We would like to bring this to your kind notice that one 1 stray dogs is there at my building stairs. Due to these dogs, the residents are facing reguar problems and dog has bitten of Nos of childern leg.

We request the MCD to kindly take necessary action immediately and send the Dog squad to avoid this problem. Early response in this regard will be highly soliciated

I have complained about sewage water logging in Mahendru Enclave service lane of gurudawara next to Chattarsal stadium the complaint is still not looked into can anyone help

I am residing in 3327, D-3, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070. Here people are indulging in feeding the monkeys and stray dogs. one lady named Sonia Ghosh, every day she is calling all the monkeys and stray dogs and giving food openly.I am a working lady having a kid of 10 years. once a dog has beaten him also who was laying in our stairs.So i cant keep him alone. More over I am heart patient having a by pass surgery. Once 3 monkeys came to me at a time and was showing their teeth. I was so scared. I put on the bells of my neighbours . But nobody has openned the doors. I hope this monkeys should be ruled out from the colony because we paid the huge money for buying the flat in a posh colony not in a jungle.

Sir, I hereby, inform u, we are staying in Raja puri,uttam nagar near tayal jewellers gali no 16. now i want to go inform about our problam and your correpted mcd sweepers in your local area, we are facing a problam your MCD sweeper who charges to us and your local area peoples 50 rupees, for cleaning the nali's they all are the emplyoee of MCD but since for the one year they not doing his job thy all are coming in our area RAJA PURI, but not doing work and when we said to them he'll want 50 rupees for each and every home. they are just making money behind the name of MCD. I requested to u please you should take some action right now. for the better life of delhi public. PLEASE HELP US. Yours Faith fully

Reminder to my earlier complaint to the authority, no action has beeN taken by the concerned authority.On one side Delhi is preparing for C.W.G and on the other side guests & visitor will see the dirty side of our capital, no cleaning and removing of garbage ,bad smell, hub of mosquitoes ,every chances of spreading dengue etc. to the residents of C-block New Rajender Nagar New Delhi-110060

This is to inform you that the street sweeper in my locality is not regular. Drains becomes overflow due to choking which is casing due to garbage. When people complaint about it, she used very bad language & some time abuse the neighbour people also. She is taking from 50Rs each month for every home but from the peoples who are complaining due to her bad behaviour, she asked 100Rs for every month & who are denying for this she is...

(4) I have submitted all the relevant documents / details vide application no. 212642 on 01.09.2010, during submission Mr. Vinay Kumar (document collector) have told me that there is some spelling mistake in my name as well as my wife name kindly approve the same from the sub-registrar, I have shown all the document including affidavit to sub-registrar and he make those documents ok and mention also remark there to kindly correct the same as per record.

Later on they have rejected my application.

Sir, I would like to state that there is punching error either on MCD or GTB Dilshad Garden, Delhi and also submitted the affidavit. Then why my application is rejected, I could not understand.

Dear Sir /Madam

I am residing in City Apartments , Vasundhara Enclave opposite Starex International School ,our area is surrounded by the Garbage and it look filthy and it gives bad odour and which pollute environment.As in that particular area,we have School which i hav already mentioned ,Hospital(Manav Ashray),Temple,Eating Outlet(Dominos),Mother Diary and many Societies.
As these dump or garbage can be a issue of Dengue or any contagious disease which is not at all good for our health and others.
See here am not blaming anyone but want some action against this issue.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and help us in keeping our city clean.
My request to you is to dispose the garbage(completly) and allot some proper dustbin to dump all the garbage and garbage van which come on time to time basis for disposal of garbage.

I belive,our problem will get resolved to the earliest.

Sir,
We are living in E-3/45, Sector-7, Rohini, Delhi and nearby there is a garbage room in which garbage are dumped and it spreads here and there and making it impossible to move in that area. It gives foul smell throughout the day and mosquito breeds in abundance.We are living like in a hell. Would request to look into the matter and try to remove this garbage room immediately.

Stray Dogs menace

We would like to bring this to your kind notice that approximately 15 stray dogs are there in our compound. Due to these dogs, the residents are facing regular problems. Recently, one of the dog has who has turned Mad. These dogs bark on anybody and there were cases in the past that they have bitten children in the society.

We request the MCD to kindly take necessary action immediately and send the Dog squad to avoid this problem.

Sub:- Sweeping not done properly on grular basis.
Dear Sir,
Swpeeping in our Press Lane, in front of Govt of India Press Welfare Club,Minto Road,m New Delhi -2 is not done properly on regular basis.If the employeeis on leave then the concerned MCD officials i.e.Sh.SPJain(SI) and Sh.Puran Chand(ASI) have to approach for sending a person for sweeping. There is no supervision at all. The supervisor is hardly seen in the lane. Will the higher MCD authories look into it.

There are three public parksin Sector 10 Dwarka, near Golak Dham Ashram. One park is well maintained because it houses some office of MCD. Other two parks, opposite Coffee Cafe are totally abandoned. During last three days, it was found that iron railing is missing from the park. It has been stolen. And this theft can not happen without the knowledge of field staff. I am sure that the balance iron railing will also be stolen if immediate action is not taken by MCD staff.
Secondly, this area, right from Golak Dham lane upto Elephantine crossing from one side and Venkatenshwar School on other is not being cleaned for last over one month. Lot of muck and rubbish has accummulated on roads giving entire area a filthy and unbearable stench. Will someone look into it.

