Subject: COMPLAINT regarding the blockage and over flowing of the MCD sewer line in Taimoor Nagar , New Friends Colony (Near Masjid).
Dear Sir/Madam

This is to bring your kind attention that sewer line in front of 12-B ,Taimoor Nagar , New Friends Colony (Near Masjid). , Delhi-65 is blocked and over-flowing due to sewer line blockage. Moreover, almost every sewer line is blocked in the vicinity of that above mentioned address.
It is becoming a very embarrassing problem for all of the resident living in this area and the whole area has been converted to a foul smelling dumping area.

I therefore request you to please take an immediate attention as the situation is really getting worse. Local authorities are not helping in this regard, they only got one answer that it’s not their duty or the area doesn’t fall under their administration which is absolutely wrong.

I am a native of a village "Sanwara" in distt. Ballia o[censored]P.there PWD has forcefully captured a portion of agricultural land of farmers to widen the roads.......When farmers asked for the compensation in lieu of there land PWD people said that these roads are being widen up for their(farmers) benefits only, further they also added that PWD doesn't have enough funds to pay the compensation.........further matter was reported to the District Magistrate, he also refused to help farmers and said that these roads are meant for the development of the area where these farmers are residing and further will be helpful in transportation of their food products.Photographs of such place has also been attached for your refernce.

Sir/Madam you are requested initiate inquiry upon this heinous act done by legally responsible high profile government officials. Your prompt action in this regard will be highly appreciable.

This is regarding that we want to complain about cleanness of the Park. We deeply need that the Park should be Clean asap.
The matter has been taken lightly by concerned authorities from several years but now as no of disease cases related to mosqitoes have increased, cleaniness is more required.

Sewage water is continuously flowing into our soceity Navjagriti Apartments, Vasundhra Enclave, Delhi-96 from several cracks in the sewage treatment drain wall running alongside our society causing accumulation of sewage water, unbearable stench and unhygienic conditions.

The accumulated sewage water is breeding ground for dengue mosquitoes. A continous foul smell is coming due to which life of residents of this past of the society have become miserable and unhealthy.

Kindly WATERPROOF this wall on priority basis as has already been done in our adjoining society named JanYug Apartments. Although work of a new drain is already in progress but it will take several more months to become functional.

Please look into the matter on priority to save the residents of the area from serious health concern due to this sewage water leakage.

its really embrassing to inform that mcd is not taking any initiative to the public complaints.as a residentiel of rohini sec-5 i had registered my complaints a number of times but no action has been taken by mcd .the complaint is just to clean up the free land behind the petrol pump.which really stinks and due to some hawkers making it a fish market it had created a lots of disease in our area.i want my complaint to be forward to the mcd higher authority so that some kind of action can be taken for this problem..thank you

I am resident of WZ 93,near dispencery,naraina village

We are facing a fear for ourself and our children due to the Stray Dogs in our locality who are increasing in numbers day by day.(5-6 in no.)

They keep barking through out Night which disturb peaceful environment of nights.
These stray dogs also pee and all over the place. I am sure there is some agency that collects these stray animals.

I request the Dog Squad of MCD to kindly take necessary action immediately and send the Dog squad to avoid this problem.

We the entire residence of Baljeet nagar Naala road, near Lal mandir(opp.30/7 West patel nagar) ND-8 want to draw your kind attention towards the unsanitery condition created due to the irresponsible attitude of deputed safaiwalas in our area. Our Baljeet nagar Naala road is the main enterance to the Baljeet nagar but unfortunately it is in a miserable condition due to the overlying of garbage all over the road for even 3-4 days.In our area these safaiwalas appears in the group early in the morning but only to mark their attendance, afterthis they all disappears without doing their duties. Our area's Health inspector also defends them whenever somebody approach him with his complaint. Obviously he takes bribes from them, coz no one comes even after several reminders. Anybody can come n check how we people are living amidst of this critical conditions.This road heads to the Lal mandir which is the only mandir in our vicinity but we people are helpless n have to pass through from these garbages. Due to this heaps of garbages, we are facing attacks of mosquitos & flies nowadays whereas earlier there was no such issues.

Please do take some immediate steps, so that they must collect the garbages on a regular basis, otherwise we'll look after another source.

We Residents of M Block would like to inform you that in Khirki Extension – T, Block, Mr. Saini has opened a Tuition/ study Center and he has covered all sewers and Govt. Land, by putting rocks and cement. Near to education center a side road lane is there, he claims that he had purchased that entire lane form Govt. and he also put a chain to close that road, and does not allows to enter any body. He has also acquired all the parking space in front of M-67 to M-79 Malviya Nagar.
This is our humble request to intervene in the matter and do the need full as soon as possible.

I PARKED MY CAR ON NEHRU PLACE PARKING NEAR PARAS CINEMA ON 09/04/2011 FOR ONLY 30 MINUTES (MAX). PARKING MAN DEMANDED RS. 30/- FOR PARKING. I REFUSED TO GIVE HIM RS 30/- as it was not parking rate. HE STOPPED MY CAR AND start ARGUMENT WITH ME. When i saw parking slip thoroughly, i saw he had not cut the slip properly. The actual printing on parking slip was (5 scooter 10 car 30 tempo per entry) but he has cut the parking slip from such a place that is shows us ***cooter 10 car 30 tempo per entry**** Every person gave Rs. 30/- for every entry for park the car.

