Subject: Complaint Against MCD Employees for Leaving Garbage and Dirt on the Streets After Sewer Cleaning

Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your attention that MCD employees namely Monu & Pandit who come to clean the sewer in our area leave the removed dirt, sludge and garbage lying on the streets after completing the cleaning work due to which people quarrels among themselves.

This creates an unhygienic environment, causes inconvenience to residents, spreads foul smells and may lead to health problems.

It is the responsibility of the MCD employees namely Monu & Pandit to properly collect and dispose of the waste after completing sewer cleaning work.

I kindly request you to take strict action against Monu & Pandit and instruct the sanitation department to ensure that all dirt and waste removed during sewer cleaning are properly collected and disposed of immediately.
