and overflowing, causing unbearable stench and unhygienic conditions.

I PARKED MY CAR ON NEHRU PLACE PARKING NEAR PARAS CINEMA ON 09/04/2011 FOR ONLY 30 MINUTES (MAX). PARKING MAN DEMANDED RS. 30/- FOR PARKING. I REFUSED TO GIVE HIM RS 30/- as it was not parking rate. HE STOPPED MY CAR AND start ARGUMENT WITH ME. When i saw parking slip thoroughly, i saw he had not cut the slip properly. The actual printing on parking slip was (5 scooter 10 car 30 tempo per entry) but he has cut the parking slip from such a place that is shows us ***cooter 10 car 30 tempo per entry**** Every person gave Rs. 30/- for every entry for park the car.
Please check the irregularity of Parkign Mafia

Encroachment on designated malba dumping area in nimri colony.Due to this, malba is scattered on road no 38 along nallah .New juggis are constructed on this place.Garbage collectors and illegal activities are going in this area.

Dear Sir,

I myself and also on behalf of various residents of Vinoba Puri, Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi-110024. I would like to bring to your notice that the residents of M-1, M-1 (A) to M-2, M-2 (A) Lajpat Nagar II, are doing illegal construction since last one year and making several floors with the help of Builders etc and have encroached the Main Running Road with the helps of iron pipes, pillars and Iron chains (For Their on parkings), marbles, old water tanks, garbage etc.in front of their homes and touching Main Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Park (Shakha Park) which has led to the shortening of the space available for pathways, parking and public movements.

You are requested to please control and demolish the so called illegal/unauthorized construction or also if possible please also check their proper building plans and I am very much sure that it will be all unauthorized constructions from map accepted from your department. And if they found guilty then you are also requested to SEAL their premises with immediate effect.

In anticipation of your valued corporation and immediate action in this regards and obliged.

I have also made a verbal complaint in your control room vide complaint No.49 dated 04.04.2011. I am looking forward to your co-operation and support.

In our society area the sanitation conditions are very bad. the sweepers are coming in months as come on thier daily routine. We complain about this to our nigam parshad "SHALU MALIK" but no action is tajen yet . we think you can do jsinsere efforts for improving our snitation condition of our loclity

This is to bring your notice that I Radha Sharma holding P.P.O No. 1449 not getting medical reimbursement allownace as per approval of MCD vide their Corporation Resolution No. 777 dated[protected] circulated vide no. DCA/Pen(HQ)/2008/16 dated[protected].

Although I have made several visits to your office as well as to designated bank who is responsible to make the payment of medical as per your letter dated[protected]scanned copy is attached).

It is the matter of surprise that I being a old lady has been suffering for my dues for last so many years although I have lost my husband in the year 2004 and I have no source of income to maintain my medical treatment.

It is also find that to get a copy of letter I have to pay some amount at MCD office with the delaing person .Despite of the fact my matter is yet to be resolved. Since both your office as well as PNB branch (Kirti nagar) is playing foul game with me with no response for delay in Medical Reimbursement

I would therefore request you to kindly intervene in this matter to save me further harresment and help me in getting my above allowance including upto date arrears with out any further delay.

This is to draw attention of MCD about improper road and street lighting condition on the road connecting new ghazipur flyover on NH24 with mayur vihar.
There are many potholes on the road and there are no street lights also.
It become very dangerous for two wheelers at night and no street lights make the situation worst.
I request concerned authorities to take some corrective measures befor any serious accident takes place there.

hAVE COMPLAINED EARLIER AS WELL. I LIVE IN 21 DARYA GANJ AND HAVE TWO KIDS WHO ARE NOT READY TO STEP DOWN ALONE, NEITHER DO I FEEL SAFE SENDING THEM OUT ON THE STREETS ALONE; BECAUSE OF STARY DOGS WHO HAVE BEEN BITING PEDESTRIANS AS WELL AS THE WATER LOGGED ROADSIDES.
JUST OUTSIDE MY LANE, THROUGH OUT THE YEAR, THERE IS WATER LOGGED ROAD SIDE.
WHILE CHECKS ARE MADE FOR MOSQUITO BREEDING IN HOUSE COOLERS, NOBODY CARES FOR THE REAL BREEDING GROUNDS OF THESE DENGUE MOSQUITOES-THESE WATER LOGGED ROAD-SIDES. THERE HAS BEEN A RISE IN DENGUE CASES IN DARYA GANJ IN THE PAST FEW YEARS.
PLEASE HELP US. PLEASE....

