I wwant to say that there had been done some construction work on the road of jai prakash nagar, west ghonda, 5th pusta, street no.3, cross street of street no-16, nearest landmark-hansraj dairy, mohan hotel.

The construction has been done before atleast 6 month ago but debris (Maed officers are taking action against it.

You are requested to take immediate and strict action against this problem.

In West Delhi, the activities of illegal construction are increasingly increasing and due to these incidents, in the case of illegal construction, in the matter of Right to Information in Delhi Municipal Corporation Western District by the media, the application number ID NO-558 dated[protected]Mother Nature Rani Magogo Hospital C-98 Om Vihar Uttam Nagar Near Metro Pilar No. 708-709 Main Najafgarh Road New Delhi) Went.
The answer to which we received the number D-639 / RTI / EE (B) -11 / WZ / 16 dated 28-09-16.

According to D-639 / RTI / EE (B) -11 / WZ / 16 dated 28-09-16, we were not satisfied with the reply we received. That's why we applied for 1st appeal! (Whose NO.-D-460 / SE-II / WZ / 2016
Appeal-399 and -ID is NO-678 /[protected], on date 01-12-16, the hearing took place and on December 7, 2016, we got the reply (related copies have also been attached with this complaint). The information sought was not given to us as well.
Sir, I want to focus your attention on building such a building. The construction started in September 2014. When the excavation of the basement for this construction started, the primary report was lodged by MCD against its producer Subhash Maggo in the respective police station Uttam Nagar. Whose FIR number-1268 Which was recorded on[protected]. (Whose copy has been attached with the complaint), the construction of this building started, and the construction work reached the 3rd floor. But on getting the work on the 3rd floor, another complaint by the MCD department, whose FIR number -1068 is[protected]. (Whose copy has been attached with the complaint) filed against the builder of this building Subhash Maggo. This complaint was made by Mr. Bhagat Dayal, Junior Engineer (Building). This primary report is also recorded in Uttam Nagar police station. (Whose copy is also attached to the complaint) due to the first complaint, construction started and reached 3rd floor and due to second complaint the building was sealed and its third floor was demolished. But the construction work of the above building started again after a few days.
An RTI was filed on[protected] to take information regarding this building by life enthusiasm media. (Whose copy has also been attached) was not answered correctly by the first MCD department in this RTI Which is why we applied for 1st appeal. The answer to which we also got delayed. Even after receiving a delayed response, we are not satisfied with the reply. But this RTI only got information that the building has been demalled and sealed.
Against the illegal construction of this building, a complaint has also been made in the Deputy Commissioner of West Zone Vishal Enclave. Whose diary number is 6406 / P, which was given on October 13, 2016. Despite this complaint, no action has been taken against this illegal building so far. Even the concerned officials of MCD were spoken, but they also did not understand the need to give a clear answer on this. They say that we had sent a notice to FIR in Uttam Nagar police station for this. But he has not yet answered the FIR in the Uttam Nagar police station or not.
None of the above mentioned complaints (FIR) have yet been settled. Despite the two cases pending in the court, the building was constructed. The builder broke the sealed sealed seal and constructed two floors above. Or was it really allowed by the MCD. But it was proved by the RTI that this construction was done illegally. When a building has been sealed by MCD and sealed, how can it be constructed on it? According to the filed RTI, the MCD Department has written in clear words that "this building has been made illegally and it has been processed for demolition and sealing" means that even after this action the building is illegally constructed Has been done.
On the other hand, MCD was asked through a complaint, the concerned officials said that the building has been sealed. While the 3rd floor of the building which was broken by the MCD Department. Its construction has been broken by sealing the seal. While at present his last floor has been sealed. Which is merely an excuse or a sham to compromise with the constructor of the MCD officers under a thoughtful plan. On the first day, the basement of this building was being done and its complaint was made by the department for illegally and whose third floor was broken and sealed due to illegal construction. In that situation, the rebuilding was done and what would be considered as justification for sealing the last floor. Is the personal interest of MCD officials linked to this illegal construction? Many questions are emerging on this side.
1. What is the reason behind this, that the building was not completely sealed?
2. How to build even above the 3rd floor despite building seal?
3. Why has no action been taken against the construction of the MCD department by breaking the seal against the builder?
Following all the above things, business activities are still underway in this building. This means that no matter the seal of the top builder on the floor, it does not matter. So is not it all messed up with the law? Despite the pending cases in the court, business activities are being undertaken here. Whether the producer is getting assistance from a particular person, MCD officers etc or any political protection is being given to the illegal builder. Because the matter here is not only illegal construction but also illegal construction, along with the law has been played with the law. Do people have no fear of law? Can anyone prove his selfishness by breaking it whenever he wants?
Sir, if all types of constructions are promoted only for the earnings of MCD department officials, please clarify. Because hundreds of buildings are being followed without rules. The building which gets the money from the MCD officials becomes comfortable.
You want to request that no person should get the right to work by breaking the law. Because the beginnings of wrong do not prevent any mistake. Therefore, you are praying that the concerned house whose address is known as Rani Maggo Hospital C-98 Om Vihar Uttam Nagar Near Metro Pilar No. 708-709 Man Najafgarh Road New Delhi-110059. Action against construction of this building and illegal construction of buildings. FIR should be filed for breaking the sealed imposed by MCD and seal it till the court's decision.

