I have booked MCD Ramleela Park (D Block) Pandav Nagar for marriage function on 30.11.2008 of my son by depoditing security deposit of Rs 3500/- alongwith other charges with MCD (Hort.Deptt) Karkardoma. After a lapse of 1 and half year the security deposit of Rs. 3500/- has not yet been refunded to me despite repeated follow up. Kidly look into the matter and instruct the concerned Deptt. for early refund of the money without further delay and oblige.

Another resident Mr. Kamal Kishore Vats resident of 10/16, Yogmaya Temple Mehrauli has constructed a unauthorized construction three months back and covered a big part of road and just because of that road became so narrow that it is difficult to take our light motor vehicles to our residence and just because of this illegal construction our road is always jammed ,not only he covered the road but made a extra large balcony which is blocking the road and nearby residents are suffering because of this unauthorized construction.

I m from Shakarpur, Delhi. my address is G-53A, Aruna Park, Shakarpur, New Delhi 110092. The sewer in front of my house is overflowing since approx. 1 year. after many complaints no. 92 dt. 21/05/2010, 415 dt. 06/07/2010, 457 dt. 13/07/2010, 647 dt. 07/08/2010, 49 dt. 23/09/2010. no body is listning from the department. there is a park and a primery school around the sewer. so many problems are going on and nobody is replying seriously from the department. I know that complaining on this site is completely USELESS but still I just thought that i will push my luck once more,
This is to inform the concerned (hopefully) authorities that the sewer line in DARIBA KALAN , CHANDNI CHOWK , DELHI-6, is LEAKING since at least 1 month and the reason is that the So CALLED CONCERNED sweepers are in the habbit of blocking the outlet pipe of the sewer line since the excreta "sometimes" contains some precious things thrown away accidentally by the users,
Even After repeated complaints to the MCD officials ,via phonecalls, The problem still persists.
I hope after reading this at least someone will Understand how it feels to sit in front of a pot smelling terribly right in the middle of the road and on top of that , the whole thiing is Blocking the entrance of your showroom.
I just hope that at least someone will take the pains and do the needfull.

We residents of Durga Park, Nasirpur Road, New Delhi - 110045 facing the problem of choking of Sewerage Lie from last one month and fromlast one week the darined water is leaking through the Main Holes covers .

Despite of complaints to Councilor and the concerned authorities no action has been taken as of now.

Walking on the streeet is impossible and thus leading to bad and foul smell across all houses.

Hi,

In our local area one Park is located adjoining 20-21 Block, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi. The name is appear on the gate of Park is Park No.6, Ward No. 95, & the name of Mali is Hira Lal.

But we have never seen the said Mali . There is no Delhi Government/MCD personal, who care and clean this Park and there is no arrangement for water for trees. In present when the trees are very assential to the human lives, there is not any care from Delhi govt./MCD. It is very shameful to us. We are ready to lookafter the said park, if govt. provides to proeprty water and one Mali or Safai Wala in the said Park.


Further submission is that after the sewage work, the Flaps of the Sewer are not in the level of Road, it is more in the hight of Road Lever and it could be major accident or injury to any person or vehicle. After the maintenance work by MCD there are some hole in Road nearby 20/6 West Patel Nagar. Pl. check and do the needful.

Further the many residents of block 20 west Patel Nagar, House NOs. 1-40, are wasting the water in early morning at about 06.00-7.00 am., which spreads on road. The govt. running many advertisements through media to stop the wastage of water, but it seems all the exercise is waste. Please cheak between 06.00a.m. to 7.00a.m. and peanlized them with heavy cost.

Jal Board, M.C.D. — Choked Sewer Lines

Our Sewer Lines are always choked thanks to the innumerable hotels and restaurants running in our area that have thrown all rules and regulations into the air.
They function without installing the mandatory “Sewer Trap” resulting in clogging of the main line by such items as small broken steel plates, plastic bottles, spoons, polythenes, uncut vegetables, etc.
They show no remorse to their wrong doings as they know they cannot be penalized for this.
I fail to understand why no mechanism is present to penalize such people who make the lives of other citizens a living hell.
As a result of such continuous unchecked clogging, a river of “Slush and Muck” continuously flows in our back lanes making our lives miserable.
1.) Besides making our lives miserable they are directly involved in playing with our lives by unleashing the sources of contamination and diseases unthought-of.
2.) They are directly responsible for causing of contamination of our potable water that will cause several diseases many of which are fatal to human lives.
3.) They are directly responsible for causing the breeding of dangerous diseases like dengue, etc.
4.) They are directly responsible for causing seepage of sewage water into the foundations of our 50 year old buildings that will eventually cause the weakening of its foundations resulting in the collapse and fall of such buildings
I am really feeling very sorry for a functioning government that feels so helpless in this matter as they
virtually cannot do anything to contain this menace or penalize the perpetrators.

in our village there is not appropriate sewage system.roads get flooded with water during morning.all sewage pipes had been blocked and nobody cleans them. mcd employees donot pay attention to them . they only come in morning for attendance and then go back to their homes.