I would like to informed you that one unknown person has started car repairing workshop illegally in residential area. I am staying in subhash nagar where one guy who has started car repairing workshop with the help of another shopkeeper with the name of HARMILAP COMMUNICATION AND PROPERTIES. 4/65 Subhash nagar New Delhi.-27(under Rajouri Garden Police Station Area). Harmilap properties is having shop in same area. he is getting monthly fixed amount from the car mechanic for doing the business in vacnt land in front of his shop. car mechanic has occupied vacant land in front of all the shops where he has parked his is Maruti Esteem DL3CK9771 which he is using for keeping its tools. every day so many car comes for repairing which causes parking problem as well as traffic jam. In evng timing mechanics and his friends circle is doing drinking and loudly ambushing to every one which causes females are not going out because of security reason. So many time even we ask to retailer to close the repairing workshop in vacant land but he is not ready to listen to any one in the colony.
Request you to kindly help into solve the problem and take action against him. We will be highly obliged to your dept. waiting for your reply and action on it.

it is hereby intimated that the jungle area of delhi university adjacent to sfs flats and indira vihar is full of water( logging) up to one meter height and there is no way for draining and evacuation from the last 10 days which leads to dengue menace. In this connection i have already reported to president, RWA SFS but no solution till date has been taken. therefore you are requested to take immediate action for draining the logged water so that dengue menace may be stopped immediately otherwise situation will be out of control.

4 DAYS BACK SOME HAS CUT DOWN THE ROAD IN GANAESH NAGAR EXT II (SHAKARPUR),DELHI-110092, NEAR PRAKASH PROPERTIES-BABA ASSOCIATES.
Due to this cut ,it is not possible to cross the road through four wheeler.Everyone who is residing in that locality(specially Road no 5,6,around spring field school)is compelled to park their vehicle inside their streets only because that was the only way to come outside from the area.
So this is humble request to MCD/Govt. authorities to do the needful as soon as possible.

This is covney that I filed complaint at MCD phone # [protected] regarding 10 to 15 dogs in our Street as they not only dangerous to people. They have biting the children and passerby regularly but MCD has never responded for over 1 Year now. This has been very frustrating and pathetic. MCD should be dissolved!

Sub:- Delay in issuing Birth certificate and need serious attention for M.C.D. Shahdra (South) Zone, Karkardooma,
New Delhi

Respected Sir,

I have requested for the birth certificate for my brother and sister on 18th August 2010 with a SDM permission Letter at M.C.D. Shahdra (South) Zone, Karkardooma Delhi. I have visited many time MCD office and today after 1 Month 6 days for collecting birth certificate but got very surprised to hear that there is no record found in system(CBS/Net) after one month and got excused from MCD deptt. that there was some net problem from last one month.

I have told by them I can complaint anywhere and the birth certificate will issue after one more month ( Means 2-3 month after applied). I am feeling very bad for MCD work culture as I was treated very rudely by MCD staff and not able to get the birth certificate after one month of applying.

As I have seen MCD staff are more interested to work with Agents ( Daalal) who are openly roaming in MCD staff room and MCD staffs are not dealing properly with general people. Most of the people are waiting their birth and death certificate from last couple of months but not getting proper details from MCD staff.

I have submitted a written complaints for today incident to Dy. Health Officer & Registrar (B&D) Karkardooma delhi and waiting his reply on this.

Here I would like to address this issue in your knowledge if you can help Delhi citizens for this type of harassment by MCD staff.

There are many mosquetos of dengue near house no.61 pocket-7 sector 22 rohini. There are two parks full of water and mosquitoes of dengue.No one came even once to spray medicine. I request you to please take action immediately.

No action on earlier complaint dated 13th September,2010- Shalimar Bagh
Following mail/complaint was made by me on 13th september 2010. But till date no convincing action.
MCD has put some grills but still left the gap thro which any person / animal can pass thro. Moreover, now with the scarce space in between, pedestrain hv to wait for their turn to cross the road & leading to cluster of people standing in between the road median
Cycle rickshaws also not removed
MCD garbage bin is still there
All above lead to chaos & resulting people to cross the road thro median & thro the fast moving traffic & literally no use of the pedestrain over bridge.
Moreover, with the Govt school very near to the site & u won't be surprised finding small kids ( 10years & more ) putting their lives on risk.
Is corporation sleeping !!
Don't they see it & take corrective step even after I put it on 13th September,2010
Can we expect any action

Foot Overbridge at Prem Bari Pul, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi-110088
In the recent past u hv made a foot overbridge at Prem Bari Pul near Shalimar Bagh, Delhi-110088. Previously for pedestrian there was a red light on the ring road.
& to enable pedestrian to cross the road, the iron grill was removed from the median. But even after the foot overbridge is ready/operational but still the people cross the road thro median as the iron bar is not placed again to restrict the pedestrians.
But corporation has definitely make the red light inoperational resulting in an accident threat to pedestrian as well as the vehicle owners.
Now what the corporation needs to do is
1. Close the median by putting iron grills and remove all gaps so that pedestrain don't get the place to cross the road thro median
2. Remove the obstacles ( cycle rickshaws parked by jhuggi dwellers on footpath on shalimar bagh side & also to remove the big dustbin put by MCD )

I am residing in RP block maurya enclave, pitampura, delhi -110034. The Gutters are overflowing here, due to which all the gutter water is pushed back from gutter to our home sewage system. Please look into this as this is causing hygiene issues at home and it can create health problems.
