Un-authorized Construction at Plot No. WZ-155, GALI No.7-8,KRISHNA PARK, TILAK NAGAR, NEW DELHI-110018.

Sir,
The Un-authorized construction is taking place at Property No.WZ-155, Gali No.7-8, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110018 after the demolition done by M.C.D department on[protected].The construction is without any permission by M.C.D. and is without any building by-laws and sanctioned plan as stated by M.C.D in a reply to an R.T.I.

Some Bad-elements are using muscle power for Re-construction on the same plot; since the action taken report has been furnished by the M.C.D that the construction is stop.

A Group of Builders, who has been nexus with the land owner are trying to re-commence the construction work with the help of bad-elements.

I therefore request you Kindly once again intervene in this matter and take appropriate action, so that rest of the people who are looking for the Un-authorized Construction may be aware & hearsome accordingly.

I hope, for the favorable & concrete action in the instant matter.

It has been requested to the MCD department many times through the help line nos regarding the sertinity in streets of our nearby area in in Ram Nagar Extention near yoga way public school Loni Road Shahdara Delhi 110032.

Main problem is that the house owner Mrs Ramkali w/o Lt Sh Salek Chand r/o 1/4117 is not taking the sewer connection & despite of thousand regual and gentel reminders they are not taking care for this problem and because of this dirtyness it is not possible to pass through this dirty street and it is really unberable smell. So it is again requested to the MCD deptt to take the appropriate action for the said problem be sorted out.

My son Hiten Singh Adhikari, was born in Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital, Dilshad Garden, Delhi on 08.11.2009 as per GTB Reference No. 3914934.

Further as per certificate issued by Sub-Registrar / Registrar of Birth & Death, Municipal Corporation of Delhi Registration No. MCDOLR09359344 dtd.24.11.2009 my name is mentioned POORAM SINGH instead of POORAN SINGH and mother’s name of my son is mentioned JANAKI instead of SMT. JANKI.

Then I applied for birth certificate to The Registrar (Birth & Death) MCD, North Zone, Shahdara, Delhi and submitted all the relevant documents / details vide application no. 212642 on 01.09.2010, while submitting the documents, Mr. Vinay Kumar (document collector) had told me that there is some spelling mistake in my name as well as my wife’s name, so I have to get it approved from the sub-registrar. I had shown all the documents including affidavit to sub-registrar and he confirmed those documents as OK and then he gave his remarks kindly correct the same as per record.

But after sometime the sub-registrar status shown correction required and asked me kindly provide the correction certificate issued by MRO, GTB, Delhi and then I submitted correction certificate issued by MRO, GTB, Dilsad Garden, Delhi vide their Ref. No. 6(1)/B&D/MRD/GTBH/2010324 & C.R. No.[protected] along with all the requisite documents / details vide Correction No.537809 dtd. 27.12.2010 to Mr. Mrudul and he assured me to contact after 21 days.

After 21 days in the month of January, 2011, I met with Mr Mudul and I told him my son birth certificate status is shown pending with OIVS then what should I do. He suggested me kindly wait for few days so I again met to Mr. Mrudul in the month of March, 2011, he told me that they have sent all the details and the pending issue is with the OIVS Head Office and also requested to wait for few days later on I again met Mr. Mrudul in the month of 23.06.2011 and request him why my application is shown pending with OIVS then he suggested me to kindly met with Mr. Bhardwaj at OIVS Office. I met Mr. Bhardwaj 01.07.2011 and he replied me that he has sent all the documents to the Shahdara zone, they can say anything about the status of my application.

Then I again met Mr. Mrudul on 15.07.2011 he told me kindly met with Mr. Satish, then I met with Mr. Satish, I along with Mr. Satish try to search my copy of documents, but we could not trace out the documents in their custody. Then he again requested kindly give all the documents / details once again, I have given them copy of all the requisite documents / details and he assured me that the certificate will be issue shortly.

But today 41 days has been passed and my application status is again showing that the record is not traceable so rejected. Sir my contention is that how many time I should submit the requisite details to the subject department and how much time the department will take to issue me a certificate the total time has been spent more than 18 months.


I would like to request you kindly look into the matter.

