recently my friend's mom got biten by a dog. There is a park in front of my house where a grouo of 5 6 dogs resides. The dog comes and bites. It has biten a lot of people. Few days back a 5 year old child was biten. It is my request to please take away the dogs from here. It is getting scary day by day as due to the fear of dogs i am not able to go outside. Many kids reside in this area. This area is not safe now. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

With due respect, i want to draw your kind attention towards the bad condition of the drain in front of my house j9 block, house number 17, rajouri garden new delhi 110027.

I have raised multiple complaints against the drainage in mcd, but there is no permanent solution has been provided. As after every 2 months we have to deal with the same water logging and over flooded drain. We have to get the drain repaired from non mcd work as nobody comes to fix the issue from mcd.

The condition of drainage is very poor, fully overloaded with drainage water. From last 15 days drainage water is on the road and this water logging will lead to dangerous disease. It's so smelly that we can't even stand and or open our house window.

As i am looking for a permanent solution, therefore, request you to kindly take an immediate action against the faulty drainage system. And get this drain fixed once and all.

Hi,
This is girish sharma, i live in sangam vihar thana road e block street-6a.
In our area there is a banquet hall and to some sabzi wala's rented that banquet hall. So that's why they parked there rickshaw on street and the street will be blocked, the people will be facing problem to pass there vehicle on street actually the sabzi wala's blocked the main entrance of street, so that's why drain will be blocked and water flowing on street.

The deer park have always been such an inspiration for me being a resident of Safdarjung enclave since birth. It hurts to see its current condition. I live in batla house. This is to inform you that, in the d-60 block d of batla house, there is a person who has constructed his residency into commercial work use as this has been already not allowed by the government. May be he used to keep buffalo for the selling of milk but due to this in the whole location is stinking. Due to this dengue mosquitos spreads disease & sewer jam occurs. And again stinking problem has to be face on daily basis. People has already complained regarding this several times but there is no positive action has taken by mcd. I wish you will look into this case on the priority basis & help us to resolve this problem soon.

With due respect, i wanted to draw your kind attention towards the bad condition of the drains of our area i. E. Om vihar, block b, next to gagan bharti sr sec school. The condition is drainage is very poor, fully over loaded with drainage water as they are not cleaned on regular basis.
From last 15 days drainage water is on roads and this water logging will lead to dangerous disease.

On top of it garbage is lying on the roads. I have never seen any sweeper to clean the roads neither garbage vans come to this area.

I hereby request you to take an immediate action \

Also please provide us details of sweepers allotted to this area and garbage vans contact person so that we can check why they are not performing their jobs

It is really serious as monsoon is on its way & will lead to a bigger issue if not resolved immediately

My name is harpreet kaur, r/o 8763/3a, multani dhanda, pahar ganj, new delhi-110055.
This is to inform you that sweeper of our street shri ram or his wife both are irregular. Actually who is on govt. Job he or his wife, we are not aware about it. They have fixed some charges of rs.100/- from each house. If we deny to pay they usually throw garbage bags in front of our house or at below my car. Both husband wife abuses us bitterly. If we asked them to make a complaint against them they threatened us that they will see who can make complaint against them. This is really horrible for us when in the morning, we start our day with good hopes we have to face these kind of issues every alternate day, which really upset us. We feel really low the whole day.
Secondly, through garbage, mosquitoes, flies & harmful insects can cause diseases & make us fall ill as you are very much aware monsoon season is arriving & its really normal it can affect the drainage system (Manholes) as well.
Please send your executive to inspect all the matter & save us facing from these terrible situations which arrives us day by day.
I would request you to either change the sweeper or let them know their responsibilities. & please let us know who is actually on duty shri ram or his wife.
Please take immediate action against them & save us for facing such issues on regular basis.

Sir,

I am citizen of delhi and as per my daily life, to reach my office i take route from delhi to highway. For this i passes through jhangir puri metro station.
From sunday ( 28/5/17 ) there is sewer water and comes out on road and covers 60%-70% area from left side of road to right side. Just under the jhangir puri metro station it creates alot of rush and traffic jam. It can invites different types of diseases too, the whole area under the metro station is full with bad smell also. Now, it's a third day of this sewer water on road.
Sir, it's my humble request you to clean this area and do the strict action towards this as soon as possible.

So many times i raised the complaint against the drainage in mcd, but no one is ready to take the written complaint. They told us to go and get the modi and kejriwal for this. Condition is drainage is very poor, fully over loaded with drainage water.
So you are requested to take an immediate action against the faulted persons and clean that drainage.

Seems un natural / poissioned death of yellow colour app 01 yr old dogee on 29/05/17 night, case booked on 100, all protected injection was excuted by mcd to this dogee, case is under animal cruelty act 1960 submitted to rohini thana on 30/05/17 at 12.06 am -

I am a resident of f-17/127 (First floor) sector 15 rohini delhi-110089.
People residing in ground floor have illegal constructed kitchen on the front side (Which is always on the rear side of flats) causing suffocation because of all the smell and gases getting inside our flat.
They have illegally occupied space of the lane, have blocked the sewer below the balcony pipe by putting a cooler.
Please take a notice on this issue.

Subject: illegal construction of 3rd floor in j-64 block j1, vikas puri, new delhi west

Sir,

Illegal construction has been started on the 3rd floor of plot no j-64 of vikas puri, new delhi-110018, plot is of 200sqyd. It is a freehold plot, of which ground floor and 1st floor are occupied by 2 separate owners and, 2nd portion of 200sqyd was resold to another party last summer. The builder has started the reconstruction of 2nd floor and construction of 3rd floor has also been started, it is freehold hold property and there is an approved official map which as per delhi mcd laws allows only g+2 construction within 15 meters height without stilt parking, therefore the said construction is in clear violation of the building bye laws.
The building in itself is around 30 years old it has and there is clear risk of building getting damaged and lives of the residents is in danger due to this reconstruction and additional load on the old building structure.
In view of the facts mentioned above it is requested that directions may kindly be issued immediately to stop the construction of 3rd floor on this old building structure.

Sector 10 R K Puram (Nivedita Kunj) is a government colony. This houses senior officers of the Government of India. There has been encroachment on the boundary wall from Gate 2 to Gate 4 boundary by the persons from Ambedkar Colony side.

The new construction has mushroomed and causing a big security problem.
It is requested that all unauthorised construction shall be demolished and no new construction should be allowed.

This is to bring to your notice that i am a resident of bhagwati garden extn. Area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on th road at a - block bhagwati garden extn, uttam nager delhi -110059, the owner has covered appx. 6ft x 40ft area on the road. All this construction have been narrowing the passage of the road.

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.

It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.
