meri complaint hai ki house no A-66 Nehru Vihar, Near Timar pur jo sundra Devi k naam par hai jo ki bulding tod kar dobara se banai gai hai. bulding dobara se banane par enohone main sadak par kabza kar leya hai sadak ab kafi tang ho gai hai aur Two unauthorized floor bhe banaye hai. MCD khuch karvai nahi kar rahi hai. Plz aap khuch action lejeye

Dear sir my resident near the Mohan park Model Town-III Behind Primary School, Delhi-110009 my near Mohan MCD Park they have Chaudhary not working in the park no maintaining MCD worker not give the water to Plants & Ground in the park I request to you please take action against to MCD worker on the no present our duties and Light not working in the park.....kindy see that.

This is request to Mr. Khullar (Municipal Comminssioner, Gurgaon) regarding misuse of system by Car Towing people in the city. This arrangement is good for managing the congestion in the city busy area, however now a days these people are towing the cars from the Civil Lines area (where we have sufficiently wide road and trafiic is low).
Also public is not fully aware about where to not part the vehicle. There should be NO PARKING boards from where cars can be towed.
After talking to MCD crane personel and police station, it was found that they more interested in making money by crane charges (which is carged Rs. 200 irrespective of any distance).
I request you to make this arrangement systematic so that "aam adami" cannot be harassed. There should be fear car towing not the Terror of it.

which can collapse anytime causing loss of human lives & Public Property

Dear Sir,

On the subject, it is submitted that I am the owner of G-29/71,Sector-3, Rohini, Delhi & my younger son is living in this property.

From the last few months, I have experienced that the condition of my adjoining building ( Road Side ) is deteriorating considerably & its upper stories are turning to road side resulting wide gape in the wall of my upper stories and its upper stories is developing . The result it can collapse any time to Road Side ( Main road from Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute to Avantika Market) resulting loss of human lives as well as the property of its neighbors.

Needless to mention that this a commercial building & no. of shops & educational institutions are operating in this building hence it require prompt attention so that it can be repaired properly to avoid any untoward incident.

I have already submitted my attention to NDMC, Rohini on dated 15.11.10 in this regard ( Photo copy attached duly acknowledged on dated 16.11.10) but it is observed that no initiative has been taken by the deptt. so far.

Keeping in view the seriousness of the matter ,I approach your good office to please issue proper directions to the concerned deptt so that proper repairs of this building is carried out without fail & promptly.

I have no doubt in my mind that your office will pay attention in this matter which is in public interest too.

Hi,

I am a resident of Paschim Puri. The road conditions are worse here. Punjabi Bagh Club road in front of Paschim Puri is in very bad condition. With that there is a major road which requires attention. It is the connecting road of Pocket-1 and Pocket-3. I haven't seen any repair of the road in last many years. There is one ESI dispensery too on that road. Its been long since it was re-carpeted. I am not sure the people choosen to take care of this locality are aware of it or not but the condition is not well for living. The surroundings are very dirty.

Please look into it at the earliest.

there is lot of inconvinence and traffic jams due to illegal street vendors at krishna mandir marg,shakarpur,delhi-92...
they don't listen even after repeated request by many residence....
they stand in front of our house gates n block the roads............
from 9 in the morning to 11 pm they r there and create a lot of inconvinence....
i would request you to take some urgent actions agaionst them...........

Dear Readers

I am a resident of Vijay Vihar rohini sector-4 delhi-85 and i would like to complain about an 8 storey illegal construction at house no. L-148 Vijay Vihar phase-2 Rohini sector-4 Delhi-85. MCD and Delhi Police are doing nothing to stop it.

I and other neighbours want to check this illegal activity and want to know how can i do this.

Dear sir earlier also approx 20 days back i wrote a complain, i want to know that is there any effect of writing complain on this portal.

