I lodged a complaint one month back online with MCD online under the complaint number GRV/STZ/2014/001495 for the illegal pipeline inducted in my sewer line by the former congress municipal corporator. I spoke to MCD official who first told this is illegal when found it has come from the corporator instantly changed their stance and said it is legal. I have reported this case with them and I even called the police, but Congress leaders still used his charm and Police and MCD failed to do anything accept uttering sir you are right and now we are facing the wrath of it. I live on the ground floor and the sewer has been clogged for the third time in the last one month since they have inducted the additional sewer line for their house and I am spending money to get it cleared. Today when I asked the MCD JE if he gives me in writing that this line is legal he refused. What shall I do to correct this illegality as police and MCD are not ready to help me. They are biased as I am a single lady I am standing against the local leader and they misbehave and ask us to take money in lieu of that. Please help me on this that where I can file the complaint against the culprits and get this line taken off from my shaft as health of my family is under threat.

respected sir /madam, with due respect we shopkeepers of gali no.14 of madhu vihar, patparganj want to state that there is lots of water logging due to construction in gali no.15, the constructer will not be affected coz his area is clean so mhe is not bothered.the sweeper collects the waste in front of shops and there is no one to pick them after wards .the street is narrow and the waste is scattererred all over some times, please look into the matter. thanking you in anticipation and looking for an early response from your side . shopkeepers of gali no.14 madhui vihar, patparganj.

This is to bring in your kind notice that I am a resident of Gali No. 6, Mahavir Block, Pandav Road, Bholanath Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi - 32. The regular cleaning that is carried out by MCD (Street Sweeper and Nali Cleaner) are not done in our locality on regular basis which is resulting in collection of garbage in Streets. In case sometime garbage from Nali is picked out then it is not further dispensed and which further adds to bad smell and might result in some disease spreading in area due to this maintenance activity. Request you to please look into this and take necessary action so that cleaning take place on regular basis with the proper way that it should be. Thanks a lot in advance

my house at humayun pur . last year i was reconstructed the my own house . so someone complaint on my house for anothrise construction and your department employee and J.E broke my house . so now a days house no 49 humayun pur safdar jung enclave owner mrs ramwati w/o late shri ram chander of daughter in law widow raj . construting our own house up to 15 meter . if they are construct our own house so allow to me construct my house or please take strick action for this complaint either iam send this complaint to LG and other authorise officer .

Requesting MCDs help in catching a monkey roaming in my locality specially in my house at Chittaranjan Park. I stay in Block 56 CR park, for last few days we are frightened to come out in my balcony, specially due to a wild monkey roaming regularly, it have already bitten 2 residents including a child who are admitted in hospital, please help in catching it immediately. I am resident of Nirman Vihar Delhi-110092. There is lot of water logging around the market area through out the year resulting in breeding of mosquitoes and making it very difficult to enter the market and visit to mother dairy or Central park of colony. Practically dividing the locality in two halfs and making it difficult for the residents to move across the colony. Complaints were made to MCD Councillor, MR Gurcharan Singh . He sent team from Jal Board, who told that it is not their work but of MCD. Nothing concrete has been done to resolve this problem despite continuous follow up with the councilor. MCD person visiting our houses threaten to issue challans if some water is collected anywhere in our household and residents are asked to prevent water logging to avoid epidemics like Malaria, Dengue etc. but what about MCD?. Who is to be challaned for not resolving our complaint. There is only responsibility shifting with our caring how dangerous is such water logging. Please help the residents urgently by permanently resolving the problem of waterlogging around market area thereby preventing spread of epidemic, as rainy season is approaching regards Ms Veena Jain r/o d-237 Nirman Vihar.

I am resident if Nirman Vihar, Delhi-110092, Stray dogs and Monkey families have make it their hub. They have biten quite a few people moving in the colony to the extent taking flash from f hand. Over head Water tanks lids and gola which stops overflow of water in tank are broken by them very frequently resulting in continuous overflow and wastage of water . Monkeys enter the houses and take away things.Dogs are making it difficult to move in the locality particularly after 9 PM . You are humbly requested to take some strong step to save the locality residents from these menace on urgent basis please.

Dear All, I am a resident of Delhi and lives in Savitri Nagar. Almost a week back, some people in the mid night came to our area near NDMC school in Savitri Nagar and requested to remove the parked cars from the road. Further informing that they are to construct the road and will take only 2 days to complete the entire set up. However its more than 8 days now and road is still the way it was on the first day half broken and completely messed up. Resulting in the following: 1. Traffic Jam 2. Damage to the cars parked beside the road. 3. Damage to the water pipes on the roads. 4. Dust all around the area & Etc. Please send someone to complete the construction in our area. There are 100s of rats which disturbing people who live in our area. These rat enter in our homes and disturb us and we had to use rat killer medicines which is very harmful for children and for adults as well. Due to these medicines every day there are 2 more rats are killed and everyone throw them out form their house on road and everywhere and now this issue creating problem. Even people using metro (Jhilmil metro station) are many times attacked by the monkeys and thus affecting the mobility of people . To whom so ever it may concern, It is bring in your notice that pollution is increasing day by day same is the "carbon footprints". We can reduce these carbon footprints only efficiently by planting more and more trees on our city roads.If we plant trees along the roadsides of main city roads (like : GT KARNAL ROAD, RING ROAD, OUTER RING ROAD)..where ever there is harsh traffic, it would reduce our carbon emissions and footprints annually a tree can reduce upto 1 ton of carbon footprints and average lifetime of a tree is 40 years.So basically i would request you to please look into the matter and help develop greener roads and better environment.If trees are grown over these 3 roads only i belt then we could reduce carbon footprints upto 30% according to records annually.People would start preferring 2 wheelers instead of 4 wheelers.Usage of air conditioners would lessen electricity demand would reduce so would water demand..and after all at the end it would help us not increasing the rates of various commodities accordingly.
