Stray dogs I am a student.. There are 10-20 stray dogs in our locality in new delhi gazipur village... These dogs have rabies. They bite people. Chase and bark at children and elderly. Please remove them. I think that you will be able to catch them and see my complaint seriously and take action immediately pls send some dog catcher to the place and give us some resolution.
