To, The Commissioner, MCD, Delhi Sub:- Complaint against Unauthorized / illegal Construction at Residence No.210, Savitri Nagar, Sheikh sarai-1, New Delhi-110017 Respected Sir, We the residence/people of aforesaid locality are bring to your kind notice that there is an Unauthorized Construction is going on at Residence No.210, Savitri Nagar, Sheikh sarai-1, New Delhi-110017 in full swing after one time of MCD has broken above illegal floors they are still consecrations in above illegal floors, Sir this is question of human life's those are under this illegal contractions. The material are use by the builder are also not good and trusted quality and the norms of building consecrations are not followed by this builder are correct parameters of building constructions. There is no approvals from MCA dept, No NOC from Fire dept and even no height of the building is exceeding 45 mtrs. It is a matter of concern that owner of this property is constructing the building unauthorizedly as the entire construction of walls (from 1st Floor to 5th Floor) is erected on the Balcony, dangerously and the same might invite unavoidable disaster and may cause human losses as the entire load is put on the Balcony's. It is humbly submitted that please take appropriate action against this Unauthorized Construction at the earliest so that this dangerous construction can be stopped . We would be highly obliged if you look into the matter and do justice to our request. Your good self may check the genuineness of the aforesaid facts. Collection of garbage in neighbourhood and empty plots Hi I stay in Uttam Nagar West street no 1, Shukkar Bazar Road. dear sir, i am a resident of B-39 duggal colony devli road khanpur new delhi-110062. some stray dogs have been given proteection by local resident by way of supplying them with milk and bread and as a result of which this these dogs population have gone up and biting the public at large creating nuisance. they are roaming inside the buildings etc and people are afraid about them. it is requested these stray dogs by removed by MCD or any other NGO so that we have a sigh of relief. thans CA sanjay gupta [protected]

i would like to say that i am chanchal kumar jha i'm leaving in nehru nagar ( near about zakhira flyover pin code 110008 ). most of the time in evening no. of local rehdi seller disturbing the traffic in our area and most of the local shopkeepers create a unauthorised construction on the main road. because of that fire brigade and ambulance could't come in our area in any miss happening . so it is my kindly request to u please take a such action against them for better living environment

Park Repair To Whom so ever it may be concerned. I'm a resident of East Patel Nagar New Delhi 35 Block. We have a Park in front of our home which is being used a washroom for guards & common people. I would be highly obliged if the same can be repaired & can be used a park for kids for playing & not for washroom for common people. Please treat this as urgent and serious. If you cannot resolve this, please suggest the concerned department (state of centre) where I should lodge this complaint. The garbage collectors in the Mangalam Area, Patparganj (Near Mother Dairy) have thrown the whole garbage in the road. The road is stinking for 3 days. Please do the needful.

To Whom it may concern, This is to bring to your notice that since 2 days huge piles of dirt are lying all around the Areas of jheel chowk, taj enclave road, geeta colony block 13 and opposite rani garden towards taj enclave, which is causing in conveyance to the travelers. Many accidents have occured due to this, bikes and scooties are slipping over it. And no official is seen to take care of it. Dear Sir/Madam, I am Deepak Kapoor residence of A-231, Hastsal Road, J.J.Colony Uttam Nagar New Delhi-59. This is to bring to your notice that drain the water problem has been going on for the past two to three months And condition so bad, that is now starting to come into the water homes which led to various diseases have started. First, it appears that there is no clear drain if someone comes and does the cleaning is not Drain off the mouth of the alley Why put members ahead of their homes. My Problem is very genuine problem & I hope you understand how difficult to stay with the drain water. I am expecting some serious action against the same. As well as quick reply from your end. Please can somebody take care of the dogs here in Sector "D" Mandir marg D.I.Z Area Near Gole Market New Delhi-110001, they have gone utterly voilent and are creating nuisance for passerbys and home dogs creating obstruction for free spacing.I highly recommend you should take these dogs immediately and get them vaccinated before more people have to suffer with problems and can walk in the colony freely.If the problem persists there could be higher chances of new problems arising in the corner in case if this issue is not immediately resolved.Note: Those dogs are not vaccinated, Those dogs try to bite people passing near by them, and they create hell of a nuisance at night due to their fight, every other day we have issue of dogs getting into brawl and the home dogs have the higher chance of injury because the STREET DOGS are NOT VACCINATED.PLEASE HELP !

The road is in very bad condition. I am talking about the road which is parallel to metro. The road is starting from west patel nagar police station and ends at hotel Siddharth. The whole road is in poor condition. From last 3-4 years this road has not been repaired. This road is the inner road which is connected straight to the shadipur red light. sir Iam savita resident of Hno. 178 GALI NO. 6 NEW LAHORE SASTRI NAGAR EAST DELHI 110031 my neighbour AMAR SINGH VERMA made our life hell by broken his sewer pipe. dirty smell and water come outside from it in front of my house . we are facing lots of problem due to this breakage last three years . if we say something regards this problem to him then he fight with me by using abuzing language with his two sons vicky and boby. I was done lots of complaint to daroga of mcd, employees and many other people but all fails .we are suffering lots of health problems due to this .I hope you will understand my problem and take suitable decision as soon as possible by visiting our street. As a resident of Ramapark A-139 our backside neighbor making the life hell as the pathway is being blocked by locking the gate of the road and using the road as their personnel property as a godown of fire hazard things (paper rolls) in a residential area & risking the neighborhood. The worst part is there is no cleaning of drainage & sewerage. Due to this dust accumulated generates foul smell which is very dangerous for the neighborhood. Respected Sir, I want to bring your kind attention towards an illegal construction of a restaurant in Arjun Nagar (Safderjung Enclave) near Bada Gurudwara area, Sir, the main reason for complaint is that, the housekeeper is placing a commercial cylinder with coal in between the road without any permission, which is a huge amount of risk because this is a residential area and many cars and bikes lie around it, as you can see in the picture.( he will place the cylinder & coal in the Box shown in the picture by covering illegal space) So, if anything happens like cylinder gets blast or coal catches fire then who will be responsible for the loss, when we complained about it to the Police, they didn't took any action by saying that this is not their job & its MCD job to remove it. So Sir, Please HELP us, we are living under huge risk of fire, kindly take necessary action against him.
