With utmost request i want to draw your kind attention towards the negligence of sweepers in H1/6A Gali no .1 back side of sulab international museum Mahavir Enclave . The drain are full of rubbish, dirt, garbage and excreta. There comes foul smell and the dirty water has started overflowing and it is flowing in the street. There is every likelihood of an epidemic to spread and the residents may be its victims.The complete responsibility will fall on the administration for this lapse. It is in the interests of all that strict action be taken against the negligent people and the drain be got cleaned to save the public from any disease. Thanks & Regard, Devendra Singh

Hello Sir/Ma'am, There are lots of stray dogs in WA Block, Shakarpur Delhi who make it very difficult for passers by to move without problem. They run after scooties, and sometimes bark so much after people walking around & bite people on the street. It is getting really scary day by day. It can create lot of trouble. Sometimes, it becomes really difficult to come home at late night due to lot of dogs roaming around and barking and sleep also suffers. Kindly take appropriate action on this. My house BP 32 Nizamuddin East, New Delhi, never got flooded in monsoons from 1957 to 2010. Then, possibly for the CWG, tiles were laid on the service lane behind the house raising its level above the ground level of the house, with a slope towards the house. It appears the drainage system was also altered for the CWG. In 2011 and 2013 rain water collected and entered the house during the monsoon causing great damage. Please have the level of the service lane lowered so that it is below ground level of the house and restore drainage system like it was before 2010 so that rain water does not collect there.

Sir, This is a grant request of people from all pockets of Mayur Vihar Phase 3, East Delhi. Kindly save us from being bitten by stray dogs. Minimum 5 people are bitten daily. Unfortunately I am one of them. It had happened to me on 15.02.2014 morning around 9 AM, when I was returning home from temple situated at Pocket C2. I was walking through the gallis of Pocket A-3, suddenly a dog from a group of 7-10 dogs standing beside a house attacked me from my behind and bit me on my leg. I am a working woman. Doctor said that I have to receive medication from the hospital for 3 days. I am also a B.P patient. Due to this experience, dogs have become my nightmares. I even afraid to visit my friend’s houses . There are people like me to whom the same thing has happened and may happen in future. I hereby very humbly request the concerned persons /officers in the department to capture the stray dogs and save the general public before making it harm to public more. HI I would like to draw your kind attention towards our colony Rama Vihar which is in Narela zone.I am a resident of this colony from last 19 years and facing the drainage problem since then.I live in street no -5, D block, rama vihar Delhi-110081.And almost all the people in our colony facing the same problem from a long time.lot of sewerage problem of naali's.Yahan pe saara paani bahar nikal raha hai naaliyon ka.Aur iske chalte bohot jada seelan ho rahi hai sabki deewaron pe.Aur koi bhi aaye ghar pe acha nahi lagta, puri gali mai pani ikhata hua hai.Aur main bada naala blocked hai.Aur mujhe nhi pta tha abhi tak ki kis se complaint kari jaye is matter ke regarding but jo mcd k sweeper aate hain unhone hi btaya ki aapko complaint karna chahiye as you are district commissioner and you can easily resolve this problem.Sir actually d block main kuch shops hain market mai jinke niche se naali blocked hai aur vo sweepers ko kaam nhi karne dete kynki unko apna space todna padega naala saaf karane ke lie.To aapse request hai ki iska jaldi se jaldi solution karo.And if its not possible for you then let me know whom to contact regarding the same.aur iski vajah se bohot ladaiyan bhi hoti hai colony mai plus bohot jada gand macha hua hai har jagah.So please look into this matter.Aur iski vajah se bohot jada health issues b hote hain bohot bimariyan ho rahi hai. MCD park in our colony, adjacent to 'Garden of five senses' is infested with stray dogs.They breed too and attack the regular citizens taking walks there.They don't spare even childern playing there. Yesterday, i too fell a victim to one such attack and am now on the bed with bandaged leg and under a course of injections for rabies protection. Please take immediate action to prevent more people from falling victims to such attacks.

