I, CHANDAN, on behalf of residents of Block - P3/380 SULTAN PURI New Delhi - 110086 would like to draw your kind attention towards UNAUTHORISED HINGE OF PARK touched to krishna vihar near police station sultan puri. mr. Brij R/o p3/411-412 have unauthorised hinge of above mentioned park and fostering buffalows there coz of them there always remain smell of bufallow dung.they stop children to go inside park to play.

Now its becomes totally use less for us to go to the MCD concerned area office and file an application to clean the park.This non-clearance of park problem causing various health hazards to our colony residents.

We request u to please look into matter and give appropriate instructions to solve issue.

You are the only last resort for us to get rid of this severe problem.

I am the resident of D-64 Street No 2, Lakshmi Nagar, Delhi 110 092 (Behind Shipra Hotel). In our lane, construction work of multi-storeyed building of about 5 floors (including ground for parking) is being carried out by builder M/s Durga Properties. They have not yet taken any permission either from MCD or BSES or Delhi Fire Service for the above construction site.

There is an electrical pole encroaching in the building. Any mishappening may cause damage to labourers or the life of the people living there. He has not left any portion even for the balcony. Because of this, the street has become very conjusted and there is no space for parking any vehicle of other residents residing in the street. If any mishappening or any natural calamity occur, even there is no provision for entering the rescue team to the site. This needs serious attention of MCD Authorities and request you to take immediate action.

This request is being made on behalf of other residents and on my own behalf and oblige to take immediate action at your end.

I am resident of A-102 ashok vihar phase III delhi 52 behind L B College. I request you to chop up
the two trees that are just standing outside of my main gate. The trees endangerously coverd my
balcony and front wall. When wind blows at some pace there branches fell on in our varanda or
court yard this is dangerous there may be some person at the same time can get injured by the
fall of branches. One tree...

This is to notify you that there are shops that are budding up in residential area of Sector 16 Rohini. These are variety of shops, like Provision stores, eateries, car repair shops etc., and all this on DDA allocated plots for the purpose of residence. How come and on what basis is MCD permitting these people to operate their shops in a residential colony? A point to be noted is that the DDA Shopping center in the said area is having nearly NIL occupancy and all because of these budding shops in residential area.

Right now the problem is still in somewhat nascent stage and can be taken care of rather easily as compared to future when Rohini sector 16 residential area would be having shops all around. As an example the road along the C-2 Block of the said area used to have only one shop in residential plots, however now there are more than 15 shops on that road, and if this is not checked now, in about coming year or two, there would be no residence on the ground floor in nearly the whole of area. Surprisingly, it is in an DDA governed area, the same DDA which is playing playing key roles in blueprints of Masterplans, whereas are failing to fulfil their basic duties. Just a thought, are MCD/DDA inspectors not keeping an eye at all at this or are having their eyes blinded by bribes which they are drawing out of these so called shop-owners. The consequences of this will be that again some time there will be a sealing drive which will fail so miserably, just because of the fact that the population of these shop-owners is going to be so huge. Seems like, the whole machinery is hand in glove with these people.

am living in DDA flats in AC block Shalimar Bagh and feeling unsafe everyday because of the dogs getting dangerous day by day and the no. are increasing daily .These dogs have bitten sevral residents of the colony.

Kindly please take necessary steps as early as possible to remove these dogs from the colony and i will be very grateful for the cause.

The Municipal Corporation of Delhi had provided Plastic Dustbins in Dwarka but due to Continuous use most of this dusbins have been damaged and removed by the MCD and no replacement has been provided. Therefore all the garbage of the co-operative societies is lying in the service road, which is very hazardous. We have approached Sanitary Office of the MCD repeatedly but they have not replied as well as not provided the dustbins.

We request you to kindly instructed the MCD authorities to provided dustbins immediately in Dwarka in Sector-6, Plot-9.

Dear Sir,

We are living in various Buildings/Portions in the Building Built in B-5 Block, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063.

The roads of the said block have been illegally occupied by extending the plot area by fencing the parking space and/or constructing pucca floor for personal use.

The extension of space in front of the plot has resulted in covering the drains thereby causing inconvenience at the time of problem of drainage in any of the area.

The example of one such extension can be seen in B-5/137, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063 wherein the owner has not only occupied the extra space by mounting grills and have also constructed the cemented floor on the MCD area. The houses in whole line from 130 to 140 have done so thereby restricting the space of moving for vehicles and/or pedestrians and also illegaly occupying the MCD land and creating problem for parking of vehicles.

The matter was earlier also reported but no action has been taken against the same. The occupants plant trees/plants to avoid the removal of encroachment and afterwards cut the trees also, for example as visible in B-5/137, Ground Floor, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.

