I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which Near St. Soldier Pre School Tilak Nagar - 110018 area a Mad Street Dog Bite on face of My Daughter. Sir, there are so many mad street dogs in this locality(Mahbir Nagar / Tilak Nagar / Old Mahabir Nagar) because of them its very difficult to take step out from our houses / Schools sepcially. when my daughter was came from school to home a mad dog bite silently on her face, Now i have face this problem and may be next time somebody else will face this problem, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim all the person who pass from them. so this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately Dog catcher team in this area so that we wil get rid of this problem soon.

I am resident of Prem Nagar colony, steet no. 19. There is blockage in the sewerage system on the road adjacent to my house from the last few months. Stinking dirty water is continuously overflowing from it and has covered the whole road. It is becoming impossible to commute from this street. Due to stagnant sewer on the road from long time there is foul smell in the whole area. Also, it is very unhygienic and may lead to spread of diseases in summers. Sir I kindly request you to look into this matter and take immediate action.

MCD — SEWAGE WATER OVERFLOWING IN HOMES

I am a resident of kamlaNagar new delhi 7, THE SEWAGE WATER HAS BEEN OVERFLOWING in my house.in this mcd colony .This has become everyday's situation now. The situation is getting worse day by day. Nobody is doing anything about this concern as the situation is very intense now. . The people who are living on the ground floor are finding it difficult to live in their homes, as their toilets and bathrooms are waterlogged and stinking day & night.The foul smell makes the environment of home difficult to even breath properly.

WE HAVE LODGED SO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS PROBLEM BUT NOBODY SEEMS TO REALIZE THEIR JOBS IN MCD. THEY ONLY GIVE EXCUSES EVERY TIME AND DO NOT FIND OUT ANY SOLUTION.

I am surprised that being a resident of Delhi, we have to face such problems which dont even occur in villages nowadays.

The Governing Authorities should understand that its high time and they must take some necessary action.

That I, as a peace loving resident of premises No. 1185/86, Kalan Mahal Daryaganj, New Delhi-110002, want to bring to your kind notice as under: That one Late Mr.Firoz Artist was the lawful owner of the premisess No. 1184 situated at Gali Hakim Naeem Beg, Kalan Mahal Daryaganj New Delhi 110002 and was living therein as my neibhour (next door to my premisess) with his family members comprising of 4 sons namely, Mr Taj, Mr.Khalid, Mr Tariq and Mr.Athar alias pappu and three daughters.

That the old structure of the above said premisess was comprised of ground floor and one small room at the roof of the quarter ground floor till date.

That the legal heirs and sons of Late Mr.Firoz Artist names above written have now demolished the old structure of the above said premisess to ground and are constructing multi-storied flats overthere with the sole aim of business and to sale them out, as all the four brothers i.e.the sons and legal heirs of Late Mr.Firoz Artist already have their own well built houses at Johari Farm in Jamia Nagar Okhla.

That it need not to mention that the construction of 5 storied building/flats by the above said sons of Late Mr.Firoz Artist with the collabration of one builder named Sharif Ahmed, at the above said premissess is without any sanction plan from the competent authorities and thus is llegal and unauthrised, but the construction work is in full swang without any hindrance and objection from any concerned authorities. That they have already erected and completed ground and three stories on the said premisess and now they have errected the 4th Floor (i.e.5th Floor) . which is a great risk to our lives living in adjacent building.

That prior to this so many times the same was brought to the notice of concerned authorities but it seems that the authorities are bent upon to help the above named persons to let them complete the illegal construction at the above said premisess.

That the owner/builder is openly saying that we have money and influence and we have distributed huge amount of bribe to the concerned authorities from Police MCD and the other concerned departments thus no one can dare to stop our construction work.

