This is to inform you that the sewer outside my house is leaked since 3-4 months. I am complaining to local authorities from last week 17-Apr-2014 and it has not been rectified yet. After every 1-2 day sewer gets blocked and sewer water starts passing into MCD water supply because of which MCD water supply in houses is also getting impacting the health of people. Sir, I beg to say that I Abhishek Verma resident of E-21 Sec-3 Rohini want to issue a complaint. I am sorry to disturb you all. But I don’t have the correct person ID to whom I can register my complaint. I want to tell you that our square is comprised of so much of illegal construction. Residents of our square assumed square's public area to be their private property and extended their houses .It is reducing our square in area. We are also facing difficulty in parking vehicles outside even in front of our own houses. Moreover people constructed small gates outside their houses for extra security of themselves which are troubling other people. This letter is not only a complaint but a request also. As our square floor condition is not good as well. It is broken from places and small pits can be seen around. In rainy days water get collected in pits and small worms, virus and mosquito's breeds there, which is a cause of many diseases and infections. I request you please consider my complaint and take a swift action regarding this and also requesting you all too please help me on this by sending this mail to concerned department. Thanking you. Dear sir This is about No-22 park mangol puri new Delhi-110083.
Near kerosene oil depot (miti tel depot). The person has occupied the hole park
which is mcd park. Fenced it and still occupied.whenever he want than open the park gate and come inside the park after that he locked the park gate and another side gate he made the bricks wall with help of counselor.

As he has support to area counselor (ward no 38) and everybody is feared and no
body wants to come against him and I also do not want to disclose my identity.

Whether any action is taken to post the complain here. If it is so please it is
my sincere request that action should be taken immediately.

We are resident of Saket Kunj Co Op Residents Welfare Society, Sector-9, Rohini.. We are facing problem regarding Sweeper Services in our Society. There is a dispute going on between Management and Sweeper. As a result, the sweeper stopped working and not picking up garbage bags from flats. Above all, residents has started dumping their household waste in society. The fear of outbreak of mosquitoes is likely. You are requested to take an immediate action to avoid any kind of diseases.

Since one months here is lots of malba on the road and all the Drainage are blocked so that the lots of water come on the road with mud I submit complaints and so many times but no one reached to this complaint . My name is Saurabh Sardanal, I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which residents of BM and BN block Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi are facing. In our colony people facing in these days issues with street dogs. There are so many mad street dogs in this society because of them. It is very difficult to take step out from our houses especially in morning as they start running behind the bike drivers and tries to bite them also MCD listed numbers never responds. These days in the night they get over the cars and break the antenna of the car as well from their foot they try to harm the car as well. I have seen plenty of cases in our locality The stray dogs are multiplying there number at very faster rate. Stray dogs have becomes a cause of serious causalities and require serious attention on immediate basis. Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire person who passes from them. This is my Kind Request to you to pay attention on my letter and send immediately Dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon. I hope my letter will act as an eye opener and the concerned authorities will take necessary steps to eradicate this problem. Please this is a serious matter, Please take it seriously.

as per orders of National Green Tribunal of Supreme Court of India, teh areas beneath trees shall not be cemented/ tarcoaled, so that the open area helps tree to nourish and grow.

But just outside Petrol Pump in AP Block Shalimar Bagh, Delhi-110088( next to DLF DT Mall) the open area beneath tree is cemented very recently.

There is a tyre puncture wala sitting there who has encroached upon public land and opened his tyre punture business there.

Anybody can make out that the said area beneath tree is cemented just to facilitate the tyre puncture wala so that he has levelled and smooth pace to opertae upon.

And for this one cann't rule out that this tyre puncture wala may hv paid something to Govt contractor / Official.

But point here is that besides strict order from NGT of SC, still these pettey activities are carried on at teh cost of greenry because if the area beneath the tree is not left open then after some time tree wd fall down

This is to inform that a local scrapdealer has occupied government land in RANI BAGH BEHIND HOTEL ROYAL MIRAGE. He has made his jhuggi in the middle of the road from last 40 years and has been causing inconvenience to the people. He has also trapped many trees inside his hut(jhuggi).He has trapped the natural things that are trees in his hut. He has covered the trees by mats and bedsheets.Day by day he is undertaking more and more land by keeping wooden shelves. It is causing a lot of inconvenience to the people as he has made jhuggi in the middle of road. The road has also been blocked due to him.Kindly requesting you to take a strict and firm action against him as he is exploiting the natural vegetation as well as the passage of road.

This is to inform you tha illegal construction is being done on the terrace by the top floor owner of Sarita Vihar DDA MIG flats (E-pocket). Also he has been demolishing the beams in his 3rd floor flat originally given by DDA due to which the walls of the flats below it are shaken. He has constructed 3 rooms on the terrace without seeking permission from anyone. The building is not designed to bear this much load. It may collapse anytime....

