Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Blocked drain

I am a resident of K Block, DDA flats, Sheikh Sarai Phase 2, New Delhi. In front of my house there are shops including restaurant etc. There is a pathway by the side of it to the colony which is now flooded with blocked drain water from the shops. It has been blocked for more that two weeks now and no action has been taken. The drain water is now flowing upto my house as I stay in ground floor. The shopkeepers and some residents throw garbage also in the pathway. there are other nuisances also created by the shopkeepers as their over head tanks over flow which are not rectified despite several requests made.
