Subject: Complaint regarding blocked sewage

Respected Sir,

I, VINAY KUMAR a resident of C-361 Raghubir Nagar New Delhi, West District-110027. i would like to bring to your kind notice the extensive blockage of the sewage in the C Block JJ Colony Raghubir Nagar. Due to this local residents have to face detrimental effects of polluted water. The increasing amount of contaminated diseases is a growing concern. The blockage of the sewer line has been a concern for last week. Kindly please fix this problem ASAP.

This is to bring to your notice, i m residence of D-53/54A, sarswati garden, 3rd floor, Pin 110015. In which there are ground + 3 floor. As i am owner of anu rani of 3rd floor. Ist floor and second floor have covered the extra place of balcony to make the Living room, Bathreeom and Bedroom big. Due to this extra load is coming on the building which they have covered illegaly. I fear that Building can come down.Please Take a action and demolish the extra space which they have covered. Mr. Neeraj Sharma owner of first floor has forcly put one extra tank on my terrace without my permission at my absence which i have legal rights of terrace and beacuse of load and seapage my one room is not in position for living due to smell and seapage. In that room all the plasters has come down and bricks are showing. i fear one day the entire roof will come down because of load and seapage.Therefore you are requested to kindly demolish the extra tank which is not covered in register deed of this flat.Please take act on as soon as possible beacuse i fear it is at the risk of my life.

There are approximately 20 dogs in our lane. Pl neuter them and seperate them. They are dangerous.

Pruning of trees, the tree kept bending towards the road and the jamun kept falling in our house and family members get slip and insects are growing on tree leading to disease. Please take action as soon as possible. Just trim the tree as soon as possible we will plant two trees in return of that but the tree is creating a big problem for us we can't park our bike cars. I request you to look into this.

MCD staff came every week but they cannot resolve my problem the water logging in my house due to savage problem.

We, the residential people of GALI JATAWARA, TIRAHA BEHRAM KHAN, DARYA GANJ, ND. Are getting tired of living in dirty and diverse alley.

There was some workers came and fix water pipe line 2 months ago but they didn't fix the road of the alley yet, hence it's getting very difficult for the women and kids to walk by and they fall so many times. The RWA committee of the area is not doing anything about this. We locals facing very hard time in this situation.
Rainy season has arrived there is dirty mud and garbage everywhere. It could spread many sort of infection and sickness in the area.

I request you to kindly take some action about this as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am resident of B-27, Shaheen Bagh, Okhla, New Delhi 110025 and want to state that right in-front of our house, there is furniture manufacturing factory, which causes a lot of noise. They start working at 8:30am and work till 5:00 pm and the very shrill noise can't let anyone work, study or sleep. Since I am into an editorial and publishing job, it is very difficult for me to concentrate on my work and do it with full efficiency. I have had made complaint to noise pollution helpline too, but no use. I often call owner too, but he says he won't stop the work. I am lone earner in my family, if this continues I am apprehensive to lose my job.

I would request you to kindly do the needful.

I want to put a complaint against GURU JI ELECTRONICS nd PUNJAB MILK STORE he puts so many boxes in our street n on the road..no one can able to walk..and whenever we request from them all the staff members nd the owners of the shops abuse with us..Please take an urgent n strict action against them...They cover our parking area also.we can't able to park our vehicle also...Pls take an strict actions.

I have writing you this latter to inform you that there is a public toilet beside my house(house no. 4826 Sabzi mandi Roshanara road chowk mata mandir gali jatav "delhi 6") for years. and me and my house members are very fed up because of that public toilet. Our house is smell bad all the time we cant ever breath properly. this may also make us sick and the biggest reason people pee out of the toilet. this is very uncomfortable, and toilet in public places is illegal now .

it is a humble request to you please take some serious action in this matter. we Believes in our gov. please take serious actions as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

It is a matter of deep concern / importance that some illegal factories thar are working in residential areas are polluting these places and are becoming main cause of making it unfavourable for human being to live in an environment of peice. What these factories are doing here in residential areas while according to the laws no body has the right to violet the laws by opening illegal factories in the residential areas and why no action is being taken on people who are taking initiative of this violence.