I have a pregnancy of five months, doctor prescribed medicine of a month. But after a long waiting medical officer given medicine for only 10 days. What is the problem. I. E. I have to go hospital every during pregnancy walking & facing gathering is not good sign for health. So i want to say please upgrade your medical facilities & support. Your medical officer also talk with hard language.

Road block
This to inform you that a person is constructing his house in Chattarpur Enclave Phase 2.. house number A25 and problem is that he is throwing everything on the road which is blocking the passage for Cars 2 Wheelers and pedestrian. This thing is going from last 8 months but nobody has taken an action against them I request you to please evaluate and check if they have permission to throw everything on road which is creating a lot of trouble in everyday life of people travelling using that road.

I have a heartly request to you, we are not able to go out of our homes. Over the last two months, the sewer line is overflowing here. Due to which the diseases and infections are spreading in the environment. And also sewer water is flowing in some houses. No one has been listening for the last two months.

I also attached the photo of the street from which you will get an idea of ​​it.

We are facing a serious problem due to an unauthorized parking in our street.in an empty plot someone has opened a illegal parking. The concern person sometimes park their cars out of his parking which leads a serious problem to us in taking our car at my place and he don't let anyone park their cars in the street even for single minute.in mid night also sound of blowing horns disturb our senior citizens and us. Once when i asked him to show his parking authorization certificate so the answer was "i don't have any authorization you complaint whom so ever you want to complain". So i am doing the same informing you about the case.
I am looking forward for an immediate action against it.

The work relating to resurfacing/carpeting of gali no 3, ashoka park (Main), delhi-110035, near ashoka park (Main), metro station was started by the north west municipal corporation in the second week of march 2017, and the existing road from house no 73 to house no 87, was completely dismantled, and debris i. E, all broken road materials lying unattended. The work of relaying of road has not been taken up yet, even after a gap of 2 months. This is causing a great inconvenience to the residents, as it has become a focal point of water logging, prone to accidents, and also in violation of sawachta abhiyan of hnb. Le p. M.
The residents have been paying all the taxes, with in time, and such a negligent attitute of engineers posted in the municipal corporation of north west delhi, may please be investigated and action may please be taken against them for violation of terms and conditions of their duty citizen charter.
Also, it is requested that work which has not been completed so far may be taken up on priority, to avoid our action for filing a compaint with cpgram

House number 314, in Chandgi Ram Block at Asiad Village 110049 is getting unauthorized construction at a very large scale. The houses/ buildings in Asiad Village are all wall to wall i.e. a common wall of two buildings and if any structural change is done in any one building, it affects not only immediate adjacent building but have affect on all buildings of row as all are connected.

The said house is already demolished more than half from back side and very deep fresh foundation is made in the back yard covering almost complete open area and leaving only 5-7 feet from back boundary wall for addition of new structure which will be joined with renovated old building. Side walls up to 1st floor is already raised from new foundation with provision to raise 2nd floor The scale of demolition and digging can be gauged from the fact that more than 50 trucks of malba/ soil is already taken out so far in addition to getting many trucks of cement, bricks, iron saria and other construction material.

Since colony has two residents welfare .associations, the owner is taking advantage by taking permission for minor renovation from one association but is not possible hat security staff and association officials are not aware of scale on which work is being carried out.

The written complaint is lodged with The Deputy Commissioner, SDMC and Executive Engineer, Building Department on 29th and 30th March respectively but they all chose to turn a blind eye. If matter is not looked by officials on urgent basis such construction will have disastrous consequences

Hi sir, i booked community center for marriage on 13 feb 2017 receipt no g8 6003608. For 30 april 2017. When we enter in the center, there position was very bed, no fan and tube light working, latrine are blocked and water coming in hall till end. Faced lot of problem and every gust complaining for program and we had to shameful in front of them. I am attaching the video of the current position of the community center. I spoke to mr das also regarding the same but they pull his hand after just say sorry. Please do something so that no once face the problem like me. There was once lady who is saying every tine that what can we do we have already inform to our officers since long time but they don't do anything.

This has now become really urgent as the tree can any time fall and human life is in threat and property damage would also be seen.

I would like to draw your attention towards the misable situation at maya puri new delhi at and around e-block. Police give full support for enchroachers and despite of 60ft road, people cann't even move two wheeler there please help us

People desmantle used and old trucks and cars on road lead to enchroachment of road. Roads are covered full of broken glasses and seat covers. People open cng cylinders on roads during desmantling

I am a resident of suraj nagar delhi. There are one monkey in my area. They are irritating by entering in the houses and by picking food from the kitchen and refrigerators. Moreover, they are also snatching the things from hands enetring the house mobile phones, wallet etc. And scaring the kids.
Morning time in park. Park name is chaudhary suraj nagar park. And evening time other time pepole enterd the house.

Please see to it and take necessary actions against monkeys in my area.

The said Building not only is situated in a densely populated residential area, But also there is a School near the said building and two play ground near the said building. I suppose According to the Mcd Guidlines no tower can be erected in residential areas . Also as we all know that It Causes very harmful effects on humans living nearby and on the guidelines of Hon’ble Delhi High Court Towers are not allowed at residential areas, It creates many diseases like Cancer, and also affected the infant old people and specially for pregnant women.
