More than 25 families are staying on the below address, we are facing problem that stagnation of water during rainy session in front of the house even the road side water also entered into the area and stagnated.Regarding this had given many complaints to municipality but there is no reply and action.so many days taken for drying water, there is no way to drain water.We are not able to do the day to day activities. Most of the families are having child and senior citizion.Please save us from the fever and releted problems.

I am Sunil Kumar, Residence of F-2 School Raod Khanpur, New Delhi-110062, we are highly bother about the incorchment of "Raidy Hawkers" (small shopkeeper) oon our school road. we have already complaint at MCD office verbly. But there is no possitive responce. Now we are using the road only 10 feet rest road have incorched by the other residencial. Because of this incorchment we face the traffic jam problem & accidents, In case of any emergengy (fire and medical facilities) there will be a big problem to reach there target. this is the only road which connect Jwahar Park, Krishna park, & many parts of devli village, final we are compleainting you with hope that you will see this matter. We will highly oblidge to you.

The roads in Nil block, Malviya Nagar are unothorisly occupied by shops and extension of the residences, making ramps and straircase right upto the half of the road width in some case and MCD and Police have not taken any action in removing them resulting in more coverage even by the law abiding citizens who otherwise feel befooled by the concerned departments. this has resulted in frequent brawls over petty issues pertaining to parking and even in some cases it is very difficult to drive through a lane where even two vehiles can not pass side by side.

A timely action will give a lot of relief and mental peace to law abide citizens and create the feeling of brotherhood in neighbours.

An early and serious action by the department will be in the interest of all and also stop the corrupt officers from corrupt practices.

mishappening can be occured at any time in the rainy season.
IIIrd floors is construcing maximuming height in tha main road area.

i want to state that i own a property[protected] s.p mukharjee marg, pili kothi, behind fire brigade, delhi 6. the property 1560 which is also the first floor a of malba is lying on the roof top and lot of water get collected on it. which is resulting in increase of dengue, malaria mosquitos. so please take a look on it to prevent these kind of infecitions to breed.

Hello All,

This is to bring to your notice that the drain in front of the MIG flats 38 and 37 shiekh sarai phase -1 new delhi, has stagnant water .So as a resident of the flat 38-c, I request you get the drains cleaned .

This would prevent the mosquitoes germinating in the stagnant dirty waste water and would prevent the diseses spread by the mosqueto bites.

A need full action is expected from your end to ge the drain cleaned as soon as possible .

Please let me know if this is not the correct forum for the complaint.

Till a few months back, we were fortunate to have an inspector coming to the premises at A-Block, 7 Raj Narain Road, Civil Lines, Delhi-110054 to spray insecticide. No one is visiting any more. Mosquito breeding in the area is becoming a major problem, particularly in the wake of filth piling up in the uncovered and uncleaned drain behind on Bela Road just below the National Highway. This drain has remained an unattended project for several years now and seems to be getting no attention. The Municipal Councillor for Ward No 114 has apparently stopped taking phone calls adding to the distress. I wonder if this agency is functional at all. Please help.

I am a resident of Mahavir Enclave from last three years. This is to inform you that the road condition of Dabri Palam road is so bad that no one want to visit our place and it is difficult for us to leave our house with Car. people can not go out because of the bad condition of this road and this is very unfortunate that MCD is not doing anything for this road from last three years.

This road was constructed few months back however the material was so bad that in just one rain it got washed off and you can see path holes on the read clearly. This road is not good even to drive a car.

MCD should do something about the road construction as govt is spending lot of money to bild these roads. Even our prime minister has shown his concern regarding the anomelies in road construction.

I would like to register the complaint against my neighbours S/o Kashi Ram’s, House No.-1, Humayun Pur, there is a BLOCKED PIPE LINE back side of their house sine 1 year. The whole day the filthy water keeps coming out in the lane. The dirty water from the Pipe Line made the whole lane smelling because of dirty water. The People of our lane told them many times to repear it, but they are not bothering. Please take necessary action and rectify the problem as soon as possible. I am Sure No action will be taken but still I want to register and Complaint about the road from Noida to Okhla(Kalandi kunj). There is lot of Traffic snarls occurs due to Damage of Road in the evening. So If the Road are Repaired or Constructed, Traffic snarls can be Avoided.

The condition of road leading to Shivaji marg is very deplorable. Its is difficult even for the vehicle to drive cross that way. There are potholes on the roads, the roads are not uniform further the condition is deteriorated in times of rainfall.

