there so many problems in our reagion new kardampuri st-2. there are poor drainage system. streats are spoiled by waste materials, dogs are there to bite the people out there.please sir/mam kindly solve our problems sot that our living in such a place become possible.

I, resident of C- 58, North Chajjupur (IndiraNikaten) ward no 90, North east Delhi have been facing this problem since Dipawali. The drain is completely clogged and in peak hours water flows on road in front of my house which produce dirty smell, mosquitoes and other insects.Every now and then the mcd personnel come to check water coolers and water tanks and even imposing fines but no attention is being paid to blocked drains.

Kindly look into the matter.

Hello All,

This is to bring to your notice that the drain in front of the MIG flats 38 and 37 shiekh sarai phase -1 new delhi, has stagnant water .So as a resident of the flat 38-c, I request you get the drains cleaned .

This would prevent the mosquitoes germinating in the stagnant dirty waste water and would prevent the diseses spread by the mosqueto bites.

A need full action is expected from your end to ge the drain cleaned as soon as possible .

Please let me know if this is not the correct forum for the complaint.

So, please do permanent work for it. Not a temporary rectification.
Have higher priority and urgent action.

MCD — Bad and Potholes roads in Safdarjung Enclave,A block

Hello Sir

I am a resident of A block Safdarjung enclave. In our area mostly all the roads are damaged very badly and i had been complaining to so many authorities but nobody has taken any action for this.

I am specifically mentioning the roads near A block market and Near Ashlok hospital.

Kindly do some Urgent action in out locality because its been so many years a road has been repaired here.

Leaving too much water on colony road Of Rajpur Khurd Extention Colony, Chatterpur Road, New Delhi 110068
We have been requesting our neighbour not to leave excess water through rainwater it keeps the road wet all through and give chance for Dendue mosquitoes to breed as well as spoil the Tar Road which has already started to break and 3-big pot holes are already visible at the moment.

Irony is that this building in our neighbour RAJPUR KHURD EXTENTION COLONY( Near Jain STD) has been converted in to Houses and at present there are 50-families living in various Houses which was originally having only one-small family living there till 2010.


Hope appropriate actions will be taken by the concerned authorities in order to maintain the surroundings of our colony

I wish to draw your kind attention to the commercialization in the same plot we live in

There is a shop in the same plot we live in, by the name of Mittal Hardware and Saintary Pipes. Their business is on a very large scale. The major area is occupied by him that is 350 acres of land for this shop.
From the shop’s outside appearance it seems as if it is in 20 acres of land as he has wall in between. He keeps his material both in A-6 shankar Garden(340 acres of land) and B-2 Shankar Garden N.D-18(440 acres of land). These two plots are almost next to each other as the only plot in between is B-1 Shankar Garden. According to the customer requirement the material is fetched from A-6 and B-2 Shankar Garden.
On top of it he occupies half the road with his material in the day time

He has an army of frontmen, helper and workers. He sends few of his labour like plumber or for severage cleaning to people places to work. He has kept his labour, workmen & helper on the road to do all kind of jobs that is in front of our house. They work, loiter, eat on the road. They throw their tea cups in front of our gate. His labour even drink at night almost daily and start abusing at night.

Every second day at night heavy loaded truck come. They park them in front of our house and start throwing the steel pipes from a good height for hours and hours which creates a lot of noise and disturbance for us. All these pipes are kept outside his shop that is on road. In the daytime, all his customer as well as his men keep parking their vehicles. If I ask the owner of the shop to keep his men and customer at his entry rather than our entry or gate. He says parking would be done on your gate if you utter a word I would put you in one these cars(words said by Prem Mittal). I was been beaten by them for this reason for half an hour by Ishwar Dyal Mittal’s son and the police didn’t initial loudge an FIR later on, we approached someone they filed the compliant and the police forced us to compromise by all means, instead of taking any decision.

Infact this plot A-6 Shankar Garden doesn’t even belong to Mittal. The plot belong to my parent and his three brother. Out of the four sibling one brother had sold the plot without the consent or signature of other three. We fought in the court for 18 years even after that court didn’t take any decision they made us compromise. We have our share my parent other sibling don’t their share. They torture us in every way possible to make us vacate. How can plot belonging to four sibling be sold by one and the court instead taking a decision ask to compromise. Well this India, this law and order our country can maintain. That why we would continue to have people and instance like Satyam’s.

