I am rrsident of h.no-79, sher singh gali, munirka village, sir my contact no is [protected], sir my building is bending from middle n i am shur that ot will not go so long n it will fell down soon. Before its having 4 floor but some people made 1 more floor on that bcs of which this condition came so i request u to plz look in this matter as soon as possible plz

Sir,
This is to inform you that my neighbors are initiating unauthorized construction in DDA flat bearing number 4 & 6, in Pocket-A, New MIG Flats, Mayur Vihar Phase-3, Delhi-110096.They both have extended their rooms from the back side by putting a pillar in front of my house and also extended their balcony from the front side of the colony which is clearly visible from the main road as it is a front facing flats.
To my surprise I called the police on 25-03-15 to stop the construction on the back side but they said they are not allowed to intervene in the matter.
Again I called the police on[protected] to stop further construction on front side but they again didnt do anything.
I even complaint to MCD S.E. Mr. A.K. Batra, but all in vain.

Now due to the unauthorized construction my ground floor flat has developed huge cracks in the wall which can cause harm to my life and property.

I have run all the way from pillar to post to stop this but the culprits are saying we have bribed the Police and MCD, and they wont intervene in this.

I would request you to kindly consider the matter sympathetically being a lady senior citizen.
Any help in this regard would be a great help to my life and society

sir plz do strict action

Illegal husbandry form is ruining at house no. 261 street-10 Madhu Vihar, Uttam Nagar, New delhi-59. The animals are creating nonsense in whole locality. 2. That after making so many efforts to the owner of property and animal husbandry that he should manage them properly but none action was taken by him and also made several discussion with many representative of the area but they also mum on the said issued raised by me before them. 3. That as per the Delhi Govt. animal husbandry in residence area is banned and also harm full for the environment. 4. That residence of area are humiliated, threaten if they asked about the subject mentioned above by the owner, thus it is requested to you kindly take necessary legal and strict action against the miscreants and law violator. Please take necessary legal and strict action against the miscreants.Applicant Madhu Vihar society welfare .

Respected sir/madam, i am resident of basant gaon new delhi -110057.Their are some group of people who is involve in illegal pig farming even they use the area of DDA land and no body is going to stop them even if you want to raise a complaint against them no action is taking place because some of them are working in delhi police (peon/safaikarmchari) they give threats to all. Besides that whole area is very unpleasant condition that you not even stand over their in rainy season.
They captured the dda land build selter to their pigs and when these animals comes out they make the whole ground very dirty because they are feed these animals here and after that no such planning is their where is the waste of these animals goes which creates nonsense in whole locality.

strict action should be taken on that.

I am a regular walker at Lodhi Garden since the last five years and have very much enjoyed the beauty of this well maintained garden which improves every day.
However, last Monday I received a rude shock when we were accosted by goons who claimed that they were employee’s of “NDMC” specially appointed by The Madam Chairman to look after, protect and feed stray dogs who are residents of Lodhi Garden and told us to walk (myself & my dog) else where in the Lodhi Gardens if the Stray Dogs came towards us and better still they said and advised us to walk at our home.
As a normal practice till date we have never hit a stray dog with a stick (plastic ) that we carry to and to safeguard ourselves from advancing stray dogs when we tell them to ‘go’ some of them actually understand and actually go away ( with no thanks to these NDMC trainers or guardians as these mild dogs have been there before these goons entered the Lodhi Gardens) while some growl and continue to advance and growl while baring their teeth and conies to advance towards us we gently strike the ground to tell them to go away. We were doing just that to one such aggressive dog when we were shouted at and were threatened in a goon’s language. Moreover at least five of these ‘NDMC employees sit on a bench under a tree near the lake and just enjoy the garden where there is just one Dog and we do not see them making any other effort towards this so called ‘ dogs training’. I have also taken a picture of these peoples on my mobile. They some times bring huge amounts of food to feed the stray dogs the jogging paths and in the shady areas near the lake or where ever the Public can actually walk these days ( weather permitting) and we have to pass through this perilous path with our little dog when we have to face a large number of dogs together running from all directions making it impossible to walk in peace.
I am really surprised at this illogical action taken by the NDMC to train stray dogs, When the trainer is actually trying to train the human public walking there and asking them to walk elsewhere ( while they sit on benches under the tress) or asking them to stay at home and picking up loud fights with the Public on account of these dogs and this way the stray dog interprets this behavior as-that the fight / or loud arguments are taking place with reference to their waywardness and the dogs thinks that they now have protectors who approve of the fact that they can growl and advance towards the public baring their teeth and its all right for the dog to behave in such a manner. Hence they become even more vicious when these so called NDMC employees trainers who are encouraging stray dogs psychology to work in reverse, are not there.
To sum up the issue, the stray dog behavior has become more aggressive of late and in our presence there have been several attacks on walkers. Apart from the Dog lovers there are old people and girls who are mortally afraid of dogs in general and walk in fear and those walking without sticks become very afraid from an advancing stray dog in a lonely corner of the garden as everyone knows the dogs attack humans when they sense fear in humans. There have been loud and vicious and ‘bloody’ skirmishes between pet dogs and stray dogs injuring pet dogs and often disturbing the environment and creating fear amongst the public.
Moreover these stray dogs are carriers of pests and worms that they get from the environment( the manure has hookworms from the cows who carry them while these dogs are strong & become immune to the hookworms the humans and pet dogs do not have the immunity to live with these worms so an interaction of pets and stray dogs is not advisable as these diseases can then be taken on by the human owners of the pets once their pet is infected by these stray dogs. All diseases cannot be taken care of by the so called ‘inoculations’. that the NGO’s and your Dog squad does. The Municipal corporations of foreign countries realize this hazard and therefore without cruelty to animals they take away the stray dogs, neuter them, advertise on the internet to find homes for them, keep them for a month in their shelter, thereafter NGO’s should take over but the stray dogs are never let back on to the streets by the Municipal Corporation, Also the Municipal Corporations in other countries make it imperative for pet Dog owners to lift the’ poop’ so that the environment is left clean n not littered by ‘dog poop’ every where, but this can only be implemented when there are no stray dogs.
Lastly but not the least, I will request the NDMC to take action against these tyrannical Dog Trainers who are encouraging the stray dogs, against the public and by doing so provide a more secure and peaceful environment for the Public to enjoy their walk in peace without being afraid of being accosted by these Goons hired by NDMC.
