I AM SUNIL KUIMAR RESIDENT OF D BLOCK, VISHWAS PARK, UTTAM NAGAR NEW DELHI-110059.I AM FACING ONE PARTICULAR PROBLEM DAILY FROM MCD'S GARBAGE & DUST PICKER VEHICLE WHICH PICKS DOOR TO DOOR.THE PROBLEM IS THEY DON'T COME IN OUR STREET TO COLLECT THE GARBAGE FROM HOME.

SO, IT REQUEST TO MCD COMMISSIONER TO DEPUTE GARBAGE PICKING VEHICLE TO COLLECT THE GARBAGE FOR OUR COLONY ON DAILY BASIS.

On 11th December, we were approached at our residence by a person claiming to be an MCD official by the name of Dalip Kumar. He claimed that there was a MCD inspection scheduled for the next morning, Dec. 12th 2011 and that some Malba lying in front of our house had to be cleared before then to avoid a huge fine. He claimed that the MCD could have it removed for a charge of Rs. 600/- before the inspection. He showed me an Id and gave me his telephone number as [protected]. I confirmed the number was correct and, since I would be at work in the morning, the person insisted I pa him right away to avoid a huge fine later. I agreed and handed over Rs. 600 to the person but till today the Malba has not been removed and repeated calls to the number above are answered by a person who claims that Dalip Kumar is not well but will have the work done. It seems obvious that I have been cheated by someone impersonating a MCD official. The telephone number is genuine so I request that appropriate action be taken at the earliest as I do not know how many other unsuspecting people ahve been cheated by this person.

Unauthorised Construction
This is to bring to your notice that I am a resident of Adhchini village,Malviya nagar area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on at A- 42,Adhchini village, Malviya Nagar, Delhi -110017, The owner has covered appx. 6ft x 40ft area in the street of village. All this construction have been narrowing the passage of the street .

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.


For safety reasons I am not disclosing my identity to you. I have already send a complaint 2-3 days beforeon this registration form. But no action have been taken till today.

It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

This is here to bring to your kind notice that we all Durga Vihar residents are facing the problem of illegal dumping of Garbage on the Bandh Road (Durga Vihar).
There is one large piece of land which nowadays has become the Garbage dumping zone of the area. All the domestic and factory wastes of the nearby areas is dumped there. It has become the home of stray animals, flies, mosquitoes, etc which is causing lot of problems for all the residents of the colony.
And to add more to our problems, every day some unidentified people set that garbage on fire which causes lot of smoke and produces hazardous gases. It has become regular practice and garbage keeps on burning 27*4 causing respiratory diseases (allergy,choking, asthma, etc) to the local residents.

We have submitted written complaint to nearby Police Station, Neb Sarai. But they have asked us to contact MCD Department for the necessary actions.
So, Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as it’s a serious matter for all o[censored]s which is affecting our lives very badly.

I am very ill and went to the kashmeeri gate dispensary for the treatment. But at the reaching there the label maker is very shouting and not making of it for the people i said "this is your responsibility to make it for the people" then he said "kar lo jo tumhe karna hai ham ni banaenge prcha". And with him the pharmacist(Satish) of the dispensary also doing misbehave with the people. they both are every-time listening to loudly music in the area of dispensary that is an illegal. they are servant of people but they are showing all time that they are the king of that place. Please sir take action against them tightly.

Subject: Complain against an illegal meat shop and Buchar Khana in residential area.

The capital may go on high alert if there is an avian flu pandemic threat, but little action has been taken till date against the large number of illegal meat shops and Buchar Khana in C Block Madipur JJ Colony New Delhi-110063.
I would like to raise a concern for an illegally pig meat shop on C Block Road Madipur JJ Colony in residential area. These shops are in running on the road without having licence and it causes nuisance to people residing in the nearby area.

Illegal meat shops located on busy roads of the state capital not only pose health hazards to people but also pose danger to commuters as stray dogs gather near these shops feasting on meat wastes dumped in drains or even roadside often resulting in road accidents

The MCD has initiated an action against unauthorized meat shops. Norms stipulated for obtaining meat shop licenses includes proper concrete room space, ventilation in shops, good hygienic condition, fresh meat, low bacterial count of the table surface where meat is trimmed and processed and proper waste disposal system with valid shop. But they have not at all. We are surprised that how they are running the shop without shop & without licence but they doing in front of our MCD department. But the illegal and unlicensed shops operate with impunity without apprehending any penal action.

I would like to request you to take stern action against them and seal their shops with Bucher Khana.