Encroachment on designated malba dumping area in nimri colony.Due to this, malba is scattered on road no 38 along nallah .New juggis are constructed on this place.Garbage collectors and illegal activities are going in this area.

Dear Sir,

I myself and also on behalf of various residents of Vinoba Puri, Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi-110024. I would like to bring to your notice that the residents of M-1, M-1 (A) to M-2, M-2 (A) Lajpat Nagar II, are doing illegal construction since last one year and making several floors with the help of Builders etc and have encroached the Main Running Road with the helps of iron pipes, pillars and Iron chains (For Their on parkings), marbles, old water tanks, garbage etc.in front of their homes and touching Main Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Park (Shakha Park) which has led to the shortening of the space available for pathways, parking and public movements.

You are requested to please control and demolish the so called illegal/unauthorized construction or also if possible please also check their proper building plans and I am very much sure that it will be all unauthorized constructions from map accepted from your department. And if they found guilty then you are also requested to SEAL their premises with immediate effect.

In anticipation of your valued corporation and immediate action in this regards and obliged.

I have also made a verbal complaint in your control room vide complaint No.49 dated 04.04.2011. I am looking forward to your co-operation and support.

This is to bring your notice that I Radha Sharma holding P.P.O No. 1449 not getting medical reimbursement allownace as per approval of MCD vide their Corporation Resolution No. 777 dated[protected] circulated vide no. DCA/Pen(HQ)/2008/16 dated[protected].

Although I have made several visits to your office as well as to designated bank who is responsible to make the payment of medical as per your letter dated[protected]scanned copy is attached).

It is the matter of surprise that I being a old lady has been suffering for my dues for last so many years although I have lost my husband in the year 2004 and I have no source of income to maintain my medical treatment.

It is also find that to get a copy of letter I have to pay some amount at MCD office with the delaing person .Despite of the fact my matter is yet to be resolved. Since both your office as well as PNB branch (Kirti nagar) is playing foul game with me with no response for delay in Medical Reimbursement

I would therefore request you to kindly intervene in this matter to save me further harresment and help me in getting my above allowance including upto date arrears with out any further delay.

This is to draw attention of MCD about improper road and street lighting condition on the road connecting new ghazipur flyover on NH24 with mayur vihar.
There are many potholes on the road and there are no street lights also.
It become very dangerous for two wheelers at night and no street lights make the situation worst.
I request concerned authorities to take some corrective measures befor any serious accident takes place there.

hAVE COMPLAINED EARLIER AS WELL. I LIVE IN 21 DARYA GANJ AND HAVE TWO KIDS WHO ARE NOT READY TO STEP DOWN ALONE, NEITHER DO I FEEL SAFE SENDING THEM OUT ON THE STREETS ALONE; BECAUSE OF STARY DOGS WHO HAVE BEEN BITING PEDESTRIANS AS WELL AS THE WATER LOGGED ROADSIDES.
JUST OUTSIDE MY LANE, THROUGH OUT THE YEAR, THERE IS WATER LOGGED ROAD SIDE.
WHILE CHECKS ARE MADE FOR MOSQUITO BREEDING IN HOUSE COOLERS, NOBODY CARES FOR THE REAL BREEDING GROUNDS OF THESE DENGUE MOSQUITOES-THESE WATER LOGGED ROAD-SIDES. THERE HAS BEEN A RISE IN DENGUE CASES IN DARYA GANJ IN THE PAST FEW YEARS.

this is to inform U & all the MCD DEpartment including the ministery that in Bawana Industrial Area if a consumer wanted to deposit the Development charges for sewer & water connection for his legal allted industrial plot your officials demands Rs 10,000/- as bribe for the same.
I feel very shameful to say that this act is being running in the knowledge of even all your senior officials.

if a person refuses to pay the bribe then it is impossible to get the connection.

i request the officials including the chief minister mrs. dixit to look into the matter immediately so that the consumers cannot be harrased by the officials.

no one want to complaint for the same in the vigilence cell because he has to run his factory( i haope u can understand the problem of a owner/ manufacture).

i request u to kind take necessary steps immediately & if possible than do something so that the charges should be deposited on-line & connection should be taken without paying any bribe.

I Umesh Pandey, put up at "A" Block, Mansa Ram Park. We have been facing the problem of sever jam since last 3 months. We all have to face the bad conditons of our toilets in every morning. Dirty water of sever line spreads in our toilet. Due to this problem we may be victim of any desies on any time. Any kind of desies like cholera may spread. I complain your Patel Garden office with a written letter on March 21st, 2011, then executive gave me an application and told to meet with J.E. at Kakraula office(Near House Tex Office). J.E. told me that your problem will be resolved in 3-4 days. But still we are facing same problem,
I don't know that MCD listen problem of people or not, but any desies would spread then who will be responsible.
I hope you will understand our problem and will make sever clean.
