From last 10 days this situation is hapning, drain is over flow, becouse of this there is high chances to spread illness in area, this is a humble request please take some action over this problem.

We are facing drainage problem from past 2 years ..I have spent much time in cleaning the drainage by the help of labour but stillafter every two or three days the drain gets blocked..

This complaint is regarding non cleaning of drain in Indira Kalyan Vihar Gali No-42 (C-354)Okhla phase-1 New Delhi-20.From last two months No MCD Cleaner come to clean drain by my side.When we asked them to clean drain, they denied and tell that whether you want to complain, complain it.We are forced to live in heap of garbage due to this negligence attitude of mcd employees.In the rainy season when drain get full, water flow in our houses.I request you to please look in this matter and get rid us from this problem asap.

Stray dogs increasing in SU Block Pitampura.
MCD people come to pick and tranquilize these dogs in day time when these dogs are scattered into different locations. In the night after 9 pm these dogs gather and run after every passerby. It becomes difficult to enter and exit the block. Please help.

My name is Nitin Gupta and I am a resident of C block Vishwas Park Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110059. Sewers are totally blocked and the contaminated water is overflowing on the roads from the last 4 months. Passersby on motorcycles are also injured several times while crossing.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the pathetic state of roads in our area. For the last six months,
the road has been almost impassable. We have made several complaints, but no action has been taken.
This segment was dug up for road construction and pipeline work. They did nothing neither made The road nor The pipe line for water supply. They made it even worse rough and uneven layer of concrete and soil lump was dumped on these segments which made it extremely hard to drive on these segments. Accidents are quite often happens. The surface of the road was also broken by heavy rains which have created the craters, making
the journey even worse. Most of the vehicles keep avoiding these concrete patches and stick to one side of the
road resulting in slow-moving traffic. During the rains, the road gets easily flooded.
This road serves a large number of houses in this area.
We are totally five hundred families residing in our locality. We are also facing a severe problem of growing problems of overflow of drainage.some of the houses just besides the road are in critical situation water gets in theirs houses it doesn't seem like we live in urban society in delhi.
This overflow in drainage causes the problem of bad odour and leads to growth of mosquitoes which may lead to malaria. Small children playing outside the door have already been affected by diarrhoea. Sometimes we feel vomiting and nausea.

We have already given many complaints to our local authority. They are always giving us empty promises and put rubble for temporary solution. So kindly am requesting you to look into this matter personally. If you do the needful then I shall be very much thankful to you.

There are 2 dogs in street no.3 east GURU angad nagar delhi 110092. They are very dangerous they run behind every person passes from street . The street became dumbyard because of there ### .please solve our problem as soon as possible. One family give support to that dogs and praised them on there behavior. Kindly also take some action against them.

I have submitted online complaints vide No. NorthDMC/2021/07/[protected] dated 14.07.2021 due to Builder Sh. Bobby alias Harish Sharma R/O 1786, Multani Mohalla, Rani Bagh, Delhi 110034 (M.No. [protected]) dumped Malba and Garbage in between my house walls and his newly Built/re-constructed House No. 1764, (South Side) Multani mohalla, Rani Bagh, Delhi 110034. He has not been removed even after the completion of re-constructions of House No. 1764 and 1763.

Dumped Malba and Garbage blocked the passage of Drainage and Rainy water which caused heavy seepage and moisture in my house. Seepage/ moisture generated different types of Reptiles, Warms and insects in my house. We are living under panic with fears that engendering Reptiles, Warms and insects can bite us, and they were also produced the harmful Virus, Malaria and other type of deseases/deviations.

When I insisted hard to Builder Sh. Bobby alias Harish Sharma and his team for the removal of Malba, they have started unparliamentary language, derogatory and insulting remarks. Also given threatening for involving us in some serious case and putting us in trouble.

Under the compelling and forced I have lodged complaint online Vide No.NorthDMC/2021/07/[protected] dated 14.07.2021 and MCD Officials disposed off the same day by mentioning Malba remove/ Complete without meeting to me/Complainant wheraas Malba and Garbage still available there.

I have again lodged complaint vide No. NorthDMC/2021/07/[protected] on the same day i.e. 14.07.2021 at 20.50.51besides MCD officials again disposed off by mentioning "Malba removed"/Completed without meeting to me/Complainant and also without visited the site. Whereas Malba and Garbage Still lying outside at my house.

A Copy of lying Malba and Garbage is attached herewith for your kind information and necessary action which clearly showing that Malba is still available.

It is therefore again requested to your goodself please issue instructions to Builder for the removal of Malba and Garbage.

Garbage can comes in the shokeen street/ gali no. 2 qutub vihar, New Delhi everyday but it does not comes in the adjacent gali which are a part of gali number 2 only. We have no means to dispose garbage. Kindly ask the garbage can to collect garbage from connected gali also . There are about more than 100 houses and more than 300 families residing here.

I am staying in jai vihar phase 1 Najafgarh.
It's been more than 3 years and Idelhi jal board broke all the roads of colony for the sake of making sewerage system.
Niether sewer line or roads are constructed yet.

And in monsoon life is getting horrible here.
We can't even walk fo 10meters
All over water is lying with mud and dust.

Could you pls do something.

Uncovered naala in front of mcd dispensary..posing a risk for fall, also acts as breeding ground for mosquitos and as a hub for waste disposal...it overflows during rain making it impossible to distinguish during rains...Also it produces very bad smell in the premises.
Kindly increase its height and cover it.

I want to complain about the menace of stray dogs in my colony which out numbers the human population now. Its F-block pandav nagar, gali number -6, 7 and 8. There are over 50 plus stray dogs now. They have torn apart the car covers of every car in the colony, chewed away every can antenna and have been urinating and pooping right on our door steps. The 24hrs endless barking add to more nuisance. Please help and get rid of these many dogs.

I am a resident of Mahindra Park near Adarsh Nagar. We are facing a lot of inconvenience due to the accumulation of rainwater in streets. The rain water drain in front of my house is filled with silt, the drains overflow and the dirty water is everywhere. Many times, the streets are full of water and the dirty water enters our homes. It can lead to the spread of diseases. The drainage system of our locality is extremely poor. Half of the drains are left open. Please try to find some solution for this.