In brief, Mittal having their shop in the same plot we live in are destroying our peaceful living day and night by commercializing in the residential area. Their shop runs from morning 8am to 10pm at night. They don’t close their shop even once a week. Twice they had got a notice for their shop being sealed but by just bribing they got scot free. They don’t pay their income tax properly in fact they hide all the amount they earn and use it for bribing police and other judical people etc.. whosoever is of some help to him.

I feel something immediately needs to be done to check this mence. Accordingly I would request to kindly intervene and get commercialization of this premise stopped.

Delhi Metro/ Gammon India ltd — Encroachment and unauthorised occupation and demolition of built-up private property – A-17 Kailash Colony New Delhi 48.

The facts of the matter are as under:
1. The property notified under section 4 vide notification no.F9(83)/L&B/LA/MRTS(S)/14616 dt 17.1.2008 is A- 17 East of Kailash New Delhi.
2. The property notified under section 6 vide notification no. F9(83)/L&B/LA/MRTS{S)/17135 dt 11.3.2008 is a-17 East of Kaiiash New Delhi.
3. No notice under section 9(1) of Land Acquistion Act, 1894 was ever issued/ served in respect of captioned private property as the said property was never subject matter of any acquisition proceedings.
4. On 23.4.2008 the owner personally met the ADM/LAC(S) to seek a copy of the S9 notice in respect of above notifications but was denied a copy of the same. Barely 3 days later on 26.4.2008 t officers of Delhi Metro and Gammon India obtained forcibe entry and carried out demolition of built-up private property not notified for acquistion as per law.
5. On 26.4.2008 itself two police complaints were lodged followed by another complaint dt 30.4.2008.
6. Subsequently owners made representations to various govt. autorities. The office of the Hon’be CM of Delhi lent positive support and issued orders to help the senior citizen.
7. Order No dt 6.6.2008 issued by office of CM of Delhi to ADM Revenue clearly stated that property No A-17 Kailash Colony had been wrongly taken over. Copy attached).
8. GNCTD issued a corrigendum dt 28.8.2008. This is a public admission of the above facts. We have challenged the legality of said corrigendum by way of writ No. 7417 of 2008. The matter was heard, notice issued and since govt decined to file a counter it was reserved for final orders on 23.10.2008.
9. In addition we have filed several complaints on the Public Grievance Cell of GNCTD and Deptt of Public Grievances, GOI, Commr Delhi Police
10. The vigilance cell had conducted a hearing on 7.10.2008 and advised the owners to meet the Hon’ble LG of Delhi. Appointment with LG not yet given.

In the light of the foregoing the owners are aggrieved that
· the civic agency has failed to examine the legality / validity of the statutory sanctions obtained by the said govt agency to occupy built-up private property and illegally occupy the same without following the statutory procedure under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
· Public funds have been used against the provisions of the statute and in violation of Art 300-A of the Constitution of India to grab private property and demolish built-up office premises and engage in unlawful activities thereat since 26.4.2008.
I am 86 years and in lawful use of the said premises since 1956. I am deeply traumatized by the above events and fail to understand how the various authorities can ignore the orders of the Hon’ble CM of Delhi as well as other independent govt. agencies.

Sub: Complaint-encroachment of road & footpath

Dear Sir
We wish to draw your kind attention towards following encroachments made by house no. B-1/8 Rana Partap Bagh, Delhi

1. The party has covered whole of foot path with grill and entry gate.
2. A steep concrete ramp has been made for entry of their car covering full footpath.
3. The ramp has further been extended to road where people are walking.

The above encroachment has resulted in great inconvenience for the public. People have to walk on the road instead of footpath. Now the new extension of steel ramp has covered the road as well. Other people opposite have also followed the examples.

We request you for a survey and remove all the encroachment from road and footpath as well, including both the ramps of concrete and iron in the interest of public at large.

In this regard we further wish to state that how so ever influential the person may be, no body is above the law.

MCD — Foot Path Has not been built.

From House No. 1 to 12 of CU Block Pitampura, Delhi 110088, the footpath has not been built for last 15 years. The hightening of nullah adjacent to house NO. CU-1 to 12 has not been done since long. REsidents has given shape to space in front of their home according to their will. As a result the water stagnates on the road and results in ditches on the road. The footpath of other nearby places except these 12 hosues has not been built three four times in the last 15-18 years. Why this road is being ignored.