Dilapidated condition of road in front of Deen Dayal Upadhya Hospital and the road on the Nangal Flyover (while coming from Kirby place side) is so bad that even if somebody wants to walk on that particular stretch of the road, will take atlease five minutes and slip several times. the condition of the roads of village ranhola (near nangloi) is worst ever, just after the completion of the lagislative election all the village roads has been dugged, that roads made in very proper sence just before the two or three months of elections, how can the public consider it, as the election stunt or the wastage of the public money, millions of repees used to make the roads and again to dug it out, anyway now the condition of our village road is very bad even any four wheelar or two wheelar is hard to cross, its impossibe to cross in night, its become worst in rainy or spring season, every day huge amount of damrage occured in passerby vehicles, all the nalis are blocked due to it and all the waste drain comes on the dugged roads that results in coming dirty water in taps and the way become muddy that is dangerous..who is responsible for it.All the roads of Ranhola go on inviting the accidents and same has occured many times.

illegal meat shop in street

Hello sir I filed a complaint online at mcd website having a number GRV/SNZ/2014/041636 on 18th of Nov. almost one month has passed but no action is being taken.please sir take the needful action as soon as possible.

no response.I had submitted my complaint about overflow of water from mcd supply line from last couple of months and harming the basement of the building of Maheshwary aptt. sector 14 rohini delhi 110085.Nothing is being done in the matter.

Our faimly resides in P-79, South Extension Part-II, New Delhi-110049. Every now and then a sewer line which belongs to a LAL dora village Masjid Moth, which happens to be our border and incidently was illegally connected to our South Extension sewer line, long time ago, overflows and the sewage passes right in front of our gate. It causes a lot of horrible smell and is a horrible sight for anyone who looks at it.
It has made our lives miserable as there is no respite from this problem, due to no action by M.C.D authorities. Can anyone please help?

No Street Drains — No Street Drains

I am logging this complaints regarding non availability of street drains in our locality, H-Block Vikaspuri New Delhi. Because of this water blocked in front of my house, H-67 Vikaspuri and that cause the foul smell and also lead to Mosquito born diseases like Malaria and Dengu..
Well, don't know where to go for this, as looked out for MCDOnline , talked to MCD employee but of no use. So finally i though let me put my compliant on this site.

Yes. I also faced the similar problem on 27/12/16. I went there ( Defense Colony)around 10.15 pm at Moets for dinner. The parking person gave me ticket @Rs.20/hr. I just want to know is it the right charge at this hour in night? I came out at 11.40 pm and he charged me Rs.40. I feel these parking people are charging the citizens illegally. Can anybody confirm that the actual charge and parking timing.

Its feels most irritated while writing this complaint as it feels that democracy is only the play game for certain people and no one is there to listen to the grievences of Public. As after several complaints to Muncipal Councillor ( Devendra MOhan Katyal) the Road which was Uprooted by His orders in December'2008 has not been constructed.

He is converting garge into LG Flat. He is covering unauthorised space also. How he can make the LG in the garge whereas people are facing problem in parking their cars. I would like to draw your attention to our colony Devli Apartment inside the village DEOLI in south dellhi. For a long time i.e. approximately 8 years we are out of water connection of Delhi Jal Board. No pipe line connected to our colony. This is our earnest request to you see this matter as a top priority basis so that this colony can survive otherwise the colony people are dying without water.

I am a resident of Deoli, Nai Basti, New Delhi - 62. I, as a citizen of India, demand the concerned MCD people to visit the road from Deoli to Sangam Vihar. It is a nightmare for people with car, bike or for people who walk with unhygienic situation. Nobody cleans up the garbages here causing clogging of drains and water logging. This in turn increases the risk of many diseases like dengue, malaria, flu etc.

The Deoli Road was re-constructed this year and we were happy to see some development at least. But much to our regret and our bad fate that the monsoon has eaten up the entire NEW road within four months of construction. It is evident that except quality many things were involved in the works.

We live in the capital of India, pay proper property tax and in return do not get our basic right to live in a healthy environment. I am really ashamed to express my grievances towards the authority.

I am resident of Saket K-Block, residing in K-17, the bushes around our houses have grown so big that it is attracting lot of monkeys inside the house specially balcony and terrace. We are unable to keep balcony door open and dry our clothes. Even if a slight window is kept open the squirrels are getting inside the flat. Please do the needful by clearing the bushes so that squirrels and monkey do not attack inside the house.

I am residing in prem nagar new delhi 3 nearby safadarjang turminal. A park located between block number 25 and 26 is required arigation. Plants are becoming faint and one corner there is huge of rabish.

