Respected Sir/Madam,


This is in connection with the prior case discussed with you via Email regarding unauthorized and hazardous working of a factory unit engaged in Iron Sheet Cutting Business. Please note that the same matter had been transferred to SDM (West Zone), Rampura via competent authorities after your sympathetic and favorable efforts which had been continued till around 10 months but had no positive output came out with. So, we would like to draw your kind attention and seek your sympathetic consideration once again in the matter given as under :

1. In my neighbourhood there is one factory unit under the name and style M/s Deepak Steels at 332/2, Chand Nagar, New Delhi – 110 018, owned by Mr. Khairatilal Sachdeva. They are engage in the Iron Sheet Cutting Business for which they have installed Heavy Power Iron-Sheet Cutting Machines.

2. The above said factory unit is highly polluted creating loud noise while cutting Iron Sheets which is perilous to the health of our family. Further, due to loud sound and vibrations of the Machines the walls of our house have cracked at number of places. These cracks have been repaired by us a number of times but of no use as the vibrations are creating new cracks due to which the building of our home has become weak.

3. Sir/Madam, please note that this factory unit is functioning in a residential area and the Government of N.C.T. of Delhi has already directed to shift their factory to an Industrial Area and close down their factory at the existing locations, failing which, strict action will be taken against them.

4. But, these persons are not adhering to these instructions and are still functioning their activity even after having their plot at the Industrial Area. The working hours of his factory are 9:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. We have requested them a number of times to shift their factory to the Industrial Area but they are openly saying that they would run their factory at the above mentioned place. Due to their factory, myself and my family members are suffering a lot.

5. In the light of above circumstances, you are requested to depute your Inspector to visit and check the situation and order them to close down their factory and shift it to the Industrial Area at the earliest where they’ve allotted a plot.

6. Also, keep on notice that I am a retired person and suffering from disease of High Blood Presure and my wife is a Heart patient.

7. As said at the beginning that the case was transferred to SDM (West Zone), Rampura. But, most of the time the Officer was engaged in meetings and when he took the case, each time he asked us why we were not complaint earlier and why any person other than we people from the neighbourhood not making complaints. Sir/Madam, we had nothing other than dates from the Officer. My son was working at Noida at that time. So, It was not possible for him to avail that much of leaves. Even after putting his best efforts to the case, no positive result came out. So, he decided to withdraw the case. But now, their functioning has become more hazardous due to their work load and after the case. If you don't take the prompt action against the Unit, we will go for higher authorities and file a case againt them.

So, your goodself are requested to take the matter on priority basis and seek your attentive and forceful response to move their unauthorised functioning unit from a Residential Area to the Industrial Area.

I had applied for birth certificate of my ward who was born on[protected] at Teerath Ram Shah Hospital, Tis Hazari, Delhi Mother's Name: Renuka, and i had been asked to collect my ward's birth certificate from Civil Lines M.C.D Office. I had got d birth certificate on the date it was to be given but the Fathers' Name mentioned in the Certificate was Mr. K.B Kumar, which is not the correct name while the correct name is Mr. K.P Kumar and also the house address mention in the certificate was incomplete ( i.e the full house address is P-36/C-1 Dilshad Garden, Delhi -95 and not P-36/C D.D.A Flats Dilshad Garden). so we had applied for the correction of the same and we had got the certificate for correction of father's name and house address from the hospital, but after applying to the M.C.D for the same and even after providing all the required documents we had got a slip from the M.C.D Office containing a number( 740704) and the date of getting the corrected certificate was 28/ 02 / 2011. But even after 60 days we have still not got the certificate and no proper information has also been given to us by the concerned authority about the time at which the birth certificate will be available.Kindly look into the matter.i shall be highly grateful to you for the same.

Street dogs

I would want the dogs to be removed from C17 south extension part 1 It has become impossible to go out if house as they are full time sitting outside house, no visitor comes in as they are scared of street dogs.

iam plannin to shift in dwarka mod area near da metro station dwarka mod, but as i saw dere dat most of the drains are uncoverd, i was deeply saddened to see area near a metro station preserved in such way.i would really like to request the mcd chancellor of that area to look into the matter and order the closure of these drains.the open drains causes a lot of inconvenience to the residents as well as the people travelling in dat area, also it fuels in diseases like malaria & typhoid.since this area is located around the metro station & shares boundary with dwarka, at least it's drainage system should be improved alongside providing some parks in the area, which are non existent there.

Dear Sir,

I am a resident of JG-II, Vikaspuri and am facing a lot of problem due to the blockage of drainage system ( main line). After a repeated number of complaints, the matter has not yet been solved. whenever i go to ask about the matter, the persons on duty give me baseless excuses that they have tried to clear the blockage but in vain, we have to bring some machine to clear up the same. When i asked them to give me the phone number of their Sr. Official, they said that they can't give me the number no do they have official number. Just can't understand the way of working.

I am residents of S35-A, Parampuri, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. Last year our street had gone pucca with drainage canal. But till date this newly drainage canal uncovered. Owing to which so many hazards has been facing by the residents of the colony. Children and old age people generally falls in the draining canal and got serious accidents. Moreover when you would park your vehicle two or four wheeler in the street it is not sure when your vehicle will go down in the open drainage canal. It is our humble request to the competent authority please look into the matter so that unexpected happings could be avoided.

This is to Bring to your notice that the uncovered drain on the side of BG-314 Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, Delhi – 110042 is a cause of concern for several reasons –
1. Since the drain is not covered it acts as a breeding ground for mosquitoes/ moths, which are causing diseases like malaria.
2. Polythene bags are often dropped into the drain as it is open, this leads to blockage of the drain, further stagnation of collected water.
3. Every few weeks the cleaners come, take out the junk from the drain and leave it outside. This is again very hazardous to the people living in the vicinity.
4. People in the area who have tea / food stalls are suffering because of the unhygienic surroundings.
5. The junk from the drain also leads to traffic jams.
Please make arrangements for closing the drain and arrange for regular cleaning of the area to bring back the hygiene to the locality.
We sincerely hope that this request will be taken seriously and the necessary steps will be taken at the earliest.

my childran name is mayank hes date of birth is[protected] in ddu hospitat in delhi but mcd employ is change my name My name is Virender kumar but he written was Virender Sing.
Therefore I requested you to correct it. I am sending original voter id card alongwith proof of father name (copy of ration card).
