Tenants of the home CA-37B have kept a pet dog named Happy. This letter is addressed to highlight the sorry state of the affairs of the animal concerned. The residents are out of their home for the whole long day. In the morning only they feed him and that too with some chappati and left over of the previous night. During the long hot day the animal remains bound in the outer verandah of the house in the most untidy conditions. He remains always surrounded by faecal matter, urine that smells like a hell and its offensive smell is intolerable. The neighbors also have to bear its consequences all the time. His whole day litterings are also not cleaned on the daily basis . Whenever the lady of the house gets time she sometimes cleans it. The sorry state of the animal and his ill-treatment in the hands of his keepers is really a matter of concern. The pet is not taken for an outing ever and remains undernourished. Even the water kept for drinking is not changed on daily basis. The neighbors have many times approached the keepers as well as the ladlord of the house and requested them to either keep the environment tidy or the landlord should make them vacate the house, but is of no concern. After many futile attempts to address this problem, I m writing this letter so that the dignity of living of the animal is taken care of. If the keepers can't take a proper care of the pet and have kept him only for the security purpose, then a proper action should be taken against them. It's my humble request to take immediate concern of the problem and ask for a proper and strict action to be taken against the keepers.

Dear Sir, We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of Residents of A & B block Pul Pehlad pur, Near Shiv Mandir New Delhi 110044. On the above subject matter putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation. Our complaint is specific that, one Mr. Darpan Sharma, resident of A-145, Pul Pehlad pur, New Delhi 110044, had licensed his premises to Mobile Company for installation of Mobile Tower in midst of residential area of Pul Pehlad Pur When residents of A & B block, came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also requested to the said Mr. Darpan sharma for termination of Leave and License Agreement and stoppage of installation of Mobile Tower and also informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which emanates from the said Mobile Tower upon the human body and also shown him various reports. In spite of this, the said Mr. Darpan Sharma, flatly refused to pay any heed to the said fact and evasively replied to residents of A & B block Pul Pehlad pur and he refused to terminate the said license. Even less than 30 m from the location of Mobile Tower already there is 2 primary schools situated which having more than 1000 children between the age of 3-8 years. Which showing continuously in the contacts of hazardous radiation which can impact the growth of these small children. As you know that, it is general rule that, the Mobile Tower has to be installation 100 meters away from the residential area as the radiation emanating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said Mobile Tower on their building. Hence, the said Mobile Company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect. This can not be permit to making commercial profit by some one can play others life, health and growth of small children. As per the rules it is the necessary to give, No objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbors has objection to this installation in their areas. We therefore request you to kindly look in to this Serious & urgent matter personally and see that the above tower installation stop immediately from the above House in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people & children of the area and School. Sir, We are residents of R-Block Dilshad Garden, Opp. Jhilminl Metro Station Delhi-110095. There is a team of approx. 10-15 monkies roaming aorund the day near by Jhilmil Metro Staion and R-Block, B-Block and near by areas but most of the time the monkey styas in the R - Block. they have bit so many people in the park adjoing areas and people trvelles by Metro and drop at Jhilmil metro Station.. I hereby request you to kindly do something as early as possible.

I want to inform you that one tower is fixed on 37 yard residential house no c-6/309 yamuna vihar delhi 110053 and wires are fixed on the electric-pol of bses which is illegal. last year electric poll has fallen and it may injury to any body now the wires are lying low and we are facing difficulties to move which are also problem to health also.You are requested to remove this tower from them otherwise it can be mis happening to anyone