New Kondli Area of Mayur Vihar III in east Delhi is becoming a living Hell with Garbage Dumps and broken roads and foopaths. Can somebody provide the names address and telephone no of the Staff (including sweepers) dealing with the sanitation and civil activities of this area of New Kondli. This area is ever increasing with vehicle traffic, and shops and rickshaw wala, Thelewala. The residents of this area are from different background from lower to middle income groups. The south Indians, Kashmiris and UP wale are just mindless thinking of their own bedroom and drawing clealiness. The pathetic conditions of area is aggrieved by the Local villagers and labour class marching past this area with no civic sense. Vegetable market on two days a week also leads to garbage dumps and road problems.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of Sector 50 area in Gurgaon for the past 5 years. The sector road that connects South City 2 (D-block market area) to the Rosewood City is in worst condition since the past so many years. There are big holes and rain water accumulates making it difficult for us to cross it on daily basis.

Can you please help us understand what is blocking the construction and maintenance of this road for so many years? This is one of the basic infrsatructure issue. If you can provide the contact person's name and phone number who is supervising this work, it will be a big help in tracking through RTI act on the progress.

The Mayer of Municipal Corporation, Delhi has decided that Ghazipur abattoir will remain closed only for 3 days instead of 25 festival holidays and animal will be slaughter on 22 festivals, hence UN affiliated the International Organisation for Animal Protection - OIPA chapter in India comes forward to oppose this decision.
Many irregularities never seen by the Mayer of MCD:
* Animals are being shifted towards Ghazipur abattoir in a very cruel manner, violating the Cattle Transport Rules, 1978 amended in 2001.
* Animals are being slaughtered violating the Slaughter Houses Rules, 2001.
* There is no mechanism introduced by the Ghazipur abattoir and MCD to minimize the stress, pain and unnecessary sufferings to the animals.
Hence OIPA in India placed this open notice before the Mayer of MCD to look in to the above mentioned points and with draw its holiday decision.

In spite of numerous complaints lodged by the law abiding residents of this area all the enforcing agencies are sitting mum and taking no action which has made the life of the residents miserable. Very Bad road condition Dabri more dwarka entrance main road.

Sir,

It is to inform you that there is alway a massive traffic congestion for the past 6 months on Dabri more (dwarka entrance) the only reason being really bad condition of the road. We all know there is a flyover getting constructed for our connivence but the inconvenience is not because of the construction. its only because of the huge potholes which makes the traffic really go slow. therefore leads to huge traffic jams. there are various hospitals which comes on the way. it's a nightmare for the people who have emergencies, a lots of school buses get late because of that.

So very i sincerely request you to please take appropriate action. the only solution which is very obvious is a good quality patch work to the entire stretch mentioned above.so the traffic moves smoothy.

So once again i request the authority concerned to please get the work done immediately failing which it will be brought to the notice of higher authority.

A sum of Rs.238/- demanded vide bill no.87438 dated 13.7.2009 was paid vide Ch.no.557522 dated 21.7.2009 drawn on Bank of Baroda, Ashok Vihar, Delhi-52 and this ch. was debited to my A/C on 4.8.2009.
The above amount along with surcharge there on is being demanded regularly in the following bills for the last more than two years. In the last bill dated 14.6.2011 this amount has increased up to Rs.353/- The error has not been corrected in spite of my nine letters (dated 12.10.09, 8.12.09, 22.3.10, 28.1.11, 17.2.11 and 14.4.11 to Revenue Officer- DJB NW3 and dated 28.1.11, 17.2.11 and 14.4.11 to the Zonal Revenue Officer- DJB Varunalaya, Jhandewalan, Delhi). Along with all my letters I have attached copy of paid bill dated 13.7.2009 and bank statement.
The long back paid amount may be got adjusted forthwith. Suitable action may be taken against the defaulting staff for intentionally harassing and creating problem to me since long.

MCD started project to clean the gutter on the main jagdamba road and stoped the work in between as usual. Now the situation is that due to heavy rain water the road has become mess and mosquitoes are increasing. Residents of the main road are facing parking problems.

why the work stoped in between? who is responsible for this? why no one is bothered to close this. Why MCD is so lethargic in completing the projects???

We want strict action to be taken against all involved in this.

THERE IS NOT ANY PROPER DRAINAGE SYSTEM EMPLOYED FOR SRAIN WATER FOR EXIT. THERE ARE NOT SEWER SYSTEM BEING INSTALLED TILL NOW WHEREAS ALL THE SURROUNDING AREAS HAVE THE FACILITY OF SEWERS.
MOREOVER THERE IS NOT ANY SECURITY IN THE AREA AT NIGHTS.
THEREFORE I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND RESOLVE IT ASAP.
