Dear Sir. Public property is being encroached brick by brick and no action is being taken at any level. I append here one letter bearing the complaint no and reminder sent to LG office for necessary action. To my surprise nothing has happened. The structure which was only an idol on 1 March has become a one room well constructed temple. Please do something. Below mentioned letter was sent on 27 May 2014 to [protected]@nic.in and telephonic confirmation was received that letter has reached to the office as a reminder to my earlier letter. Dear Sir, This may serve as a reminder to your office for the apathy towords protection of public property and continuance to ignore the information received for the encroachment of public places by unauthorised persons. This is happening right under the nose of DDA office Vikas Sadan INA and alongside a road so busy with the movement of public officials, police and people representatives that it is very hard to ignore the unauthorised construction even with closed eyes. The property under reference has been fully developed with mortar and concrete into a temple room of size 10*12 ft. Dimension and very recently got upliftment in terms of white wash etc in full public view. I hope the action will be initiated at the earliest and structure will be demolished else I will be writing and forwarding this apathy to all the responsible public organisations known to a general public Thanks for an early response, A responsible citizen. The below letter was submitted to [protected]@nic.in the official mail ID of secretary LG of Delhi on 1 March 2014. Dear Sir, I am writing this letter after making at least 50 phone calls to different departments of NDMC and MCD regarding the encroachments happening right under the nose of Vikas Sadan office of DDA located at INA. Even police complaint has not resulted into any action from the concerned department. I have lodged a complaint to NDMC vide complaint no [protected] dated 19th March 2014 but to no avail. NDMC and MCD is just passing the buck that the area does not belong to them. As a citizen I need to inform the authorities about these type of encroachments and further action need to be initiated by them and not the citizen should be running post to pillar to identify whose Zone it is. After finding no answer to this apathy towards public property I am forced to write to you as apex body in all these matters to fix the responsibility and get the encroachment removed at the earliest. Area referred- It is a small park just back side of the INA colony pocket A where in part of the park Delhi metro is doing their work and a part remains vacant . If we approach from under the safdarjung flyover left side is INA colony and right is Safdarjung Terminus. Take a right turn at the next round about and one can find thyagraj park on the left and the referred encroachment on the right side corner vacant plot. A prominent board in Black and yellow is also displayed there. He is trying to build a Shani temple brick by brick and pretty fast when it was complained to NDMC only statue was there but now it is complete with brick work and shade as well. Very recently some lighting arrangements were also done on the site. I hope your office will react to this and responsibility will be fixed and encroachment will be removed at the earliest. I am a resident of Balbir Nagar etxn. street n0-7. In my neighbourhood, i.e. in front of my house, there is an unauthorised construction is been done and now on that building (house) they are installing a tower without taking the required measures and without the consent of the neighbour. as you know these tower releases rays which are harmful for the people living near by, also the house is not that well constructed that tower can be installed over it .
all the neighbourers want that the tower should not be installed near by the residential are.
so, i kindly request you to take required attention and help us to get rid of this problem.

Kindly attention please in the area of rohini sec-5 many building are constructed without permission and very dangerous.Sir we are inform you that these kind of buildings are very dangerous for human being its life risk of peoples who are residing nearby the building.

This is to inform you that the dogs in AG-Block shalimar bagh has made it impossible for the people to live peacefully. The dogs keep barking, fighting with other dogs making it a big bad brawl for the dogs themselves and a threat to the residents... The dogs getting hurt and bleeding...end up resting at residents staircase / doorfronts..making it difficult for people to stay at their home considering the smell from the dogs are nearly fatal...It is my humble request that such dogs be taken away from the streets and lives of residents be relieved...Please authorities this is an urgen call...

CGHSs of Vasundhara Enclave (starting from Highland to Soochna) have encroached public road beyond their boundary claiming as their property. How MCD can allow this reservation? Informed earlier to the councilor but no action found till date.

An old rusted waste car structure is lying in K-block, Type-3, Sector-2, Udyan Marg (Near Dr.RML Hospital Gate No.6), DIZ Area, New Delhi-01. Mosquitoes increasing day by day due to rainy season. People suffering from viral fever & Dangoo fever. Request to clean this area as mentioned above. And also I would like to say that no one is owner of that rusted material. Our block member requested to NDMC & CPWD but they said that this complain please be made to MCD. Only MCD will do needful action. It is my humble request please do necessary action.

