Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — clogged water due to sewage

I 'm a dentist and a post gratduate student i 've my clinic in kaushambi. I'm putting a complaint against mcd due to sewage it clogged all water after rain and the level so high that my electronics were flowing in it half of my dental chair was covered in it. If as a public we are reminded about are duties then where are goverment servicers, i 've totally lost my clinic nd i just started my setup 8months back and not onky mine near by all shops opposite complex everything this is really a big loss
