Subject: Illegal constructions in Virender Nagar area of West Zone
Dear Sir,
It is bringing into your kind notice that heavy illegal and unauthorized construction work is going on at full swing in Virender Nagar Area. In spite of numerous complaints lodged by the law abiding residents of this area all the enforcing agencies are sitting mum and taking no action which has made the life of the residents miserable. Some influential Builders/property dealers are involved to convert this approved and regularized colony into a slum as all the sites for development of Parks, schools, community centers etc. are grabbed and sold illegally by these bad elements.
In view of the facts mentioned above it is requested that an enforcement team may immediately visit the area to locate and video graph all the illegal and unauthorized constructions/encroachments to assess the full facts to stop the construction and take the necessary Legal action.
Yours faithfully,
Encl. Copies of complaints

Kindly refer to our conversation on mobile [protected] about holidays in Gazipur slaughter house and you confirmed that both two shifts will remains closed on 25 holidays as per past practice but your decision will be applicable on Export wing, hence UN affiliated OIPA in India - www.oipa.org demanding to with draw holidays order for Export wing as well and be remain closed on all 25 festivals.
Further OIPA in India placed suggestions before you to consider:
1. To constitute a committee to check / control unnecessary pain and sufferings to the animals.
2. Animal Welfare legislation should be implemented honestly, such as:
A. Cattle Transport Rule, 1978 amended in 2001.
B. Slaughter House Rules, 2001