I hereby request you to take an immediate legal action and remove the encroachments at the earliest to avoid the further misuse of MCD land.

REGARDING ; - CHOCKED SEWER LINE

Dear sir,

I am a resident of K-9, Aruna Nagar, Majnu Ka Tilla, Civil Lines,Delhi (Civil Line Zone} and would like to draw your kind attention to the Badly Chocked Sewer line in my block. The condition of
the chocked sewer line was brought to the knowledge of the Junior Engineer several time but all in vain, so far no action has been taken. Everytime, whenever I visited to their office for lodging a complaint a very casual/simple answer that a Special Mechine will arrive to solve the problem, I fail to understand when the mechine will come and get relife from the chocked sewer line, which in now overflowing, spreading foul smel, breading insects . It is afarid that due this a lol of epidemic can take place . sir waise tau kehte hain ki diwali khushiyon or safai ka parv hai, par yadi kisi ke dawaje par sewer ka ganda sada hua pani nikal raha ho tau wo diwali kaise manaega.
hamare yahan tau apke department ka koi bhi admi kuch bhi sunta nahin hai.
main pichle 1 month se iski complaint unse kar raha hoon woh kabhi bhi sunte nahin hai. aur na hi unhone koi register bana rakkha hai. jisme koi complaint likhi jaye. aap is matter ko jald se jald dekhenge tau apko maloom hoga ke hum kis gundgi main rah rahe hain.

I hereby request, kindly to look into the matter and direct to the concerned
Department to take immediate action to resolve the problem without any further delay.

maine teen baar chief minister ko bi email di hai lekin koi sunvai nahi hui
82 ke asiad ke 22 saal baad bi hum is kabil nahi hain ki comman wealth games sahi dhang se karva sake aur china se mukabala karne ke sooch rahe hai

i m a resident of sec-14 rohini, there has been unauthorized occupancy of 10-15 street hawkers on the road beteen Ambika and Maheshwari apartments, because of which the road gets blocked due to space oocupied by the hawkers and people parking their cars in front of them for buying fruits and vegtable from these hawkers..
to add to that these people get to know in advance when would the MCD people come for the inspection, so they dont come that day, they have made permanent stalls using stones and tents. it has made using this road very unsafe and hard to use.

when i tried to withdraw Rs 4000 from my a/c [protected] on 2nd August around 2.00 pm from the Punjab National Bank ATM Rajori Garden at the time atm machine not work properly so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm .
but when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.

sir i have already given the complain to the sbi Rajouri Garden but till now no any reply come not the money .

This is to inform you that sewer outside of my house is overflowing since 2-3 weeks but even after repeated complaints to local authorities (through my neighbour) there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewer keeps coming out of it and has made the whole road in front of my house smelling. Please take action immedietaly . Thanks. Dear sir/Madam,

We are residents of BE Block Hari Nagar, New Delhi- 110064. We want to bring your kind attention towards the illegal construction being carried on the land which was a park a few years ago.For the past 4-5 years and now also there is illegal construction beingcarried out by land mafia and builders on the government land which was a park.These people have made forged papers of govt. land , while in govt. records, this land is part of green belt park.These people have illegallay captuted half of the park and created a new street called " 8 no. gali " and made buildings over it. Playground of the children has already been swallowed by these people.

Few years ago, government agencies took half-hearted action against these illegal buildings and only demolished 10-12 bricks of these buildings to show the demolition in their files only. 1 month after this action, these people recaptured more area and completely swallowed the park with no one to take any action on them as these people have been bribing the government officials and police for closing the complaints.
Inspite of so many complaints against them,no action has been taken so far.These people are politically connected to a local BJP MLA - Harsharan singh Balli. Residents who oppose these people are threatened and beaten-up.
We request you to please restore the government park and take stern action against these illegal buildings.

This complaint had been registered by myself online on 16/09/2009, but since than this is still pending.
I do not know why MCD is not responding?

I am a resident of 25 Block, Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi. We have not been getting any water supply for the past three days. We have no water at all, we have been buying water for drinking and for the daily usage. Kindly look into the matter and get the water supply back into place asap.

Mr. Sharma, resident of F- 462 Sarita Vihar , South Delhi, 110076 (ground floor) has illegaly encroached upon the space behind his flat. Citing the reason of getting everything clean, he moved the water tanks and motors to a differnt position (almost near a choked drain) and has blocked the entire space between his house's back wall and the tanks by iron fence. This is causing too much inconvinience to all other residents and is an open violation of laws. The work of shifting the motors and the tanks has not been done as promised before. Therefore we want that the encroachment should be removed immediately.

This is to inform you that the sewer outside my house is overflowing since 3-4 Weeks but even after repeated complaints to local authorities, there has been no action taken to correct it.