Respected Sir/Mam, i am Gagan Deep residing at D-16/326, Sector-7, Rohini, Delhi, Submitting this complaint regarding a dog in our street, that dog has bitten one of my family member a week ago and that member already had some health issues and is not in a condition to take that much injections now. That Dog has bitten many more people passes through our street. It is a Black Color Dog. It is quite unsafe for all and can cause some serious injuries to people. Dear Team, My complain is regarding the increasing number of dogs in State Bank colony, Near Nanak Piao Gurudwara, GT karnal Road. There is always terror of dogs while stepping out of our home, specially at nights when we feel like having a walk. These dogs can be found in big groups of 8-10. They will bark on people walking and run behind 2 wheelers, causing panic around. This can cause accidents if it remains like that, because they breed here and the number of dogs are increasing every month. I would like to your kind notice that there is massive flaunting of rules in construction of Buildings i.e unauthorized construction and Misuse of land on Plotted Residential land in Sudarshan Park, Delhi . Individuals are constructing their homes Parking + 5 Floors with extended Balconies beyond 5 ft.. Moreover, the parking area is fully used for Commercial and Industrial activities. MCD (west zone)officials are not taking the matter seriously as dozens of complaints have been made by residents of the area with no result. There is no observing authority to look into the matter. The most serious issue is after constructing 5 Floors with Parking, the individuals are using for Industrial activities without any fear of Law and order. This is to bring to your notice that I am a resident of rohini, sector 24, pocket-4, area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on in flat no 21, 24, 187, 191, 195, 199, 200, 204, 208, pocket-4, sector-24, rohini, delhi-110085 The owner has covered all sides of the flat by putting pillers and making rooms and giving searios treat to the flats and taking out beams and making searios adjustments which will damaging the structure and if any natural desaster take place then there will be a searios threat to the life of inocent people who have not done anything faulty. All this construction have been narrowing the passage of the road and increasing parking problem as well .

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.


For safety reasons I am not disclosing my identity to you. I have already send a complaint 2-3 days beforeon this registration form. But no action have been taken till today.

It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

Dear Sir, I am a resident of M- Block, Greater Kailash Part 2 and the complaint is about the road side pavement construction in our area has been pending from many months. The pavement was dug up a year back ie February 2013 for laying down the power cable and since then it is in a mess. No work has been done, with debris covering debris lying outside our houses causing serious trouble with the unconstructed area caving-in & inconvenience to fellow residents and resulting in a very unhygienic condition. Despite of many urges made to the area counselor no action has been taken so far. The debris are causing problem for traffic movement & parking for residents. Moreover, the place is turning into a garbage dumping place & a breeding ground for mosquitoes posing a potential threat to all o[censored]s. A prompt action will really be appreciated. We have small child & they cant slep whole night They also opened there waste cloths & threads which are responsilable for blockage of water. I am residential person of E -102, Preet Vihar, Delhi. I would like to inform you one person started illegal dhobi shop of behind E- 102, Preet Vihar, Delhi. They have constructed a Jhuggi and have been living in it. they drink and fight amongst themselves using obscene languages shouting at the top of their voice and criminal elements are also sitting there. We are facing problem in our home.
Request you to take necessary steps for a permanent solution to the problem.

Population of dogs in our Street is increasing at alarming rate .There are over 10 dogs in our Street, who bark due to which we cannot even sleep at night. Daily they bite two/three persons and they don't even allow the kids to play. It has become difficult for us to walk. I don't think there is any law to take care of street dogs in Tri nagar.Our constant complaints on mcd complaint number have gone unanswered . we are from nangloi extension and we are facing a lot of problems due to blockage of drain lines in front of our houses. due to blockage and improper drainage smelly water on road outside my house.it is very difficult for us to survive in these unhygenic conditions.we have already made a complaint to our councellor and sanitary inspector tons of time but they are least bother and not paying any attention towards this problem.

I am wandering in MCD Office, Shahdra Delhi, near Welcome Metro Station, Under Shahdra Fly over for more then a week to get them make a Death Certificate of my Mother. Initially I went there on 24th Jan then after standing in a que for 1 hour they told us we do not have Stationery or Paper to work.Then I went on 25th Jan . On both the Gate it was a slip hanging indicating Office is closed due to stationery not available and come on 28th jan. And on both Gates attendents did not allow me to enter saying to come on 28th Jan.
Then I went on 28th at 9 and after standing in Que for 2 hours again I had to come back with this reason that Paper still did not come.
Now today again I am returning back as they say Net is not working.
All they need to do just to make a slip of Late Fee as my Mother died in 2006 and I have SDM order also, filled up that green coloured wide form too.They just need to submit the Form with that slip. And they are forcing me to go there on every day, standing in a long que for hours.
Is there any Concern Person or Offucial who could take charge of this office in a justified way.
I am completely fade up with the administration of this Office