this is to inform U & all the MCD DEpartment including the ministery that in Bawana Industrial Area if a consumer wanted to deposit the Development charges for sewer & water connection for his legal allted industrial plot your officials demands Rs 10,000/- as bribe for the same.
I feel very shameful to say that this act is being running in the knowledge of even all your senior officials.

if a person refuses to pay the bribe then it is impossible to get the connection.

i request the officials including the chief minister mrs. dixit to look into the matter immediately so that the consumers cannot be harrased by the officials.

no one want to complaint for the same in the vigilence cell because he has to run his factory( i haope u can understand the problem of a owner/ manufacture).

i request u to kind take necessary steps immediately & if possible than do something so that the charges should be deposited on-line & connection should be taken without paying any bribe.

I Umesh Pandey, put up at "A" Block, Mansa Ram Park. We have been facing the problem of sever jam since last 3 months. We all have to face the bad conditons of our toilets in every morning. Dirty water of sever line spreads in our toilet. Due to this problem we may be victim of any desies on any time. Any kind of desies like cholera may spread. I complain your Patel Garden office with a written letter on March 21st, 2011, then executive gave me an application and told to meet with J.E. at Kakraula office(Near House Tex Office). J.E. told me that your problem will be resolved in 3-4 days. But still we are facing same problem,
I don't know that MCD listen problem of people or not, but any desies would spread then who will be responsible.
I hope you will understand our problem and will make sever clean.

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that our flats fall opposite to the MCD Garbage dump located in East Patel Nagar (Next to Shiv Shakti/Shani Mandir in Blocks 34/35). Although there is a lot of movement og farbage which takes place at the dump, but it is noticed that the same is never empty & some or the other garbage is always lying there causing very favourable conditions for growth of thousands of flies & mosquitoes (huge potential for spread of diseases).

After finding out the MCD zonal Office at karol Bagh,. I visited & lodged a complaint for the same & requested them to keep the area clean & spray some insecticide there all the time to check the growth of flies & insects. But the concerned officer advised me that they do not have any insecticide available at MCD for that. On the one hand they charge hefty amount as house tax & various other taxes & they do not have provision of insecticide causing big inconvenience to property owners of the area.

Kindly take up the matter at appropriate level so that they not only keep the area clean & free from garbage but also spray insecticide on routine basis so as to check spread of dangerous diseases.

Dear Sir,

From Six Months in our area roads were dug is affecting the residents of Mandoli area in East Delhi. The road has been dug up for laying sewer pipelines. But even after the work of laying the pipelines was completed but no one has been bothered to repair the road.

Harassed residents have raised the issue at every possible platform. The digging of colony road is causing serious problem for the residents. Road has become narrow concrete and mud is lying in the middle of the road for last several months. The main road connecting Mandoli area through Sewadham Road to Mandoli Cungi.The stretch has become a nightmare of thousands of residents, Godown staff and office goers to Melaram Warehousing Compound on same road. The road situation is so pathetic and miserable to commute at day & night .In area unsocial elements are also threat for everybody.
Please look into matter urgently for some relief.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of D-161, New Usmanpur, MCD flats, Delhi. Our outside space is open with breeding of mosquitoes in large numbers. We have complaint the same to the resident welfare of our colony to get the area cleaned from logged water and waste grass which leads to breeding of mosquitoes and insects. A complaint has also been lodged to Malaria Department( MCD) on 25th Mar 11 but no one has visited till date for prevention from their end. I have a 18 months old daugher who is suffring from mosquito bites. Her whole body is swelling from Mosquito bites.Who would be responsible if the baby comes across some disease by just biting of mosquito? Why has the malaria department been set by the MCD? I think only for conducting inspections and fine people where mosquitos breed but no consentration is given in places where mosquitoes are actually breeding and sprinkling of medicines is required. Our humble request is to kindly look into the matter and save us from the trap of mosquitoes.

MCD employees are burning dry leaves instead of carrying them away in preet vihar area specially near defence enclave and New Rajdhani enclave. this causing severe chest discomfort to people living in the area. it is prohibited to burn leaves under orders from the Hon. Dehi High court. the staff maybe strictly instructed not to do this. it is an illegal activity and may attract penaltiy for contempt of court.

Dear Sir,

Please note that the residents of lajpat Nagar I are extremely harrased by the stray dogs wandering everywhere including the Roads, parks bus stops and beneath the parked cars. They attack the small children and create neuscence in the night hours.

Many times complaint at MCD control room have made without success by telephone .

Please grant us respite from the stray dogs by appropriate action.
