Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — complaining about weekly market in rohini sector 13

I want to complaint about weekly market in rohini sector 13. A restricted area is being assigned to these vendors but the stalls and thellas are not restricted to that particular boundary. They roam on road, huge traffic problem, even people park there cars on road, bhagwati hospital is in that locality, in case of emergency if a ambulance need to pass from that region it will take approx 1hour to cross that road, no security checks are there neither any police constables are their for check. I wish no misshapening should ever occur but unfortunately if in case anything happens. Their will be huge loss of lives.
I wish my complaint will be heard and required measures will be taken