Now coming to the point, I am a resident of Jeewan Park New Delhi- 59 . I am not mentioning my name and House no. here as I want to keep my details confidential because I am a resident of this area and I may have quarrel with the concerned people if I expose my name here. Now coming to the problem, in this residential area some illegal factory (like: factory making clothes, export outside C- Block, Gali No-2 Jeewan Park, Som Bazar Road New Delhi -59) are working freely. These factories are hampering the piece and environment of the place. People are sick of these factories as sometimes the workers in these factories work till 12:00 Midnight and some time the whole night. As the factories are situated in between the houses of common people, people near by are not able rest and relax in day and sometime in night, it is unbearable. Working machines make a huge noise that can be heard in the street.The owners of the factory live apart in silence and other people suffer because of them. It is more difficult for people living around to sleep in piece. People living around can not expect moments of piece. Also the harmful smoke of that emerges out makes the environment contaiminated. So we the people can not tollerate and bear the working of these illegal factories in this residential area any more.

All common people can do is to request you to understand our problem by putting yourself on our place and take an immediate / fast action against such unauthorised factories in our area that are making this place like hell

This is a collective complaint by us the victims of these factories. Hoping to have a quick and strict action in this regard soon.

There is a vehicle named Maruti Suzuki Omni in our locality the color of the vehicle is dark blue. It is parked in such a way that if by chance there's an emergency at night no one can take out their car for the emergency. The person who owns that vehicle dosn't live here, they are living somewhere else. The vehicle is parked in Gali No. 59 Regar Pura Karol Bagh New Delhi 110005.

I want to draw your attention towards our pocket that there are 15 to 20 dogs in our area as they are not only dangerous to people. They have trying biting the person regularly, people face so much problems because of these stray dogs in our society. They keep barking through out the night.

I want to complain about the street dog of our locality east vinod nagar. This rog is not well and bleeding badly. And also biting people.

Request your attention to the condition of the road connecting Ulwe (Both sides)
i.e. 1. From Belapur (NMMC Office junction) towards Uran
2. From Uran towards Belapur (NMMC Office junction)

I would like to draw ur kind attention towards the inconvenience faced by the residents of Flat No- C-6A Block, Flat Nos-83& 84, Janak Puri.due to sewer blockage in the flats and the dirty water with odour smell is flowing outside the house which is health hazardous to peoples residing in that flats.It is requested that pl.get the sewer line be cleaned so that any mishap can't happen in the area.

I am a resident of Shankar park, Najagarh, Kakrola road, Najaggarh, New Delhi. The pace at which this locality has developed with all sorts of facilities like water, severage, street light connection is appreciable and it has become a place where anyone would like to live his life peacefully. But I have found that there are two vacant plot in the beginning of this area with very low fence in which everyone dump there all sorts garbage. Because of big garbage heaps many flies, insects and street dogs are getting attracted creating this place filthy and unhealthy to live. We requested people around it, but they also don't listen as garbage collector does not come in the area and pass this area from the main road itself. We requested Landlords to clean it and raise the fence but he has ignored and there is no action from him even he mis-behaved saying that I am not responsible for this garbage dumps.

Kindly take action against the landlord, so that they can clean and raise the fence so that no one can throw garbage in it also please order the garbage collector to go around the street to collect garbage.

I am the owner of E15 house no 15 sector 8 ground floor Rohini Delhi 110085 this whole property E15 house no 14 and 15 Ground Floor First Floor Second Floor third floor all are red marks which is marked by MCD on 28 July 2018 due to legal construction
However only little bit action was taken by MCD on the third floor afterthat no action taken by MCD
Requesting to demolished whole building E15 house no 14 and 15 which is red marks
If you will not take any action then I will have to go high court for writ petition to demolished the building as I mentioned