I would like to write that a space right next to a Shiv Mandir being opposite the MCD office in Rajouri Garden is under construction in garb of a fancy tent cloth covering to avoid any detection of any kind. The place is on a turn at Vishal Market Tagore Garden Extention, very near to Rajouri Garden Police Station and MCD office. Vehicle movement is very congested as only one vehicle can move at one time, thus blocking way for movement. This has made a mockery of all laws governing illegal contruction.
The total DDA land area encroached is 40 sq. yard. In back of this they were using as Car Parking. They built a full fledged room.
This is my 2nd reminder as no action is been taken yet for my 1st complaint.

I have submitted an application no 643 to MCD Green Park office about a month ago regarding cutting down a large tree out side my boundary wall, as a large portion of it fell down in a duststorm. Now the rest of the tree is tilting on one side and may fall anytime injuring passerbys or damage the boundry wall. I have attatched the application with the photograph of the tree as well as the mandatory undertaking on a stamp paper of the value of Rs 50. The inspection has also been done by your designated person. Please remove the tree as soon as possible before more damage is inflicted.

I stay in KD-105, PITAMPURA, DELHI-88. The trees on the back side of the house have grown so big that the sun is blocked completely.
Also there are people who climbs upon jamun tree and enters are balcony.You are requested to please trim the trees as we have old parents who are unable to sit and enjoy the sun, and also we will hve to glow lamps during day time which result in wastage of energy.

We are resident of Durga Vihar, a small colony in south delhi. Here mostly each one are well educated and believe in Delhi Goverments.

We the resident of Block B, Quarter Number 133 to 148 is suffering for an illegal encroachment in front of one house. Actually he was recently redesign his whole house around 200 feets area. Now he made one basement and above that two floor for rental purpose. while he was redesign his house whole line of our colony suffering but that is not much issue.

Now he made a very big pavement( For Bring All rented persons bring there vehicles above), which is takes very much lenght, width and height . It is cover half road of colony. Each and every one living in this line suffer from that. We also lodge complaint regarding that at nearest police station but no any action taken till date.

I requested to you kindly take this matter on urgent basis. We are in trouble for last 2 months.

Also request you let us know what next step we will take again this illegal encroachment. So that i will bring this matter in notice of RTI or PGC.

Hi,

I am Shailendra resident o[censored]CO Apartments, sector-9, plot no.34, Rohini, Delhi- 110085. We have noticed from last one year the local sweapers (MCD sweapers) are contineously dumping the local garbage during the morning time at the back area of our residential society. Infact there is a pre-nursery school (Shemrock) and another day boarding school (Himalaya Public School) just beside the site.

We have told these sweapers several times not to dump the garbage, but they really don't care and reply back saying they are MCD staff and the garbage will get removed by the MCD transport soon. However, once or twice a month MCD truck and a crane comes to remove 20% of the garbage and get vanished from the site in just half an hour (they might be reporting their department the work is done).

My major concern is that the open area is becomming the dumping ground for the local garbage that too because of the MCD staff.

MCD inspectors often visit our residential societies to check and isue 'Chalaans' for spreading Dangue etc. but nobody cares about the same department is making a mess just under our nose everyday.

I am hoping someone will be able to sort this issue soon.

AFTER ALL WE ARE THE ONES WHO ARE ACTUALLY PAYING THE SALARIES TO GOVT. EMPLOYEES by regularly paying the income tax.

MCD garden deptt — non removal of garbage in park DG2- Vikas puri

MCD persons cut the trees but not removed its branches and grass has not been cut by them. The park is situated in last row of DG-II-SFS flats 116 to 140. pl advise concerned deptt to get the things right. Garbage is piling up around creating health hazardous.

1- Firstly, I am fed up of the garbage that is thrown by the people living here.They used to throw there garbage in the street only, by which the street looks and smells like hell. This is regarding extented constructions in one of the streets in A block ganesh nagar PO Tilak nagar New Delhi -18 { Street from Address A-115 (Back Side) to A-122 }.
Residents by watching each others activity constructed slabs which takes the space of the street end up by mess in that street.
If 1 car is parked even a two wheeler cant b passed from that street.
Many problems like car parking, blockage of road are the consequences.

Reading grievances of our citizen on this portal seems not being address. What can we expect with MCD?. The department does not even properly comply responding to RTI applications.The citizens, the administrators and protectors are very well aware greesing the palms seems the only way mechanism works, that too if you are lucky and if the opposite party's greese is the higher side nothing happens.

