Hello Sir/Madam, My name is Amit Kumar. My permanent residence address is House No 249 Shahpur Jat New Delhi 110049. Sir/Madam, I am here to bring one major issue in your notice that my neighbour (House No 252 Shahpur Jat New Delhi 110049) is in process to install illegal mobile tower in his house. I am sure the mobile tower is illegal because I have asked my neighbour to show me MCD approval for installing this mobile tower but he is not ready to show the profess. The distance between my house and mobile tower is less than 20 meters which is again an illegal. Sir/Madam, as you very well know the negative effect of mobile tower’s radio frequency is very harmful for everybody and special for kids. Shahpur Jat is very dense highly populated area. Allowing illegal mobile tower here would affect many lives. Sir/Madam, I am writing this to you with lots of hope. Please help us to remove this illegal mobile tower from my neighbourhood. Dear Sir/Madam, We are residence of gali no 5 oppt merto modal public school, Dharam Market, Krishan Vihar, New Delhi 110086. This is to bring to your notice that a house is dismantling at G-10, Gali No 5, Dharam Market, Krishan Vihar, New Delhi 110086. The owner of Property is Mr. Bhagwan Das. We having 15 ft road but maximum is covered by them to spread dismantled material. Shocking is that, the street are cover from last two days. Every body facing problem, while crossing her home. Our problem is, we cannot cross by car easily after a wide road. We are expecting some serious action against the same. Thanks

sir i am the resident of DDA flats Kalkaji new delhi block L-1 i would like to inform you that there is no provision of domestic garbage disposable by MCD. the MCD give the contract to the private contractor to collect the domestic garbage the private garbage picker are taking Rs 100 from each house for garbage collection. but for the last two months the garbage picker are not coming the residents themselves throw the garbage which create lot of inconvenience to the residents and the MCD is not taking care of all this so the slowly garbage is accumulated. so i request you to kindly take care of it and do the need full.

Dear Sir, As a good citizen I would like to inform you that there is a huge tree in front of the Street light near my house i.e 13/149 Geeta Colony, Delhi-31. In night time the tree cover all the light of the street which create darkness in the street. And It may fall anytime if there is a strong wind or thunder storm. Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that there is a huge peepal tree (40-45 ft. in height) in front of my house i.e E-18, Ashok Vihar, Phase – I, Delhi-110052. The Tree is tilting towards my house. It is very dangerous to our life and property. It may fall anytime if there is a strong wind or thunder storm. So, you are requested to look into the matter urgently and cut that peepal tree to save our life and property. Dear Sir/Madam, Illegal construction has been going on in ground floor flat no KG1/519 Vikas Puri N Delhi 18 for the past 10 days. He has demolished the main outer load bearing wall and also removed the beam. Now he is trying to remove another wall. It is completely illegal because DDA has built those walls and demolishing these walls will weaken the building and will lead to crash of the entire building. Since we live on the upper floors, we fear for our lives. I have complained to MCD twice before but no action has been taken. I have the earlier complaints id's with me. Illegal encroachment and construction on public land Dear Sir, The owner of DDA flat number 1B of LP block Pitampura, Delhi -34 has illegally erected steel frame to prepare for the encroachment on public land which belong to the residents of the building . He has in the past also blocked the stair case of the building and constructed shop (Kidz Home) on the same extending the front of the flat.. Now the shop owner has prepared for the further encroachment in front of the flat extending the shed by more than 15 feet and covering the sides of the temporary stair case which was made by residents for use in absence of regular stair case .we the residents of building are already facing lot of difficulty in going in and coming out of the resdences as it is now a very narrow escape left. Please note that in case of any emergency such as fire etc. absence of this open area will cause irreparable loss to the residents. The owner of the shop is inviting unnecessary trouble due to his greed for the residents of the building . He threatened us by saying that he is a resourceful man and has good relations with various officers working on senior posts in Delhi Police as well as North Delhi Municipal Corporation. In view of the above, We, the residents have no source in Delhi Police or North Delhi Municipal Corporation, request you to get this encroachment removed and in case the owner refuses to do so, strict action should be taken against him/her. Respected Sir/Madam I would like to complain regarding the illegal construction by residents of G-1 A and G -4 D at DDA Flats Munirka, New Delhi 67, near JNU main gate. This is causing great difficulty to the residents living here.the rooms are constructed coming upto the road. I would like you to break the illegal construction as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am living in L2B/76 A, Satsang Bhawavn Road, Mohan Garden. Near to our house there is open land with stored water, its become very dirty and many mosquitoes and other water insects are increasing there. Due to that there can be chances of increasing of Dangue/Malariya mosquitoes. So it is very important that time to time put some needed chemicals on such stored water to prevent the diseases. But nobody comes from MCD in our area for that "Chhidkav". Can you please send somebody as soon as possible to put needed chemicals on that water. Waiting for quick & needed action. Dear concern,

No one from MCD keen to mantain the park properly, even PIGs are roaming here and there and creating manace and even last week due to heavy storm many trees were broken but no one clean them or lift them from the pat ways.

