Dear Sir
I am a resident of 1666 Gali No-1 Govindpuri Extn Kalkaji New Delhi.
For more than 4 weeks there are sewer garbage and road soils are spreaded.
In front of My main gate a lot of soils and concretes are collected when mcd persons are dig the road for sewer and water pipeline. My family are suffering a lot due to this garbage. Water stored around this garbage and my house fursh become dirty when anyone come from outside.

Kindly look into the matter AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Road comming fromDwarka at Dabri crossing is having deep pot holes thus causing traffic to slow down. Frequent traffic jam is also causing problem to daily commuters. Now some one has dug a trench for laying cable thus adding to the misery of commuters.
If road is repaired it will not only save lot of fuel but also smothen the traffic flow.

Subject: COMPLAINT regarding the blockage and over flowing of the MCD sewer line in Bholanath nagar , Shahdara(Jharkhandi Mandir road).
Dear Sir/Madam

This is to bring your kind attention that sewer line in front of 342/A , Shalimar Park, Bholanath Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi-32 is blocked and over-flowing due to sewer line blockage. Moreover, almost every sewer line is blocked in the vicinity of that above mentioned address.
It is becoming a very embarrassing problem for all of the resident living in this area and the whole area has been converted to a foul smelling dumping area.

I therefore request you to please take an immediate attention as the situation is really getting worse. Local authorities are not helping in this regard, they only got one answer that it’s not their duty or the area doesn’t fall under their administration which is absolutely wrong.

This is to bring in to your kind notice that Mr. Tejpal who is the owner of E-2/55, Group-6, Sector-11, Rohini, Delhi 110085 has constructed two additional floors on DDA LIG Flats. And the height of the top floor is beyond the permissible limit. This is very dangerous as per the safety purposes of the local residents. So this is our humble request to MCD department to take a necessary action and demolish the top floor of the above mentioned residence in interest of the local residents.

Dear Sir,

This is to request you Mr Tejpal who is the resident of E-2/55, LIG Flats, Group-6, Sector-11 has carried out illegal construction on his floor and has builted 2 more extra floors on his flat which are competely illegal as per DDA and MCD norms. All the local residents are just wondering why MCD is not taking care of this illegal construction. This has been builted by taking stake of innocent neighbours, So this is to request MCD deparment to take an action and demolish the third floor which is completely illegal and dangerous as per security of the residents.

Matter is that, I had initally given a complaint on dated 29/9/2010 regarding the toilet sever line leakage of the second floor premises flooding into my First floor permises at C-5/1, First Floor, Rana Pratap Bagh, Delhi-110007


Since many months I'm suffering from this problem, the toilet water of the second floor leaks in huge quantity within my house study room & even after many requests the people of the second floor dose not solve my problem. So sir, please help me Urgently to over come this in justice, because it has become very , very difficult to stay here.

Somebody has dug the entire stretch of the 60' wide road of a length of about 300 meters in front of the MCD Schools. It is more than six months. Nobody bothers to repair it. I don't know, if any MCD officials knows it or if anybody has complainted about it. I am also not sure, if anybody will read this complaint and take any remedial action.

I am writing this as a moral responsibility of a citizen. Hundreds of school children commuting through this road to these MCD schools are the future citizens of this country. Unless somebody understands the difficulties from the prospective of the young children, this road will not be repaired. You will appreciate, the lesson this neglect of MCD teaching to these MCD schools of Tuglakabad Extension.

I do not understand the reason for keeping this damaged road unrepaired for more than six months. Perhaps nobody from the MCD, the corporators, the politicians, the civil citizens, the social workers feel that few citizens of this country are living in this area and the MCD Schools are building the career of the future citizens of this land.

Let us care for these poor students of these MCD schools and repair the road in front of it.

If MCD has no funds or no will to do it, I seek the help of the government of Delhi for kind support to its fellow citizens.

We are facing lot of problems in terms of bad roads at Kohat Enclave to Wazirpur Road . The by lane is always occupied by the transporters to park their buses . The road is meant for common people , not for private parties .

The road is blocked and we cannot move from Kohat Enclave to Wazirpur side . Kindly the attached photographs of digging which has taken place two months ago . It is dangerous.