Dear Sir,
I am a resident of 49, Bharat Nagar, New Friends Colony Lane opposite to Deep Sweets.
2-3 Junk sellers and few Garages encroached the whole lane illegaly and they have occupied the whole lane by there waste and junks by unauthorised occupation of Junk. When we complaint to the concerned authority, they simply collect money from them and went back. It is humbly requested to kindly take a neccessary action and to get rid o[censored]n-necessary junk and waste from the lane.

MCD — Encrochments on footpath

Dear Sir,

On busy road called GTB Hospital Road, from GT Road to GTB Hospital there are lots of encrochments. There are two meat Shops on the pavement where liqure is also consumed after 8.00 P.M. One person has built a worship structure on the footpaht itself. Besides these there are other vendors, mechinics, Pan shops etc. All the shops are working from the garages alloted to the residents of the flats of A Block, Dilshad Garden, Delhi. I hope some action will be taken to remove all these sops/structures.

HI SIR,

ASHOK NAGAR 54 BLOCK VEDIC MARG, TIHAR ROAD THERE IS AN OLD FURNITURE STORE NAMED JANTA PURANA FURNITURE AT 54/17 BUILDING.
THE SHOPKEEPER HAS BLOCKED THE FULL FOOTPATH WITH OLD FURNITURE ITEMS.
MANY TIMES PEOPLE ASKED HIM NOT TO BLOCK THE FOOTPATH BCAUSE PEOPLE PASS THROUGH THIS AT RAINY TIME AND MORE. BUT HE SAYS I PAY RS. 500 TO DELHI POLICE AND RS. 500 TO MCD. NO BODY DARE TO ASK ME NOT TO OBSTRUCT THE FOOTPATH. BUT PEDESTREINS ARE FACING PROBLEM DUE TO HEAVY RAIN AND WATER INFECTED ROAD THERE IS 2 FEET WATER ON THIS ROAD WHEN IT RAIN 10 MINUTES.
PLZ RESIST THIS FOOTPATH BLOCKAGE AND TAKE ACTION AGAINST CORRUPTED POLICEMEN AND MCD ASSOCIATES.

SIR THIS COMPLAINT AGAINST ENCOUROCHING THE ROAD OPPOSITE THE GURUDWARA KHAZAN BASTI MAYAPURI PHASE 2 NEW DELHI 110064

This is to bring to your notice that we are resident of village Pat Par Ganj Delhi-110091. There is a road passes inside the village. The road actually so wide 10 years back that there was DTC buses uses to move. There was a registered route of DTC 321 bus passes quite easily through the road. But in the present scenario the encroachment done by the people residing along with road. The condition become severe that even two cars have lot of difficulty to pass. There is always a position of Jam due to very less passage space left for vehicle movement. This road is very important as it connects Laxmi Nagar to Mayur Vihar. Even with naked eye the encroachment can be seen, the old shop and now the encroached new entry of the shops. Seeing the same even the encroachment is happening in the streets as well due to which the movement of children’s, women’s and old aged is restricted.

Is there any authority will take the same in consideration and do needful.

Builders are very active in the area and with the same level of increasing encroachment it will be very difficult to live in the vicinity.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I am Ram Kumar Verma living in 10 khyber pass market first floor near civil lines Delhi 54.

There is a Dhaba (Pradeep Chicken House) running in the ground floor from last three months without concerned authorities license. The Dhaba owner serves alcohol and also allows people to bring and drink alcohol inside the dhaba. This has made the atmosphere around in very discusting. We have our staircase next to this dhaba and people coming to that shop often use our stair case for the same. These people eve tease and has made lives of females living in that building miserable.
We have complained about the same to Dhaba owner many times but of no use. Would request you to take some action against him at the earliest.

this letter aims to draw your attention about main (nala) road of Block-H Ganga Vihar which has been cut near Gokal village, resulting thousand people of Ganga Vihar, Johari Pur as well as Bhagrithi Vihar are Facing Taffic Jam.MCD has destroyed a Main Road without giving any substitute road.I urge the concerned authorities on the behalf to construct the road soon and till then a substitute road Must be given to residents of the Ganga Vihar, Johari Pur as well as Bhagrithi Vihar

I PARKED MY CAR ON NEHRU PLACE PARKING NEAR PARAS CINEMA EVERYDAY. PARKING MAN DEMANDED RS. 40/- FOR PARKING. I REFUSED TO GIVE HIM RS 40/- as it was not parking rate. HE LOWERED it to Rs.30. When i saw parking slip thoroughly, i saw he had not cut the slip properly. The actual printing on parking slip was (5 scooter 10 car 30 tempo per entry) but he has cut the parking slip from such a place that is shows us ***cooter 10 car 30 tempo per entry**** Every person gave Rs. 30/- to Rs.40/- for every entry for park the car.

