Sub: Illegal land encroachment of DDA land Trilok Puri Shulabh Shochalya of block no. 11 and 12(near electricity transformer and opposite House No. 12/116 Trilok Puri Delhi - 91)

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that there is illegal land encroachment of DDA land going on in Trilok Puri Shulabh Shochalya of block no. 11 and 12 opposite House No. 12/116 Trilok Puri Delhi - 91)(near electricity transformer) earlier this land was Shulabh Shochalya (public complex) now it is converted into illegal parking where they charge for parking vehicles of local residents. Also anti social activities like eve teasing and daru smuggling, drinking going on.
This is to mention that there are few corrupt officials (Delhi police and responsible area land officers) also involved in it.
Please take appropriate action and update for the same as land mafia also involved in it.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) - Blockage of sewerage We are resident of Flat no 132, 193, 226, 249, 227, 108 228, 171, 208 253 DDA FLAT PRAGATI KUNJ POCKET 6 NASIRPUR, New Delhi - There opposite to our entrance door the sewerage is blocked due to this bad smell is surrounding all around. While entering in our home we are facing with bad smell. In view of the fact we have one door entrance from back lane it is very awkward to anyone i.e. guest or to anyone. I would like to complaint for MCD (Ram Chandra )who used incorrect language .Initially when we ask to clean the premises near my house he replied this is not my job When ask for who will do it he replied he don't know. In our socity the MCD employee do not perform their job correctly due that water does not drain out properly and that cause spreading of different disease like dengu. This is not the first time earlier as well we complain for the same but no action was taken against MCD Employee. There is also garbage dump near our house and MCD vehicle do not pickup the garbage and again this is not a place of dumping garbage. This cause many desease Please take necessary action against MCD Employee RAM CHANDER

I'm resident of plot no. 57, Block BD, vishakha Enclave, Pitam Pura, Delhi, , there is demolistion going on plot no 56 since last 2 month and, they are not covered / partitioned, , like they put huge partition on other side, , our home and car become very dirty every day and they don't listen at all. The conditions of these two lanes are worst. The people leave their pigs in the morning. sir, This is to inform you that CR Park Kali Mandir Society (Regd.) have a drinking water tanki used by all devotees and adjoining two quarter used by the staffs of the Mandir Society. The water of this tanki and the water used by the staffs family is illegally drained to the near by MCD occupied area. Not only that a washroom cum bathroom used by these families and as well as the devotee also doesn't have any proper storage system of water and urine and the whole waste goes to the open area. The dirty water store in the open area which cause different type of disease like malaria, dengue etc. to all the people and children who visited the Mandir. 2. Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I am leaving with My small family at my own House, H.N-399, K.No-685/1, street No-11, Block-L, Mahipalpur Extn, New Delhi-110037.in Builder flat, in front of my flat one French ladies leaving and she have 2 dogs. and she feeding all street dog in front of our main gate also. That's why all dogs are sitting ( 24x7) in front of our main gate, Now, these dogs becomes so aggressive and trying to attack to every body. Who will come in our home and in this street. Near about 6-8 dogs standing every time. These dogs are attacked many times on my 5years old child. & now my wife & child getting very scared and even we can't enter my home simply. We have talked to this French ladies but she was started to scared us & not ready to listen anything & she has complained her embassy. I have requested her, if you have interest in dog feeding not a issue but you may feed these dog at back of home or remote from main interence but she is not agree on this.& SHE STARTED TO TELL BAD MOUTH FOR INDIA'' ''MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO YOU, PLEASE CATCH THESE STREET DOGS AND HELP US TO LIVE OUR LIFE IN SIMPLE WAY''