UNAUTHORISED CONSTRUCTION GH 5&7/80, PASCHIM VIHAR, BEHIND ST MARKS SCHOOL, NEAR MEERA BAGH AND SUNDER VIHAR, NEW DELHI. Mr Ashish Goel, Mrs Veena Goel and Mr Ramesh Goel are adding one more floor over and above the DDAs Original construction of three storied DDA flat at GH 5&7/80, Paschim Vihar. The local contractor Mr. Laksha while greasing the palms of DDA/MCD/Police officials, is hell bent upon adding the addtional floor over and above the legally three storied DDA flats LG of Delhi, CM of Delhi and the Police Commisioner of Delhi are requested to order stop this illigal constrction immediately. The foundations of the flats are such that it can withstand the already built flats of DDA over it. Thousands of tons of weight over the flats will bring down the entire building.

Unauthorised construction by way of adding one more floor over and above the DDA original construction on GH 5-7/80, Paschim Vihar, behind St Marks Public School, Near Meera Bagh, New Delhi, by Mr ASISH KUMAR, Mrs Veena Goel and Mr Ramesh Goel. Mr Laman, a contractor of the area is also greasing palms of Delhi Police, officials of DDA and MCD to add an addiitional floor over GH 5-7/80, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi

The premises of community center sec 13 rohini is being used illegally used by the tent house mafia of the local area without paying any attention to the laws as directed by the honorable court .
1.No alternative arrangement of parking.Creating chaos in the area.
2.No control of noise level of the music played which continues even after midnight.
3.No disposal of waste left after lavish functions.

The community center compound houses a library,has a mcd school attached to one side and a hospital to the other side .How does it make sense of allowing its usage as aa party venue even during the day without any ceiling to the decibels of music.


Is the venue usage as party lawn legal ????????????????????????????????????????
Who is the person responsible of renting it out on behalf of the M.C.D.??Why is the person ignorant of the common laws ???What actions is he liable to face regarding this complaint ???

I would like to draw your attention towards the illegal construction at Village Pochanpur, Delhi Abadi known as Harijan Basti, Pochanpur Ext, New Delhi. This is my humble request to please stop the illegal construction on the above address. As per Supreme Court orders construction on this property is not allowed, but few property dealers and builders are illegally constructing here without any proper authority and harassing other owners to sell there land to them.

Please take action against the people who are illegally constructing on this land.

This is to inform you that the sewer outside our houses is overglowing since one month but even after repeated complaints to local authorities, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewer keeps coming out of it and has made the whole gali in front of all smelling foul also smelling are comes to our houses .

There are sewer work done by Delhi jal Board, 2.5 year before, But street would not construct till now, although Jal Board allot 2.5 Cror Rs. to MCD Department near by 2 year before. About this concern we contact to DC of Narela,Counciller and MLA of our area, but any body could not give satisfactery answer.

Sub: This is the right time to stop this wrongful activity before it is too late.

I am a resident of Vikaspuri and have been living in New Delhi since 1980, last 30 years. I have seen lots o[censored]ps and down in Delhi and lots of turmoils as well as lots and lots of blame games which were played whenever something in the government machinery went wrong. Now it has come to my notice that after the passing of the Master Plan 2021 of Delhi, the Builders and the Government officials (maybe along with the involvement of how many senior persons I don’t know!!) have come up with a new method of making illegal plans into legal by using some tongue twisting words!!!!

Now all new drawings for construction have to have parking space in the drawing of new houses. Normally this has to be in the basements – this provision is good as well as required. But the builders make the parking on the ground floor – may be the cost of making a basement is high. Next the floor above that, which is actually the first floor is renamed as Ground Floor (or upper Ground floor) and then they make another three floors on top of that – First, Second and third (which actually are Second, Third and fourth floors). Thus these new houses are five stories high. And they claim that they are legal as the drawings for such constructions have been approved by MCD Officials.

Now, I have a very simple question for the Government officials and ministers, MPs MLAs and all senior officials in the Government Machinery --- How can you have a Ground Floor Eight or nine ft above the Ground level and at the level of the First Floor of the already existing house adjacent to the new construction??? Will some one please Clarify!!!!

If this is wrong, I, as a citizen of Delhi request you all in high posts to stop this wrongful activity immediately as it is in the very early stages in Vikaspuri, before it is too late and this colony also takes a look like old Rajender Nagar, where there is no height limit!!!! This would result in more water, sewer and power crises which, as it is has taken a major crises situation because of the extra floor in each new construction.

