Hi, There is an illegal construction is going at 8517, 18 at Roshanara Road, delhi 7, where no valid purmission has been taken from the authorities and builder (Bedi Associates) is constructing the building without map, without valid permissions. MCD officials has demolish two floors of his building, but he has again started the construction without valid permissions and even at more fast speed. This should be stopped as soon as possible. This construction is going at collabaration basis. The owners of this house has never paid the House tax in their life and moreover there water bill is also outstanding in lacs as they have never paid that, to hide their water bill they have now removed the water meter from their premises now. However MCD officials are not looking into this and construction is going at full swing. Please do the needful.

this is to bring to your kind notice that illegal construction is going on at H.No. 2565, Mandir wali Gali, shadipur, new delhi-110008. The builder is using Corportation water for constructions which is against the constructions norms. Other residents in the area suffers due to it. As he has no bore connections.

Dear Sir, my self jitender sharma i live in najafgarh new delhi 110043. i was born in year 6th jan 1992 in uttam nagar kiran garden new delhi. my parents is apply for my date of birth certificate issue in mcd office rajouri garden but which certificate mcd office is providing me they have been not mention the date of birth in certificate because of this issue may passport application is hold. i am sending a written application in mcd office office for correction may date of birth and also fill the correction form date 20/05/2014 then mcd office employee Mr Janardhan Chaudhary is told me as per our record the actual date of birth 16/01/1992 and your name is only jitender. and please note on which certificate is providing me by MCD office in 1992, mention name is jitender sharma. i have question to Mr janardhan Chaudhary sir its like a human error because they written in manually and normal ball pen thats why may date of birth is wrongly mentioned in your record. also, i am giving a all proof of may correct date of birth, pan card, driving license, janampatri, voter id, addhar card, 10th and 12th class marksheet. and he asked me if you want a date of birth of certificate so will provide you date of birth certificate as per our record ( 16th jan 1992 )but i refused to take him because they are not may correct date of birth certificate. So many times i am requesting to Mr Janardhan Chaudhary but Mr Janardhan Chaudhary refused to see may all documents and ask me gate out of may room many times i am sending the mail but no body has response to the mail. could you please advice what i do and where i go ? we need a solution

Dear Sir/Ma’am, This is to bring your kind attention that sewer line in front of B.D. Arya Girls Sr. Sec. School, Gali Arya Samaj, Bazar Sita Ram, Delhi-06 is blocked and over-flowing due to sewer line blockage. Moreover, almost every sewer line is blocked in the vicinity of that above mentioned address. It is becoming a very embarrassing problem for all of the resident living in this area and the whole area has been converted to a foul smelling dumping area. I therefore request you to please take an immediate attention as the situation is really getting worse. This is to inform you that due to leakage in sewer line of second floor of our apartments (flats), there is severe dampening on our walls of first floor. The condition of our house walls are deteriorating day by day. Now even the walls are sometime giving electric shocks if touched barefoot. We have 2 year baby in our home, it may have a serious effect on his health. Moreover dampening may have long term effects on the reinforcement of the roofs, columns and beams. This is to bring to your notice the very sorry situation existing in D 6 Block –Commonwealth games apartments, Yamuna Block, D6, Vasant Kunj, of the so to say very posh area of south Delhi, Vasant Kunj regarding the menace of stray dogs.
It is shameful that reaching the parking lot from home can cost someone 5, 000 as we encounter a gang of 50 dogs on the way who attack people – children and all, all the time. A personal experience I had with my son on 16th July. Moving out any time of the day is risky factor as moving out of the house means, how many dogs would we encounter on the way. It is sad that we have no where to report and all pleas go unheard.
The workers around here - domestic servants, presswallas etc have a difficult time walking around as any moment can bring them to this unpleasant and tragic pain..along with an unannounced burden on their pocket.
A safe environment for children is beyond the question as they cannot be left unescorted by the parents..they are chased by these stray dogs while they are out cycling in the park, such is the scenario. It is indeed sad that no officials are kept responsible for looking into the security of the residents of colonies with everything left to the RWA which does not at times have resources and funds to take things forward. Our RWA has already lodged a complaint regarding the issue. And anyway what about colonies which don’t have RWAs..
It is difficult for people to go for morning walks specially the elderly who are easy victims to these ferocious gangs. As a society it is shameful that despite all developments in various fields simple and straight living is so difficult to achieve, that too in the capital. As tax payers to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, it is shameful for the citizens to be not receiving the due services and attention from the Government authorities.
I hope that action would be taken against our complaint at the earliest and we will be saved from any further attacks.

I have paid online payment of property tax 2014-15 through hdfc payment gateway. I have also received a message on my phone that payment has been paid to mcd property tax on 23rd of june. It is to bring to your kind notice that a work order for an amount of Rs ten lakhs approx. had been issued to clean the rain water drain and to cover the same with casted RCC covers. due to non cooperation from the residents who did not allow the MCD contractor to demolish their ramps and surrounding area the work could not be started and but somehow the labour demolish the ramps and surrounding area from F-246 to F-489 some 10-12 kothies...
