Sir, I am Amit Taneja resident of A-178, First floor, Old Gupta Colony, New Delhi – 110009 ( Ph: +91-[protected]). This is to inform you that due to leakage in sewer line of second floor of our apartments (flats), there is severe dampening on our walls of first floor. The condition of our house walls are deteriorating day by day. Now even the walls are sometime giving electric shocks if touched barefoot. We have 2 year baby in our home, it may have a serious effect on his health. Moreover dampening may have long term effects on the reinforcement of the roofs, columns and beams. We repeatedly requested the residents of second floor to repair the pipelines as soon as possible, but they are not taking any action. As a consequence I have to lodge a complaint here. So I kindly request you to take the action as soon as possible, it will be safe for both the families and the neighbor. Hoping for the earliest action from your side. Thanking you. This is to bring to your notice the very sorry situation existing in D 6 Block –Commonwealth games apartments, Yamuna Block, D6, Vasant Kunj, of the so to say very posh area of south Delhi, Vasant Kunj regarding the menace of stray dogs.
It is shameful that reaching the parking lot from home can cost someone 5, 000 as we encounter a gang of 50 dogs on the way who attack people – children and all, all the time. A personal experience I had with my son on 16th July. Moving out any time of the day is risky factor as moving out of the house means, how many dogs would we encounter on the way. It is sad that we have no where to report and all pleas go unheard.
The workers around here - domestic servants, presswallas etc have a difficult time walking around as any moment can bring them to this unpleasant and tragic pain..along with an unannounced burden on their pocket.
A safe environment for children is beyond the question as they cannot be left unescorted by the parents..they are chased by these stray dogs while they are out cycling in the park, such is the scenario. It is indeed sad that no officials are kept responsible for looking into the security of the residents of colonies with everything left to the RWA which does not at times have resources and funds to take things forward. Our RWA has already lodged a complaint regarding the issue. And anyway what about colonies which don’t have RWAs..
It is difficult for people to go for morning walks specially the elderly who are easy victims to these ferocious gangs. As a society it is shameful that despite all developments in various fields simple and straight living is so difficult to achieve, that too in the capital. As tax payers to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, it is shameful for the citizens to be not receiving the due services and attention from the Government authorities.
I hope that action would be taken against our complaint at the earliest and we will be saved from any further attacks.

I have paid online payment of property tax 2014-15 through hdfc payment gateway. I have also received a message on my phone that payment has been paid to mcd property tax on 23rd of june. It is to bring to your kind notice that a work order for an amount of Rs ten lakhs approx. had been issued to clean the rain water drain and to cover the same with casted RCC covers. due to non cooperation from the residents who did not allow the MCD contractor to demolish their ramps and surrounding area the work could not be started and but somehow the labour demolish the ramps and surrounding area from F-246 to F-489 some 10-12 kothies and thereafter the residents came on the roads and did not allow the MCD contractor to demolish and dig the old drain and work came to a standstill. RWA came forward and made a kind of survey among the residents and came out with the solution that whatever digging and demolition has taken place that be remain the same and no further demolition will be allowed. It was also agreed upon with the JE some Rahul and the contractor that no further demolition will take place and whatever demolition had been done will be repaired and the old drain will be cleaned wherever possible. I am surprised how such type of agreement has bee arrived at within themselves, the JE, the contractor and the RWA. My complaint is that no repair is properly carried out of the demolition of the ramps etc of the innocent residents who abide by the work order and never interfere with the govt work. Whereas no loss or demolition was done to the arrogant residents. They are still happy with their constructions as no damage is done to their ramps etc. I would request the authorities to look into the matter and proper repair be carried out as quickly possible as only the innocent people made to suffer in this country. No payment be made to the contractor as he has not done the work as per the work order and the arrangement which has been made between the JE and the contractor they would try to grab the payment of the whole work order amounting to Rs ten lakhs may be on the pretext of whatever work they have done with the excuse that resident have not allowed them to carry out the work as per the work order.