It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against the owner/builder to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

The sewage line in Pocket A, Sukhdev Vihar DDA Flats has been blocked for many months, now. The sewage line running from flat 93A to 132A is overflowing into people's houses. In Saket, due to some construction activities going around in M Block (opposite Marriott hotel, near Sanatam Dharam mandir) the rain water line has been blocked and now the sewage water is following through the rain water line. Due to dumping of the construction and other wastes the lines has been blocked and the water level in this line has risen at an alarming rate. Now it has become a dumping ground for all the wastes. A further cause of concern is that this line is not covered and is a major ground for mosquito breeding and possibly Dengue mosquitoes. Residents have complained several times but no action is being taken. Only some fine has been imposed on the builder and nothing beyond that. We suspect that there might be some corruption involved here. Incase this doesn’t get sorted out soon, then adverse actions will have to be taken against MCD.

we are the residents of Jangpura Road, Bhogal, New Delhi-14. The sewer line in front of our houses is blocked for 1 months and we have registered complaints many times and it has been recorded in the complaint register in the MCD office but no action has been taken in this matter till date. I am registering a complaint against proper execution of your new scheme in which MCD vans are moving all around area for collection of garbage.Its a great scheme initiated by you people of keeping our delhi clean...but nobody is there to have followup on the execution and feedback, as i am a resident of b-5, sec 4 rohini, initially van used to come daily or atleast 6 days in a week but now the positon is infact very bad and the Garbage Van's comes comes twice a week on asking them to whom we contact they are silent and give lame execuses.
Second problem is that those MCD driver didnt even stopped that MCD garbage collection van & keeping on moving even knowing the facts that this resident always dispose the gargbage through them.
Moreover, residents are now again moving to pvt garbage/rack pickers and dispose their garbage.
I think that it's a sheer wastage if the officials concerned just outsourced the job and sit without seeking followup/feedback from their employees or residents. How long it will continue.
Infact, i have 2 -3 suggestion for effective implementation of the scheme till grass root level
Garbage vans should have the complaint nos./toll free nos. name of contractor/MCD official concerned name & mobile no. of that area painted on the vans for raising their query/grievances
Ensure timings of the van+-30 mts, as they do not have any time for collection of garbage
Ensure that the van covered the complete area and did not skip any row
MCD should take feedback from residents on sampling basis about their services on monthly basis, and accordingly the payment shall be made to outsourced agency operating the van
Closely monitor and takes suggestion from residents for successful implementation of the scheme, and win residents delight infact have scheme like" MCD -Aap Ke Dwar"

mcd garbage collection vans — unavailability of garbage collection vans

i'm residenace of wz-204b, virender nagar, lane-4, new delhi-110058, here we are unable to have the facility of mcd garbage collection vans at our area. our neghbourhood lanes are having such failities for having such vans but they are not coming in our lane. pls. help by giving us such facility. thanks

there is a vacant space on 70 foot road infront of amrawati polyclinic i, e side by my house, people use to throw there garbage on that vacant space MCD is snot taking any action nor collecting garbage, some mcd worker also use to collect garbage from different areas and throw that garbage on that vacant space.

They have no authority to cover the road by unauthorised construction due to this someone face the problem of parking also, and if one person can do this than anyone can do this. mcd have to take strictly action for the same property.

Subject: Bad road condition in Mayur Vihar Phase II main road.

Sir,

It is to inform you that for the past 6 months or so the conditon of road near Mayur Vihar Phase II (Road facing Radha Swami Satsang Vyas Phase-II, Sarvodaya School Phase II/East Vinod Nagar, Pocket 'C' Bus Stand area and Road facing Bimla Devi Hospital has been damaged. It is suprising to notice that authority concern is turning a blind eye to the conditon of Bad road to the very inconvenince of the commuters.
A good quality patch work to the entire stretch mentioned above is required. Vehicles running over it lose their balance on that stretch. Some civil work was done under the Main road facing Bimla Devi hospital and near Pocket C on the left side of the road going towards Neelam Mata Vaishno mandir from Pocket C Bus Stand.

The authority concerned is requested to please get the work done immediately failing which it will be brought to the notice of higher authority.

In Rohini, Delhi almost all corner new buildings (two/threes side buildings constructed by builders) are slanted from 10-15 degrees. Buyers may kindly check the slanting status of each building before they invest in any property at Rohini, especially in Rohini Sector 24.