Another point I would like to bring to the notice of the Government officials is that all these five stories are being constructed in inner lanes of Vikaspuri on plots of 125 and 200 yards with a coverage of approx. 95 to 100 percent but they at least have parking on ground floor. But what about the houses on main roads. There the builders are making basement and Ground floor as commercial and three residential floors above with no parking facility for commercial and residential establishment. Thus causing huge traffic jams on the roads as every one has to use the main road as a parking lot!! Now who all are responsible for such critical situations after the passing of the Master Plan???
To strengthen my point I am providing some examples here of constructions already done and some constructions underway, also examples of commercial establishment.

One is No A-263, in Vikaspuri – on a 200 yds plot where there is parking on ground floor and four floors above that, the building is clearly visible from far off as it stands out much taller than the houses adjacent to it. It has already been occupied.

Next is a building under construction in the same area, No. A-356, Vikaspuri, in a plot area of 125 sq yards with full coverage, where four lanterns have already been made and pillars are being constructed for the fifth one. It also has ground as parking and four residential floors on top of that which will make it a five floor structure. There is a correction here – five lanterns have already been put and pillars on top of the fifth lantern are being erected which are visible from the front of the building, so is the builder preparing for the sixth floor –wheather half floor or full, it will be the sixth floor!!! I suppose that too would be legal??

Another new construction in front of the above building is A-333, Vikaspuri, in a plot area of 125 yards, with full coverage. Ground floor lantern has been put and plans are to construct another four floors on top of that. This too will be a five story building or may be six!!!

Now for commercial establishments – we have on the main Vikaspuri rd Bldg No A-39 Vikaspuri constructed on 250 yards plot and buildings adjacent on both sides which are under construction which have ground and basements as commercial and no facility either for commercial establishments or for residential floors on top. In the same line you can find another four or five new constructions underway with the same kind of plans of ground and basement for commercial use and no provision for parking, will someone kindly take note and take appropriate action!!
That road is already a bottleneck of traffic, what will happen after the whole road has these kinds of structures with no parking. The best method would be to stop it in the initial stages and provide for parking in the basements while it can be done, later the whole situation will get out of control of every one, and a new blame game will begin.

Will the Government please wake up and stop all these wrongful activities before it is too late? To strengthen my point further I have provided above some of the irregular constructions already done as well as those under construction with ground floor as parking plus four more floors on top of that and the commercial establishments made and under construction with no parking provisions on the main road causing traffic problems. If you require the full details your senior officials can visit local property dealers and they can give you full details of all new constructions in the locality as well as the asking rate for each floor.

Another thing I had heard was that one of the Ministers in the Government had said in the media that they were planning to deploy satellites to watch for and check illegal constructions. For this they were planning to spend carors of rupees!! If the Government is really serious about this (agar neeyat hai to) I have a very simple plan for this.

The Government can ask the beat constable of each locality to report such irregularities in his area and he would be rewarded Rs. 100/- for each irregularity reported. This may not work in the beginning – so after a week the Government can make another public announcement saying anyone can report this irregularity through an SMS and for every new irregularity reported the person would be rewarded Rs. 500/-. Now this reward, the Government need not give from its own treasury, instead, it can be deducted from the personal salaries of the officials (beat constables, civil engineers, MCD officials etc.) in charge of the area where the irregularity has been reported. And you shall see that within a month all the officers in charge of the area will start reporting the irregularities under their area – to save their own salaries. It is as simple as that. But as I have said earlier “niyat honi chahiye, kam to sab ho sakte hain” and you don’t have to deploy the satellites and spend thousands of carores on this project.!!!!

Now I will end this letter and request the concerned officials in MCD, the Govt and all responsible in these fields, to kindly check these illegal constructions and take strict actions against the concerned builder5s and officials responsible for such wrongful constructions and try to make the city really beautiful and livable. Pleeeeeeeeese someone take some action.

I belive your kind attention is definetly provide us a clean Living Area. There are small Childerns playing in the evening in the Gali, and every parent is worry about them, Please do something on this serious issue and Help Us. There are almost seven to eight houses with main enterance from the Service Lane.