Reasons:

1. Illegally opened shop in residential area.
2.Causes nuisance because it is on high traffic lane.
3.Causes massive sound of animal killing early in morning every day.
4. Huge traffic jam is there because of Vehicles Park outside the shop.
5. In open to selling the pig meat without fear of Law and order.
6. Shop owner is a stubborn and disgusting person and he does not listen to public. Lots of people have asked him to move his shop but he does not listen.
7. They are farming pig in the area & sheltering on the road.
8. Life is going hell in this area.
9. Many Health issues to come due to these shops like, swine flu diseases, fresh air issues, bad smell etc.
10. These shops because all sever is jammed by blood of animal & road is very dirty with wasted of meat & blood also and the other religion worker is very harassed.

12. They all drink wine and eat meat standing there and they pass the comments to girls and other women.
13. It is situated in the common passage area and it has become impossible for us to pass the way due to heavy smell and a bad crowd always gathers there in the evening time.
14. If they continue this illegal activity and frying meat openly at public place then a time will be near when crime graph will be on the top of its height. We all residents are irritated by him.
15. We have good societies nearby area, but these shops create problems for all. Like College Bharati Vidhyapeedh, Balaji Hospital.
16. We pray to you make to us peaceful environment of our peaceful life.
17. We request you to kindly take serious action against such activities as this is our final complaint further we would take help to understand through Right to Information.

And it is further requested not to allow such meat shops to open in the residential area at the same address.

WE HAVE RECIEVED A LOT OF COMPLAINTS BY LOCAL RESIDENTS OF ROHINI AGAINST MCD OFFICIAL M.S.KHATTAR AND PEON AMIT KHANNA WHO ARE IN LICENSE DEPARTMENT IN ROHINI ZONE . THERE IS A LOT OF ENCROACHMENT IN ROHINI BY VARIOUS SHOPKEEPERS AND HAWKERS WITH THE SUPPORT OF M.S.KHATTAR AND AMIT KHANNA .
AT THE INITIAL STAGE OF ENQUIRY BY OUR REPORTER MOST OF THE COMPLAINTS WERE FOUND TO BE TRUE LIKE ENCROACHMENT BY A 2 SIDED SHOP ADDRESS D-11/293 IN SECTOR 7 HAS COVERED THE ROAD AND THE SQUARE AND ALSO ENCROACHMENT AT DIVIDING ROAD OF SECTOR 6 AND 7 . IT IS FOUND THAT M.S KHATTAR AND AMIT KHANNA TAKES HUGE AMOUNT OF BRIBE FROM THESE PEOPLE . FOR SUPPORTING OUR ARGUMENT WE ARE SENDING YOU SOME PHOTOS TO LET YOU KNOW .

It is submitted that MAIN MARKET ROAD OF SHAHBAD DAIRY COLONY Delhi-42 is encroached by shopkeepers. they place there goods on road to such extend that on 60 ft road only one vehicle can pass. They encroach nearly 20 feet from both sides.
I had already lodged a complain on telephone no.[protected] twice with Complaint No. 6804 dated 15/11/11 and Complaint No. 7371 dated 10/12/11.
No action has been taken yet.
I hope the concerned authority will look into the matter seriously and do the needful.

I would like to bring your kind attention towards the unauthorized construction and encroachments going on at A 1/80, Sector-8, Rohini, Delhi – 11085.

At said building the old house had been demolished and that too without taking any pre-cautionary norms to make community safe side. The old structure was demolished without putting any tripal.

Now on the said building following problem we are facing which are totally against law and illegal.

1. Constructed Toilet on Back lane which is out of there building boundary and on public back lane. The same is used by their workers, creating waste water spreading all over & bad smell which increase chance of and viral infection like Dengue and others.

2. The construction material like Saria, Dust, bricks are spread all over the road and in front lane causing lot of problems for other residence, and may cause any mishap.

Sir, The manner in which construction is carried on is quite dangerous and is totally against building construction by-laws. I request you to kindly look into the matter personally and instruct your officers to take all measures so that further such problem may not arise

This is to bring to your concern that people in my colony are facing trouble because of stray dogs.
The dogs here are creating menace and even bites people.
They have created nuisance by damaging people's property and vehicles specially 2 wheelers.

I would like to bring to your notice that we are facing severe stray dogs menace in our street and surrounding our entrace gate through out the day which makes it very difficult to move in and out of our building entrance. They always spoil the whole street by doing /spread garbage everywhere even at the entrance of our house. They always bark at the passers-by and sometimes they bite the people and children. June 2011 bite me and Day before yesterday, one of the dogs bite my friend also, he is getting injections. Our children are not safe due to them. Also their loud and strange noises during the night disturbs our sleep and distracts our kids sleep and mind through out day and nights. This is to inform you as under:

That this residence/house at C-5/28,SDA,IIT Gate,New Delhi was in the name of Mrs Santosh Sethi & Bhawanti Malik since 1972 who expired way back in 1991 & 1992.This fact can be confirmed by your from Death Certificate Cell who issue these Certificates.