Respected sir / madam I would like to draw your attention towards nuisance created by the street dogs in our locality .They wander here and there and not only barks on passers by but they even start biting people. i would like you to take immediate actions to keep them away from the residential area . With reference to the above subject, kindly note there are people who have made a mockery of our judicial system. Its an eye opener for all the staff of MCD. Kindly note house number G-4/D, Munirka DDA flats, has taken everyone for a ride. The resident is not at all bothered about the safety of the building. This building was constructed by DDA, way back in 1970's. This is 44 years old building. There are lots of cracks on the building. He is raising a tower from the road (which is a common area). Lot of residents have complained him about the safety of the building and raised their voice against unlawfully grabbing the public land, but they are not moved. What is our authority doing to curb this menace. I believe everyone expects acche din aayenge. I request the department to take an action against the culprits and show them that, dont take law for a ride. It will be an eye opener for others as well, who are thinking of doing the same and grabbing the public land. If there is no action taken, in a weeks time I will file an RTI and move the case upwards to commissioner. Together we all can make some difference to our society...A RESPONSIBLE DELHI CITIZEN

Our country is developing at a fast pace, but basic issues like these are still not taken care of. There are a number of wandering dogs in our colony. They are the main source of danger to the people living here. Neither are they vaccinated, nor are they given proper nutrition, nor are they shelters made for them to live in. Several cases of attacks are being heard these days. One day a child playing in the park is bit, the other day an old lady walking in the street is victimised. Several complaints are being made to the authority concerned, but no action is taken yet. All these dogs continuously bark in the night, sometimes fighting or killing each other. There is no peace at night, only because our government cannot even take care of such small things also. They have become a major threat to everyone. Children are not allowed to play outside for long hours, only so that they are not harmed by these stray dogs. The municipality should make stray dog shelters so that these animals get a place to live in, and the people are also not harmed. There should be checks held in every colony to make sure that there are no dangerous animals wandering here and there. These dogs should also not be killed or harmed, so people should be appointed to make sure that animal cruelty does not take place. Hope action is taken soon. I am a resident of C.R.Park, ward no.190 and like several others residents, I am very distressed by the trouble and discomfort caused by the rampant road digging done by Airtel broadband company.. Which have been left unattended and the rains are making matters worse by the adjoining areas also caving in. We were told that M.C.D has been paid by the Airtel company to relay the roads back to normal, which by the way were perfect before this digging nightmare!! The condition has become so bad that everyday 1-2 cars get damaged and stuck in these deep craters, further causing long jams..especially on the main K block road.. We have tried the councillor but to no help and uninterested, please help.

It is intimate to your authority that I am the owner of house no.4/2736, Behari Colony, Shahdara, Delhi -32. I have got sanctioned a building plan vide letter no. 14/B/SH/S/AE1/D-67 dated 3th feb 2014 from EDMC by depositing their necessary charges for sanctioning of the Bldg. plan amount Rs. 1, 54, 500/- with E.D..M.C on dated 7th Jan 2014. Sir, as soon as I started demolishing my above old house & started reconstruction the above house. Two officer of E.D.M.C Mr. C.S.Tiwari (J.E) & mate Mr. Surinder came to me frequently and demanded Rs. 1, 000, 00 as illegal money that is bribe otherwise they will not allow to reconstruct the old house & said this amount goes upto higher levels. I have said that I have already got sanctioned building plan why should I pay the money. They said this is the practise here otherwise they said they will demolish the building & get the work stop notice. Sir, now I have received two notices & addressed to concerned S.H.O, Farsh Bazaar, Shahdara, Delhi & copy to me, under the signature of A.E(Bldg), Shahdara, East zone, E.D.M.C to get stop the work. Notices are based on false & fabricated grounds stating that unauthorized construction is carried out. Where my construction is on the basis of approved & sanctioned bldg. plan. Correct is that, I have not paid them the illegal amount to Mr. C.S.Tiwari(J.E)& his associates mate Me. Surinder resulting being harassed/torchured/threatened by getting the work stop & issueing baseless notices. On the other hand, the owner/private builder's whose have not even got sanctioned/approved the building plan & constructing their building in with gross violation of norms & doing without sanctioning the plan & executing the building with major unauthorized construction, where is not being checked by their officer's beause builder's have fullfillefd their demand's illegal money. Pvt. Builder's pay to those officer's of E.D.M.C heavy amount for illegal construction. On the other hand I am being bonafide owner having approved sanction building plan depositing legal charges with EDMC. I am being harassed & tortured by these officers of EDMC name C.S.Tiwary(J.E) & mate Surinder. A.E(Bldg.) - 1 shahdara east zone EDMC who has also associating with wrong doing. This is nexus of correct officer's who have as the bonafide people & theft the real culprit by misusing their authority. It is also intimated that such type of corrupt officers giving lost to the Govt I have been so much harassed by the above officer's & are compelled to approach to your higher officer with a request to take immediate action against these officer's so that bonafide/genniun/ owner could be saved from harrasment/torture/threat/compulsion to deliever person..