I, Dr.Lokesh Bhambani, living in Dr.Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital's Residential Complex, sec 6 Rohini ; have a serious complaint regarding the menace caused by the ever increasing street dogs here in the society. They have beaten many people and the residents too. I think many people have loged a complaint too. We are really scared of stepping out of our homes in the night. Kindly help us.

I am a resident of Vikas Puri New Delhi and facing several issues due to a big drain(Nala) and lot of garbage dumping on the nalewali road just opposite to panchvati, gangotri, SBI, Airport Aprtments, Its stinking and so much foul smell stays all the time that its difficult to walk on that nale wali road, Its a birth ground for deadly mosquitoes also, Children in the locality nt able to go out because of this in all the seasons, Gas Emission through that big drain impacting ACs, Refrigirator etc, Every year we need extra Rs 10000 to 20000 just to keep our daily need equipments working.
These are some major problems which all the residents of the ablove mentioned societies are facing on dialy hourly basis.
Resolutions:
a) Immidiate closure from dumping garbage on the raod
b) sprays in all the societies to kill the mosquitoes
c) coverup/closure/filteration of the water of the big drain so that emission of gase can be prohibited
Request If you can take any action on this, Just writing in hope to get the resolution in timely manner.

Mosquito Breeding in Vikas Puri : We have the facing severe mosquito breeding issue from some time. Come summers and mosquitoes have been a huge menance. Children cannot play in open, we cannot sleep at night. With goverment pretending that it is so serious about dengue and malaria, y not action is taken. Please help the residents...

Dear Sir, I am resident of N41 laxmi nagar near jagat ram park, new delhi-110092. This is in regards to divert your attention towards the stray dogs in my locality whose numbers are increasing day by day. I have been already bitten my the stray dog twice in this year. We the residents/people of aforesaid locality bring to your kind notice that there is an Unauthorized Construction going at Mr. Mahendra Jain's Residence No.4, Amardeep Apartments, Sector-9 Rohini New Delhi-110085 in full swing. A complaint has already being registered against it to the Control room, however there has been no action taken.


At Present, in addition to this many more illegal constructions have already been laid inspite of our protest. The President of the Society doesn't pay any heed to this matter. It is causing a grave inconvenience to us.

To, MCD South Delhi Devli Unabated encroachment of roads and streets in main town here is causing immense inconvenience to the pedestrians while the authorities are acting as mute spectators to the grave issue. Locals said shopkeepers and hawkers have encroached upon various roads, footpaths and streets here. “It has become difficult for us to walk on footpaths as these have been completely encroached. Pedestrians are forced to walk on road making them vulnerable to accidents. Encroachment by shopkeepers and roadside vendors is allegedly encouraged by some Municipal officials and policemen who get commission from them, ” they further alleged. “The wrong parking of vehicles also cause inconvenience to the pedestrians, ” he a local added. Street dogs in progressive square RWA house no 2060 to 2075, 2683 to 2690 etc. Outram Lines GTB nagar, delhi -9 have grown extremely ferocious these days. They bark on and run after, eztremly difficult to moive on roads. I request the MCD to kindly send a Dog catching squad and help the society residents.

A lady Ms.Madhu Gogoia, R/o 209, 3rd floor, Gali no.3, Ram Nagar, krishna Nagar, Delhi-110051, near by Laxmi Naryan Mandir, is doing illegal /authorised construction on already four story old building by adding one more floor to the building which is in full progress and mostly construction is carried out at late night disturbing all other residents of building and neighbours of the locality. This is very harmful and dangerous as building is very old and due to construction can cause to deaths of the residents. Being one of the neighbour its my duty to inform the MCD by all means as possible. I already mentioned online grievance on mcdonline.gov.in vides grievance complaint no. GRV/SSZ/2014/000529 and by telephone to concerned MCD department who provided me just a complaint no. 26.
Well, I hope competent authorities take right and legal action as soon as possible on priority basis before any danger or harm happens to anyone. One more thing, lady Ms. Gogia is also threatening residents of building and warn them to not complaint anywhere else it will be harmful. I apologise as I can't disclose my name as I am not afraid of her but don't want to make any issues regarding it. Please I request authorities to take action on priority and urgent mode.

Sir This is to inform you that many unauthorized constructions are going on in Kela Wali Gali, Nangal Raya, New Delhi 110046. They are putting the trash (MALBA), Badarpur, Rodi, Cement, Briks & Marbel sheets Iron Pillers allover in the Street area, this is the way going toward the Delhi Cantt Railway Station and it has been blocked due to all this material laying in the street and people are facing problem of passing through from this street and many accidents has been happen due to all this material laying in street, many accidents has been happened and people got injured. They not are having any permission and without approved building plan from MCD for construction they are doing the construction work. Immediate action may please be require in this regard.