Once again I am writing that Unauthorised construction is built in MCD park by 57A, PKT D, SFS Flat, Mayur Vihar Phase III infront of the DDA flats.
Near by people are afraid of him due to his illeterate attitude and threatening the neighbours that I will see who will complain.
My since request to the forum that please take this case to the notice of MCD commissioner so that unauthorised construction may be demolished immediately and surrounding climate can improve.

i am living in tughlakabad extension,street no. 29 new delhi , a welding shop is creating huge mess because of the noise they are making from day to night all the students living here are not be able to do their study and the elders can't do rest at home.please do take some actions

this is with reference that i Anikesh Brahma a resident of RZG-54-A MAHAVIR ENCLAVE NEW DELHI, DWARKA 110045 has been continuously having facing drainage problems for the past 8 months. despite of frequent reminders to the local district officers no necessary action has been taken regarding the problem.The problem here has taken a big shape as the drainage water are overflowing out of the drains making the place a havoc.

Therefore with humbly i would request the municipal corporation officials to further take look into the problem.

Builder Mafia is building 200sq yard house on a plot of 100 sqyard each.
The naksha was passed for 100 sq yard as per senctioned plan, but constuction is on as per 200sq yard plan without approved plan.
Whenever MCD engineer visit , some money is given to him to ignore the
on going construction.
The plot number is 30/24 (100 sq yard) and 30/24 A(100 sq yard).

This is to again bring to your notice that illegal construction is in full swing in C-29 Rajouri Garden, The owners claim that they have got the building plan sanctioned by MCD but the reality is that they are covering 100% area which is not allowed , The neighbourers are facing lot of problems due to these construction.
I therefore appeal you once again to take a speedy action against the defaulters
and save the neighbourhood from further torture.

I want to register mcd parking complain against parking at jama masjid, opposite jagat cinema ,(old fish market).. its an mcd parking but i was restricted from parking my car there as the contractor said that the parking iss only for members not for others.. whereas an mcd parking iS always open to all.. after a lot of arguments he allowed me to park when i insisted..but when i returned i found my car damaged and scratched.. under an autorised parking the responsibility of the care of the vehicle lies with the contractor..the contracter refused us to park when he had space available with him..

I WOULD LIKE A STRICT ACTION AGAINST THE CONTRACTOR ASAP..

This is brought to your kind notice that resident of 2nd Floor, 37-B, Pocket-A, Vikaspuri Extension, New Delhi-110018 have carried out unauthorised construction on the backyard of flat which is supposed to be common usance for overhead drainage pipe, kitchen pipe for cross ventilation of flats. The said resident has encroached upon the common area and it has blocked our cross ventilation and kitchen outlet.
I have already lodged on line complaint with Aap Ki Sunwai, Paper Base Grievance Registration System Grivance Number [protected] dated 09.12.2010, however no action has been taken till date by the authorities. Further I have also lodged my complaint with Delhi Police, Tilak Vihar Chowki, Tilak Vihar as well as to EE, MCD, West Zone, Rajouri Garden, Vishal Enclave on 9th December 2010
The above resident has recently purchased the said property and threatning us time and again that they will go further extension of balcony on the front side too.
Sir, I am law abiding citizen and do not wish to quarrel anybody, but the resident do not want to listen even RWA and violating all the rules regulations .
In view of above, it is requested to kindly look into the matter and solve my problem.

also this road has been dug up by GAIL for gas pipelines and left at its own mercy.
Repeated complaints sent to various depts, have gone in vain.
We request u to take a speedy action and get the road carpeted at the earliest.

Dear sir 2 days back also I wrote a complain. This is about 57A, PKT D, SFS Flats Mayur Vihar Phase III. The person has occupied the huge space of common use and consturcted temple in children park.Fenced it and still construction going on. Occupied another park in side and we do not know that what is his limit.
As he is property dealer and every body is feared and no body wants to come against him and I also do not want to disclose my identity.
Whether any taction is taken to post the complain here. If it is so please it is my sincere request that action should be taken immedieately.

I am a resident of 1666 Gali No-1 Govindpuri Extn Kalkaji New Delhi.
For more than 4 weeks there are sewer garbage and road soils are spreaded.
In front of My main gate a lot of soils and concretes are collected when mcd persons are dig the road for sewer and water pipeline. My family are suffering a lot due to this garbage. Water stored around this garbage and my house fursh become dirty when anyone come from outside.

Road comming fromDwarka at Dabri crossing is having deep pot holes thus causing traffic to slow down. Frequent traffic jam is also causing problem to daily commuters. Now some one has dug a trench for laying cable thus adding to the misery of commuters.
If road is repaired it will not only save lot of fuel but also smothen the traffic flow.