Sewer Line Blocked Outside My House No. Y-ST-4, Loha Mandi, Naraina, New Delhi - 110028 This is to inform you that the sewer outside my house is overflowing since 3-4 months but even after repeated complaints to local authorities as well as MCD online. There has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewer keeps coming out of it and has made the whole road in front o[censored]s smelling foul. Please help me out of this situation I ALREADY REGISTERED COMPLAINT TO MCD TWO TIMES, NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN YET. THEY RESOLVE MY PROBLEM BY FAKE REPLYING ONLY. Dear Sir, I would like to inform you about an sewer main ole has been damaged and over flowing near main gate 71, Nehru Place, new Delhi for the last 10 days & causing heavy waste water logging in the parking lot and infront of LAKSHMI BHAWAN 72, Nehru Place, New Delhi . A complaint has already . No Maintenance team ever visit the site till now I would also like to point out that, waste water logging causing health hazard to general public, as waste water logging causing too much breading of mosquitoes and other hazardous insects in the area. The officials concerned are requested to immediate repair the sewer line/main hole to stop overflowing at the earliest to avoid spread of mosquitoes and other hazardous insects in the area. Dear Concern, I am a residence of C-Block, Rama park, Mohan garden, uttam nagar. i would like to bring your kind attention towards a empty plot which is using for garbage dump, it is in very unhygienic and in poor condition. We residents of C-Block are facing huge problems due to the unhygienic conditions causing health problems and the owner of that plot is not constructing and not selling, many times verbally inform this to the plot owner by our C Block residents. I am a resident of Paschim Enclave, Peera Garhi, Rohtak Road, New Delhi-87. This is to bring to your kind notice that residents of our society are facing problems due to some owners of corner plots. They are routinely blocking the back lanes and other side roads adjoining their house claiming that it’s a part of their property. The parking spaces on the back lanes are converted illegally into gardens for their recreation. We the residents of society are facing trouble for parking, sometimes leading to heated arguments. In order to prevent fight and other law and order problems it’s important to prevent these illegal practices.

Sir, I would like inform that you i am a local person of multani dhanda pahar ganj, Our area having a park ( opposite gali no 12, multani dhanda pahar ganj, new delhi-110055.) where so many social functions are take palace like marriages, partys, birthdays, and normally does not have any functions then small kids and child playing there favorite games. Last ten month the park is competed full of garbages no body take interest to clean the park, many times i have loadge the complaint against the same through the phone, some MCD peoples are came and clean some of the small part of park when we asked that cleaning people then they said that it will take a time to clean up all the park, and our area Nigam Paarshad (Consellor) is Rajesh Babbar, no action has been taken till now, Sir I would like to you inform that becoz of this we are facing so many difficulties and also we are afraid that there may be possibilities some kind of dangerous desease like dengue malaria etc. now we all aware that delhi suffering from dengue.Sir i am requesting you on behalf of my area and area members kindly clean the park as soon possible and fix some MCD safai workers for daily clean the park so that these kind of problem never begin again. i am aslo sending a application and along with some pictures of our area park. sir i would like to inform you that i live in multani dhanda pahar ganj, gali no 12, there is one high mask light just front of the gali no 12, in the park, i have already lodged a complaint against that to Mr. Rathore who is incharge of the hight mask light and called him five to six times, but till now no further action has been taken. we are facing so many problems like chane snatching, eve teasing and no one can move inside the park due to this in the evening etc. apart from that in the late evening the park turns into the bar coz local young guys gathered there and they started party in the park they are fully using this park as bar coz of not working the hight mask light. so i am requestig to you on behalf of our localities, kindly do something needfull as soon as possible.

Dear Sir, I am a resident of A-Block, Sudershan Park, near Moti Nagar, West Delhi. Road (small galli) outside our home is dugged up for reconstruction for past at least 4-5 months. It is stony and muddy, and causing all the houses a big problem. Children and old people cannot roam around freely. No street hawker can enter thus ladies have to cross the entire muddy area to buy vegetables outside. It is extremely risky for ladies, children and senior citizens to walk on such road, specially in the rainy season now. In the rains the extremely unhygienic condition of this street may cause serious health problem for us. We have contacted our local authorities endless times, and they always assure it t be done soon. But 4-5 months have already passed. Please do the needful at the earliest. Regards, Komal Mehta

In Bali nagar area around Saraswati park besides Mother Dairy there are too many street dogs. They roam about in groups of 3 or 4 and are huge in size. They start chasing residents or barking at residents and kids without a cause. Also, many are about to have puppies which I am sure will increase the menace many folds. Please take some action against the increasing number of dogs as early as possible. thanks