This needs serious attention to check the irregularity of Parking.

we are the resident fo janakpuri c-3/11, janakpuri are facing the severe problem of sewage pipiline leackage. despite complaining several time to MCD. delhi they simply peforms their formal duty of inspection and they comes here one, s ina week and went back without the solution

The situation here is very hazardous, and still growing inhigenic day by day, shops and the residence here is floded with sewage water. The very seriouse situation rasing here as the entire sewage is finally going inside the the dumped handpump water pipe for last two month.

the street dogs are troubling in Vasant Kunj D-3 spl in night time they are staying in doorsteps .

MCD — Street Dogs in the Colony - Very Dangerous

This complaint is about the increasing danger to the residents (women and children) in the colony due to STRAY DOGS. There are at least 15 – 20 stray dogs in the colony moving freely. These dogs are infected, seems to have various deceases, hungry and fearless. They move in small groups and it is becoming dangerous for children, women and elderly people to move out on the road. The situation is getting worse every day and it is becoming difficult to step out for a walk without the fear of these dogs biting anyone. There have been several incidents of these dogs attacking the children and woman.

The complaints have been made in the past as well but there have been no action so far. We are constantly living in the fear of these dogs since it is beyond our control to ward them away.

It is a humble request to kindly remove these stray dogs away and let the people feel safe. I hope this complaint will not go unanswered and you will take necessary action at the earliest and oblige.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi is a corrupt body no doubt. But its elected councilors openly indulge in all kinds of law twisting nefarious activities. Who bothers about Delhi's trees? Here you see an MCD councilor by the name of Praveen Gupta of the Bahujan Samaj Part (BSP) getting an Amaltas (Cassia fistula) tree, the Golden Shower Tree, cut, in spite of he having sent his brother to Delhi High Court to get an order on 23 October 2009 to have the tree transplanted elsewhere. But the folly of all follies, Praveen Gupta did not even want to pay for the transplant, so the tree was quickly killed way back in August by his men, but the High Court was never informed. So, the High Court passed an order to transplant a dead tree, which was ridiculous to you and me. But it made sense, because the law took its course, the officers did write reports and they guided Praveen Gupta into the art of tree killing in Delhi. So, after Gupta loses the next elections, he could very well start a consultancy to help all the future tree removers in Delhi. He is sure to get good business, as Delhi now only needs cars, roads, flyovers, smog and millions of disposable potted plants for the 2010 Commonwealth Games! So, obviously, Delhi CM Sheila Dikshit is a very busy lady, although she seems to have a lot of concern for the trees.

MCD — corruption

we are living in New Kondli market in east delhi. The MCD cleaning (Naali) staff here is demanding Rs 1000/- from each shop or otherwise they are pulling all the garbage from the naali in front of the shops. They are creating a real mess and no one cares to listen. Pls do something................

I am a resident of 125B Pkt. C1Mayur Vihar PhaseIII. The MCD workers are not cleaning the street on daily basis not even once in a month. They clean the sewage and place the waste by the side of the road. The villagers near this area also throw their garbages in front of our house.And the villager's cattles are often staying (tied up) in front of our house. And leakages in the pipeline also worsen the situation. The roadside is now like a ploughed farm land.The wastage and water lying in the roadside couples chance of mosquito breeding. The unhealthy surrounding cause many diceases to the residents of this locality

Sir,
Nallahs were newly constructed in Trilok Puri area, east Delhi recently. During this construction, drainage from the streets were closed so that no water goes to nallah under contruction.
But now after the construction has been done, even now the drainage in the streets are closed due to which lot of mosquitoes are growing. It has been horrible in the night and here may break any disease any time which may be uncontrollable.

please look into the matter as soon as possile and get the matter resolved. ...