This illegal parking is made for Car/Autorickshaw/Rehri & ordinary rickshaws causing great inconvenience to the residents of nearby flats & other areas. Dear sir Since last 2 yrs we r facing this problem before that no one is throwing garbage on road . We can't walk and can't stand on bus stops for schools. The odour smell is also make air pollute We done many complains regards same problem in past but you people only send the staff to clean the place. It's not the permanent solution ... Dear MCD/ National Green Tribunal Team, Greetings ! We are residents of Inderpuri colony, New Delhi. We have been requesting our zonal MCD Horticulture office ( Karol Bagh Zone) from july 2013 to do the census of existing trees in our blocks & entire colony but till date there has been none. There are residents/ civic agencies who cut the trees for pruning without following the laid guidelines. The existing trees are not maintained by MCD as per the laid processes resulting in some of them in real bad shape. There are streets where there are no/very few trees & there has been no initiative my MCD to plant new trees. In particular to our request MCD Horticulture hasnt done anything yet. Request you to instruct MCD karol bagh Zone horticulture division to do the census as per the provisions of the law & upkeep the existing trees & plat new ones in the streets. Complaint regarding unauthorized construction being carried out at at A-75, Amar colony Lajpat nagar -4 Dear Sir The above noted unauthorized construction is being carried out at the above noted premises without complying basic requirements to do so. That the construction is not being carried out as per the 2021 Master plan of Delhi. That all the construction material is always lying on the road making it difficult for vehicles to pass by and creating traffic jams and causing problems to local residents. That sir nowadays such unauthorized constructions have become a nuisance to the society and are prevalent throughout Delhi which if not stopped will create havoc to the infrastructure of Delhi. That sir I have a belief that the construction is not even carried out in a legal manner so much so that even the basic MCD requirements are not met by the builder while constructing the said property. sir i have given complaint to all the related departments but no action has been taken till DATE .MAZOR DEVIATIONS ARE THERE IN THE PREMISES .MORE THEN 100% COVERAGE IN THE PREMISES. CONCERN OFFICERS OF THE CONCERN AREA ARE ALSO INVOLVE IN IT .THEY HAVE TAKEN MONEY FOR GIVING FALSE REPLY TO THE DEPARTMENT.

A mad dog is sitting in front of my house door. it is very dangerous for us to go out or to come in the house. I reqeust that this dog may please be removed from our house at the earliest. Dear Concern, I would like to bring to your kind attention that several times I have raised many complaint on MCD online grievance Portal for unauthorized construction and installation of Heavy industrial generators in a residential area. It has almost been more than a month I have raised my 1st complaint but till date no action has been taken and also we have not received any reply on that. Some of the complaint no's are: 1. GRV/WSZ/2014/001260, dated: 4/5/14 2. GRV/WSZ/2014/001195, dated: 27/04/14 3. GRV/WSZ/2014/001326. dated: 10/05/2014 I have raised a complaint against the 39, NWA, Club Road Punjabi Bagh. They are installing heavy commercial generators & Gadgets on their back lane which is a residential area and of Punjabi Bagh Extn. This will create a heavy noise pollution and its also an illegal construction outside their house area. Snaps of the same is attached herewith. It is a request from my side to kindly take the action against it and stop this illegal construction. Looking forward for a positive response from your side.

SIR, THERE IS A FULL LINE SEWER BLOCKAGE IN GALI NO 14, WEST GURU ANGAD NAGAR, LAXMI NAGAR, DELHI 92. FROM LAST ONE WEEK. THE REGULAR CLEANER ARE CAPABLE TO CLEAN IT. A LOT OF WATER STANDING ON ROAD. i resident of lodi colony want to share some problem of c-2 block which we are facing .sir their is a shop of taxi stand person {doaba}who will put his cars near by the blocks which is unauthorised and many of people will facing this problem because he park his cars near our blocks which not legal, if children play outside the block so he told him don't touch the cars even if ball touch his cars than he scold the children .nearby that their is a panwari shop his name is kamlesh who were selling tobacoo products in resident area which is illegal as per the government rule you cant sell any tobacoo products near by any resident area or the surroundings of any school and there are three schools which are in lodhi colony area 1. kendriya vidhalaya, 2. n.d.m.c and navyug school and during the night time people use to go around that area even though womens are not able to use that road after 7pm, people will go behind the trucks and do drinking over their which is also illegal.i guess you will go through my compalint and take a strict action as soon as possible . because now government is changed and now i will go to senior authorities as well if i does now find any action againt them

Dear MCD Team, Our Road in Harkesh Nagar, Near Okhla Metro Station, New Delhi-110020 has been damaged since last 2 - 3 months. The worker said that we are installing Sever Line so that the road was damaged. But they are not doing work properly. Some pipes are set but some are still outside. Now the work again stopped we don't know why. The JCB driver said that the engineer told that the pipes are not set properly so again we removed the pipes & then set them properly again after 15 or 20 days. All colony members are facing much difficulties, because this is the only single road which we have used to our children school transportation & other daily needs transportation. This is our main road & way. Kindly try to repair it ASAP. All Harkesh Nagar Residencials