The sewer line falling behind my house has been blocked due to rain and water of blocked sewer is entering in the house, I lodged complaint with the concerned department to Mr Deepak his no is [protected] i had called him regarding the blockage of sewer water and water logging atleast 5 to 6 times he said its not our department please call to to Mr Chetan he is JE his no is [protected] i called him on thursday morning dated 26/9/12 he said it will be done tomorrow but know one take charge on that note, again i had called him on saturday he said your complaint is not logged please give me your compalaint again and again no action, i called him on sunday he told that to day is holiday so cant help.Sir please tell me if we are in trouble so who can take charge on that we are feeling helpless about it, as you know water leads to various diseases like dengue, malaria etc. Now the situation is so bad that sewer water has filled up in our room, bathroom and kitchen. Im a resident of Prem nagar market, near Lodhi Colony. There are a serious problem of the sewers system and numerous pits. Even the slightest of rain make things miserable for the people living there. More than a colony it becomes a lake with water entering houses and cars making our lives absolutly at a stand still. The numbers of dogs, monkeys in our colony have been increasing and are creating a nuisance. No one take a step against these problems.

This is to inform you that the sewer outside my building is Blocked & Over flowing since last 2-3 months. Even after a repeated number of complaints to local authorities & MCD Office, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewerage keeps coming out of it and has made the whole premises inside my building & on the road outside of my building very smelling foul. The problem of water not being disposed out correctly can also give rise to some disease. Due to this sewer problem my toilets are also not working properly.

Whenever I go to ask about the matter, the persons on duty give me baseless excuses that they have tried to clear the blockage but in vain, we have to bring some machine to clear up the same. I just can't understand what to do. They were completely not concerned about my helplessness of not able to use the toilet at all. What I am supposed to do?

Now Sir/Mam, disappointed from all the sides and being very badly stuck in this problem, I have come to you. Please help me out of this situation and take necessary action to correct this line permanently so that it should not cause problems every 2-3 months. I'll be really very thankful to you for your great & kind support.

This is to bring to your attention that a floor is being constructed at E-4/114 sector 16 Rohini at full swing. It is presumed that the requisite permission must have been obtained from the concerned authorities. It is being constructed with permission since no action has been taken.
This is to inform you that due to the additional floor in the above mentioned building, the whole of the building seems to have taken a DANGER shape which may harm anyone.
You are hereby requested to look into the matter and ensure that the floor is being constructed as per bylaws of the construction, keeping in view the safety measures.

MCD — Bad Road and Location of Garbage Point

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am staying in the Katwaria Sarai area in South Delhi. I would like to bring your attention to the following problem. There is a road opposite Sanskrit Vidyapith to Katwaria Sarai. There are DDA flats adjoining that road also. The first problem is at the entry point. As soon as u enter the area in that road, you will find a GARBAGE POINT (all the garbages in the area are thrown here) which smells very ugly and makes like very difficult to move in that side. I understand that Garbage point might have been constructed at a time when very few people would have moved by that side. But the situation is very different now. So, I request the authority to kindly consider moving the garbage point to some other place. The 2nd problem is the road itself. The road looks to be made up of sands and clays. I heard that the original Pucca road has been covered up by sands and clay but regular and timely repair can give us a good road free from clays (not to mention the pathetic situation in the rainy season). Kindly look at the concerned road also so that people can enjoy a good quality life in the Capital City of India. Hope you will listen to our problem. Thanking you in advance. Regards, Sanjib

I AM RESIDENCE OF ROSHNARA BUILDING, SHAKTI NAGAR DELHI-110007, SINCE LAST ONE YEAR THE ROAD AND DRAIN PIPES WERE DAMAGED.THE COMPLAINT WAS LOGGED IN JE OFFICE SHAKTI NAGAR OFTENLY, BUT THERE WAS NO ACTION TAKEN .SO I REQUEST TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER PERSONALY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE ABOVE SAID MATTER.