I am a member of hardayal municipal public library my complaint against the facility of AC (air conditioner). I am a student and I have a membership but when we all students read in library we all feel more suffocation because AC not working we all can't concentrate on reading due to this issue. Respeted sir, With utmost urgency I would like to bring in to your notice that in Bhagwan Nagar locality which falls under Jungoura -A, citizens are terrified because of the monkeys. They destroy the properties and cases of even biting small children have come up. They get inside the house, snatch whatever they want and even harm people who try to stop them. The BSES board right opposite to the Jeewan Hospital has to shut down the power supply for 6 hours because a monkey died due to electric shock and the entire group of monkeys obstructed their way. This problem has been going on for past couple of months and no one has taken any actions against it. Request you to please act soon before any more gets seriously hurt. We are hardly informed you that in our street we are very disappointed with some dirty dogs. These dirty Dogs are spread the garbage outside our home and doing also. They are fighting in the night and barking so loud and spoiled our sleep. recently one dog was bark my brothers back and its take so much time to recover...So please take away the Dirty dogs from here... the main storm drain on road number 30, block B-1, paschim vihar is totally blocked and the sewage is flowing on the road.it is creating a spot for mosquito and flies to breed besides creating a hazard for pedestrians .it is smelling awful and is an eye sore.this problem has been there for last 3-4 months. with monsoons approaching it will create a greater problem both aesthetically as well as a health issue.just desilting the drain does not work.it needs to be properly drained into the nallah in madipur, the exit of this storm drain is probably closed

HIGH MAST LIGHT SITUATED IN FRONT ON A BLOCK JANGPURA EXTENSION IS NOT WORKING. SEVERAL COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN LODGED TELEPHONICALLY ON LAJPAT CONTROL ROOM NUMBER. BUT TO NO AVAIL. THERE HAVE BEEN LOT OF CASES OF EVE TEASING AND CHAIN SNACHING TOOK PLACE IN OUR AREA.

Recently we found bad smell in water. Please note this water is using for drinking water. We observed that drainage water may fall in the pond & mixed with drinking water. Because of this, all are badly affected especially children. Respected All, I would like to inform you that there are a lot of stray cows that roam around in our area of bapu park, kotla mubarakpur. These cows are milked daily by there so called owners and then are left behind on the streets where they create problems for all the residents as well as all passerby's.due to this our streets are always dirty with cow waste and sometimes these cows threaten to attack people. As per my knowledge, no animal shelter or milking facility is allowed in areas like ours as per law and government rule. i request you to take strict action against such unlawful activities and clear our streets of such stray animals so that we can live without fear. Dear team, Illegal constructions are increasing day by day and now its a conclusion that all is due to the lazyness of Govt. One side govt is demanding and claiming for a swatch bharat in coming time. But have they think how it will be possible as citizens don't care for the laws of govt. Citizens even don't dare to deny the rules and laws of govt as they clearly know that if they attempt any(small) crime they can be easily realise by giving bribe. Such as throwing garbage in yamuna river, throwing malba on banned area, illegal construction etc...there was a illegal construction was going on the roof of A-14 guru ram dass nagar laxmi nagar, Delhi -92. I did online complaint to MCD on 19/5/2015 to inform them bout the same but they yet to take any action on that and now the construction has completed that mean ek or illegal construction banke teyar as MCD has not taken any action which is removing the fear of law from common citizens as every person shall think to do the same and he says ki agar Maine illegal construction kar bhi liya to kya ukhar legi MCD mera aate to hai nahin..aur yeh silsila chalta he rahega... Many times I have written to the concerned department to sort out this problem but the same is till now. • Local people and children’s are facing many problems in this regard. Peoples encroached & capturing government land day by day. The numbers of hawkers increasing day by day and there is an amount fixed by the hawkers to capture the place and there is no one to stop this illegal work. So many accidents were held here because hawkers stand on the middle of the road and there is no space to enter and exit the colony. • I complaining many times but till the end no one can solve this matter. Hawkers captured whole area and govt. Road for their benefits. Government officer came to the point but they could not take any action against him. • So I decided to complaint online to know that there is any one to solve this matter and give us justice. Sir, This is to inform you that my neighbors are initiating unauthorized construction in DDA flat bearing number 4 & 6, in Pocket-A, New MIG Flats, Mayur Vihar Phase-3, Delhi-110096.They both have extended their rooms from the back side by putting a pillar in front of my house and also extended their balcony from the front side of the colony which is clearly visible from the main road as it is a front facing flats. To my surprise I called the police on 25-03-15 to stop the construction on the back side but they said they are not allowed to intervene in the matter. Again I called the police on[protected] to stop further construction on front side but they again didnt do anything. I even complaint to MCD S.E. Mr. A.K. Batra, but all in vain. Now due to the unauthorized construction my ground floor flat has developed huge cracks in the wall which can cause harm to my life and property. I have run all the way from pillar to post to stop this but the culprits are saying we have bribed the Police and MCD, and they wont intervene in this.