However,after their demise,this house was demolished in 1995 and re-bult in 1995 and given to rent upto the year 2006.Huge money to the extent of some Rs 5 Crores was minted and then perhaps some dispute arose with the MCD Authorties and this house was subsequently sealed.This remained for quite sometime.Needless to mention that this is a residential area and no commercial activity is permitted.

However, it was astonished to gather that this house is still in the name of M/s Santosh Sethi & Bhagwant Malik,who as you know got expired way back in 1991 & 92 but some vested interests were minting huge money by fabricating false documents in the name of deceased ones.Incidentally,both ladies had obtained USA Citizenship long time back.

Thereafter,again some Vested Interests demolished this House in 2009 and are still carrying out the huge Constuction which is still going on.Again,palatial building has come up at C-5/28,S D A I I G ,New Delhi.Surprisingly enough,again this house is in the name of the departed Souls e.g Mrs Santosh Sethi & Bhagwanti Malik.Indeed,this is beyond our comprehension as to how this is happeining time and again. Again and again, the deceased persons become alive to facilatate the task of Construction again and again.Certainly,monetary interests are of Vested Interest are dominant here. Your Inspection will support our contention.

On checing,your Property Tax papers at your MCD Cell, it was observed this House remains still in the name of Mrs Santosh Sethi & Bhawganti Malik.Obviously,there is no Will.Else,some one should have brought so far on the Table.This was never done.Obviously,some Vested Interests are working against the Law of the Land and MCD.

On checking with DDA,it was also observed that Original Papers are still in the name of Mrs Santosh Sethi & Bhagwanti Malik.This Lease Deed is dated year back 1972 and there is no mutation so far.Only a letter from DDA,New Delhi asking for various documens to do mutation but none came forward to file for mutation thereafter.It is just possible that somebody is doing serious mischief and playing with theDDA & MCD & Building Bye Laws.


Therefore,you are requested to pl be good enough to take appropriate remedial action in the early course in order to address this issue and preserve beleguared Govt's Interests.

Most of the roads in palwal are in completely broken stage .Especially road from Railway Station to Bus stand is completely broken and one can not even walk on those roads so it can be imagined how rickshaw and autos are going over that and accident van happen at any time.The major issue is the roads are in such bad condition from ast 3 years and not a single attempt is done to make that again.It is getting very risky and irritating o travel on these roads and because palwal is district so atleast these basic condition in district of haryana should be good.

Please provide me way to reach out MCD people and follow up with them to check the status of road construction.

Governor of Delhi, Chief Minister of Delhi also Hon'ble Lokayukta, Delhi & C.V. Commissioner, N.Delhi through this complaint that huge illegal, unauthorized & dangerous building constructions on more than 30 plots those are as : C-136, C-34, C-47, C-46, C-37, D-12, C-8, D-1, D-41, B-35, B-11, B-17, C-15, C-46, C-130, C-118, C-112, C-137, C-57, C-10, C-35-A, B-35, D-11, D-92, D-90, D-89, D-87, D-86, C-75, C-76, C-77, B-61, D-88, are being carried out without sanction building plans, for which several complaints were lodged with the Dy. Commissioner, MCD, Civil line Zone, Delhi & higher authorities vide D.D.Nos. 16131, dtd. 31/10/11, 17/10/11, 9443,dtd.22/6/11, 5432, dtd.11/4/11, 9443, dtd. 22/6/11, but concerned officials of building Deptt, C.L. zone even Dy. commissioner MCD, Civil line zone, Delhi have not taken any action against the above reported illegal & dangerous constructions in spite of repeated several complaints intentionally & with the ulterior motive and due to the corrupt nexus amongst the MCD officials of C.L. Zone, building contractors& builders & public functionary. with result no any action is taken against any illegal & unauthorized constructions. it is humbly prayed to the concerned higher authorities & public functionary that prompt & necessary action may kindly taken in the cited matter in the interest of law & public.

Sub: Pathetic Road condition at Moti Ngar Red Light


Dear Sir,



I would like to draw your attention at the pathetic condition of road at Moti Nagar Red Light.



Since last year after the rainy season, the busy road junction had developed a very big crater like pot hole, which has become bigger after the rainy season of this year.



It is so surprising that being a such busy road and an important junction of west Delhi, it has still not come to the Kind Attention and notice of MCD or even the hon'ble Counsellor Mr. Ved Prakash Gupta till date.



Due to this very Big Crater, always, there is a huge traffic jam at this red light and so many minor accidents have occured which may become fatal also.



As a tax payer and a responsible citizen of Delhi, I do hereby request you to rectify the defect caused so as to avoid invonvineance to local user and commuter and help in saving the money incured on the wear and tear of the vehicle and and time lost in manpower hours while they are stuck in the traffic jam due to poor road condition.


By rectifying and improving the road condition, you will be contributing to the nation.


I thop that this voice will be heard and action will be taken immediately.