There are supervisors, inspectors for every area of the municipality. Interestingly, the citizen has to make complain to address issues of their responsibilties. Why are we paying this officials? Their salaries can be better used by RWA or Association of people to redress their grievances. Neither a councillor, MLA, MP really makes an effort to visit their constituencies regularly. They appear to be good on pointing fingers to the opposition party & do blame game while the public suffers. Not only this even in our neighbourhood somebody has to construct or renovate anything may be house or shop they put such things against our house which not only damages our house outside walls but also makes my place filthy around.
Not only this they every time throw their garbage against my house and make it look dirty all around. Even sweepers have to use our house for gatheing all the garbage from roads. It creates a lot of nuisance and pollution that spreads too many diseases infact we all have caught by severe fever due to all this. I, hereby request you to consider our issue and get us resolution as soon as possible.

This is to bring to your notice that there is serious unauthorized rooftop construction (on 2nd floor) going on in C4D block Janakpuri which has made the life of the residents miserable.

Mr. R. K. Malhotra r/o C4D / 50C, Janakpuri, New Delhi – 110058, is done unauthorized construction at the aforesaid address. He has already illegally added the 3rd floor and publicly making a mockery of all building byelaws and MCD regulations.

Local residents of this area have given several warnings to him to stop the unauthorized construction but he has ignored / neglected all such requests and this is causing great threat to the safety of the neighbours as the building structure is very weak. (Crack develop in the flat – 2nd floor)

Such unauthorized construction is a serious threat to the peaceful living of this residential area and it is therefore prayed before your good self that immediate action should be taken against him on illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

When the municipal workers clean the open drains near the school, they leave the front side drains of the school uncleaned and deliberately accumulate lot of muck there and ask for exhorbitant amount. They are engage in the Iron Sheet Cutting Business for which they have installed Heavy Power Iron-Sheet Cutting Machines. The factory creates noise pollution.

The above said factory unit is highly polluted creating loud noise while cutting Iron Sheets which is hazardous to the health of my family. Further, due to loud sound and vibrations of the machines the walls of our house have cracked at number of places. These cracks have been repaired by us a number of times but of no use as the vibrations are creating new cracks due to which the building of our home is becoming more weak day by day. Sir, I am a retired person and also adding that my wife is a Heart Patient and I am suffering from High Blood Pressure due to above mentioned factory and its noise pollution.

As your honored self known that, Hon’ble Supreme Court has already passed a direction to the competent authorities for not to functioning/stopped/shift/closed down the hazardous/heavy factories in/from the residential areas which are creating pollution/problems to the surrounding people but after that, the above mentioned factory owner is running his factory unit freely without any coercion of law.

Sir, kindly note that this factory unit has not renewed their licence after 11.08.2000 and has already fined a challan for Rs.6000/- (approx.) by MCD in year 2006. SDM (West) Mr.Pramod Kumar has directed to stop functioning from the premises which later taken to TIS Hazari Court and resulting the case back to SDM (West) court which is pending for last 2 months (approx) and the factory unit is still functioning.

In the light of above circumstances, it is my humble request to you to save me and my family members’ lives and property from this hazardous factory unit and passed or take the immediate action to SEAL THE FACTORY UNIT on the said premises.

You will be obliged and your prompt action will highly be appreciated.

Can a SOCIETY/HON.SECRETARY/HON.CHAIRMAN stop the goods of a member.

We are residents of Mansarover Garden near Hotel Jageer Palace, C-6/1, Mansarovar Garden.Ring Road, New Delhi. We are facing a very big problem of noice pollution due to the generators voice in the back side of the hotel. There are many suspected drunken people are also stayed in the unauthorised room constructed by the hotel in the back lane of the hotel. Suggest if there is any rule to remove them from the back lane of the hotel jageer palace. There is no action taken by the govt. authorities after sevral complaints. all the officers are taking huge bribe from the owner of the hotel. All the illegal activities like prostitution, gamblling are going on in this hotel jageer palace.

We are residents of Bagichi peer ji near pratap nagar metro station delhi110007.Its been more than one year the road in front of our homes has been dug to the extent not more than 2 people can walk together on dat road.People throw their garbage inside it to fill it up but if this continues the area would not remain a place to live in .All residents faces problems as they cannot bring their vehicles in the area, and has to park it kms away from home.Now monsoon is also about to hit Delhi if the road wont get filled the water definately goin to fill in it as it happened last year also .There is no cleanliness in that area .
We the residents of Bagichi Peer would be very thankfull if someone could sort out our problem.

New Delhi -110018. He constructed 2nd floor in his own house last year. Which is not passed by government. But now he construct 3rd floor which is also illegal. He made by his own risk. Last year no one from you take any action against him. Delhi police was involved in this case and take any step.