This is the great spot of morning walk and exercise for many west delhites, but the maintenance is really very poor and pathetic, even if some construction work has started then it goes multiple months to complete a task for a week.

Hope you would be taking it seriously and appoint some dedicated personals to maintain the park properly, we wil be very thankful to you.

I Ankit Sharma resident of E-50 First floor Kirti nagar New Delhi - 110015 facing a lot of problems related to parking .As our building is a residential one. On the ground floor a doctor is operating its clinic due to which we face parking problem but as he is doing something good for the people we never complained regarding the same from last two years but now the doctor rented his basement to a GYM operator. From the first day its just become very congested . We are facing problems from the very first day. This is my MCD complaint no GRV/WSZ/2014/000278. Deepak Kumar occupied Outside Shop Area Illegally using Gas Cylinder for Making Chowmin, Dosa, Etc(Which clearly shown in attached pictures) this is very Dangerous for pedestrian & our kids who crosiing from there. I m sick and tired of complaining, your senior officials are no good .This is more for the record and hardly in context with reporting to you.You department is the most corrupt and pain in the neck and souce of disease and ill health. Uneducated people, unethical, cheap and down trodden to an extent not explainable.Parks streets, underneath cars, electric boxes all decorated with garbage.Ready to either get burnt any day. My name is Manoj I live in RZ-1/270 UGF, Hans Park, west sagar pur, oppsite gandhi market post office, New Delhi - 46 from last one year. My street is full occupy by the local shopekeeper,
and keepin his counter and stock at street and due to cover whole street, we are facing lots of issue, the both shop keeper cover whole street from corner and between a open sever, and there is no space for move from street.

Many times we request to both of that please move your counter but they did't move they are ready to fight with us, they told that they are giving bribe of rs. 5000 to someone for keeping his counter at corner of street.

sir, I'm job class person I can't fight with him I want you legal help to remove illegal counters from street and clean whole street for smooth moving.

Last night My bike was fall into the sever due to occupy, but they did't move his stock.
Today I have called to PCR at 10:08 am but they did't reach to us I have received call from 2-3 no. they assure me that they will take action. So I'm acknowledging you to.please help.

Dear Sir, Flat No:56-B, Jyoti Co-op Group Hsg Society, Plot No:B-2.Sec-14 Ext, Rohini has been given on rent.The landlord left a chunk of waste material like old newspapers, fruit baskets etc in stairs, which are lying there since last 4 years.The tenants have no sense of cleanliness.There is no door of roof due to which stray animals like dogs & cats keep on littering the roof with garbage causing breeding of mosquitoes.Due to the storm of yesterday all the waste matter has spread in stairs.The tenants have refused to clean the area & the landlord hardly visits his apartment.The continuous littering of garbage may result in spread of Dengue & Malaria, for which North Delhi Municipal Corporation needs to be taken care of well in time. I am Rekha tripathi, resident of C-246, vandana vihar, nangloi.. In my lane we me and my neighbours are suffering alot with problem of sewage blockage and water logging. It smells really bad and now mosquitos and insects started breeding there. We have asked our area councellor so many times but no actions has been taken yet. Dear sir, It is to bring to the notice of higher authorities of MCD that please stop plying MCD Garbage Trucks during office hours in working days as they keep going by spreading garbage and Bad Smell to office commuters on roads from Dwarka to IIT gate road via Subrato Park in the morning between 8-10am. It is requested to stop plying the garbage trucks between office timings to maintain hygiene in the city roads and save the office commuters to inhale the bad odor of garbage.

These people are constructing illegal floors above then legal parameter. Sir, this is question of human lives those are under this illegal contractions. The material may be used by the builder are also not good and trusted quality and the norms of building construction are not followed by this builder as per the correct parameters of building constructions. It is a matter of concern that owner/builder of this property is constructing the building unauthorized as the entire construction of walls (from 1st Floor to 4th Floor) are tilted toward inner side of our outer wall and due to weight on one side, its effect “ ½ inch cracked on our inner wall to floor” of Drawing Room and Kitchen which is increasing day-by-day. This may cause dangerously and the same might invite unavoidable disaster and may cause human losses. After repeated reminder and several attempts to caution owner/builder, he is not listing to take precaution / corrective parameters to avoid disasters. Hence, it is humbly request to you that please take appropriate action against this Unauthorized Construction at the earliest so that this dangerous construction can be stopped. We would be highly obliged if you look into the matter and do justice to our request. Your good self may check the genuineness of the aforesaid facts.
