The resident of Flat No. BA-4A, DDA Flats, Munirka have extended their flat illegally by covering common area. They have illegally installed three water tanks, which are placed in such a manner that it causes continuous discharge of water into my premises, resulting in persistent water logging, dampness, and accumulation of stagnant water. This has created a breeding ground for mosquitoes, insects, and other health hazards, thereby endangering the health, safety and well-being of me and my family. The continued discharge of water and obstruction of sanitation amounts to public and private nuisance under civil law, as well as a clear breach of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957.
