Hi Team, I am resident of A-1 Pocket, Rohini, Sector - 8, Delhi-110085. There is a big tree in front of my house which got carried away due to heavy storms and rains last time. Now one of the heavy branch is hanging outside which can fall anytime and there are cars parked below that. Also that tree comes in between the road through which hundreds of people pass each day. Please work on it immediately to avoid unforeseen incidents/accidents.

Requesting mcd to please take this street dogs in cages as they are running behind people vehicle which causes accident. And the main cause is this children cant play outside by the fear of dogs

This society was built more than 30 years ago. Due to use of inferior quality of sariaa, pipelines and wiring many flat owners had to undertake repairs.

However, in the garb of this extensive illegal extensions and additions have been made and Continue even today. The basic structure cannot take this load and we await a disaster to happen.

Kindly have an inspection done and please put a stop to any more unauthorised constructions

I want to infrom MCD about the illegal construcation at 5th floor on the building of Sukhdham, plot 123, kakrola, New Delhi - 110078. Please take the necessary action on it.

Start Dogs Menance I am resident of P block Anupam Apartments. Stray dogs has become a big menance in our society. There are around 8-10 stray dogs that roams around whole day and night in the society. They create a hell of noise whole night. People are not able to sleep properly due to them. Children are not able to play outside the house since they are extremely dangerous. Elderly people are also facing a lot of problems due to them. You are kindly requested to look into this matter as soon as possible and take immediate action. We shall be very thankful to you. now they have a family also... They will be fount at Near society garden Anupam Apartments, Karkardooma Court, New Delhi East 110032

Few monkeys 3/4 causing destructions in our area, broken 4/5 pots, gamlas and making destructions in our balcony at second floor. There are huge two trees besides our balcony, one mango attracting monkeys. Request arrange trimming branches and also make arrangements to keep monkeys away. They may bite children or elders.

I applied for birth certificate twice on mcd website. First applied on 10th of June and second applied on 14th of June. Both were rejected and reason they are giving is address mismatch from sdm order. But i have written the same address as in sdm order. McD is really useless as they r giving wrong reason so that they can demand bribe from us.

I live in shahdara Delhi and today near Amar ashram mandir jwala nagar delhi -110032 around 11:25 am a MCD garbage vehicle was coming out of the street and I was on my two wheeler as the road was blocked the only way was street where the vehicle was coming out of and I give the way to the vehicle to pass however the driver took a turn with a fast speed causing damage to my two wheeler and hurting my leg. When I tried to talk to him that he should have warned me about taking a speedy turn, he told me he had given indicator and I was trying to overrun him by my two wheeler. Clearly it's road rash they are not supposed to take speedy turn in small streets where children are playing. I request you to please take strict action against the driver and the helper.

I am a resident of back gali near sant nirankari public school, avtar enclave, paschim vihar, new delhi 110063.The regular cleaning that is carried out by MCD (street sweepers) is not done in our street since weeks which is resulting in collection of garbage & breeding of mosquitoes . even the persons assigned for this by MCD visit our area but do not perform the job saying staff is absent, people themselves clean front of their house otherwise street remains flodded with garbage. requested you to please look into this & take necessary action so that cleaning takes place on regular basis with the proper way that it should be. even our MLA mr vineet vohra is also not taking any initiative after visiting his office repeatedly number of times.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to bring to your attention the issue of a stray dog that has been loitering in and around my building for the past few days. I am a resident of the building and I am concerned about the safety and well-being of the residents.

The dog appears to be lost or abandoned, and it is constantly barking and growling at people who walk by. It has also been digging through trash cans and creating a mess in the common areas. I am worried that the dog could pose a threat to the residents, especially children and the elderly as well as all the delievery boys specially.

I urge the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) to take immediate action to address this issue. The stray dog needs to be caught and taken to a shelter where it can receive proper care and attention. The common areas of the building also need to be cleaned to ensure that it is free from any potential health hazards.

I understand that the MCD has a duty to ensure the safety and welfare of the citizens of the city, and I hope that you will respond promptly to this complaint. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Respected Sir,

I would like to draw your attention towards this matter. We are facing a severe problem of growing problems of overflow of drainage/ Unpaved street for the last three months in our locality.

This overflow in drainage causes the problem of bad odour and leads to growth of mosquitoes which may lead to malaria. The Street work has been incomplete for past several months . Despite our many efforts, this street has not been paved. Streets are need to be construct so that we can easily walk on the street . There are so many potholes . Due to this
two - wheelers are not allowed to drive and possibilities for accidents. Along with this, when it rains, due to the accumulation of water in them, these roads are less and the ponds are more. In this situation it becomes very difficult to cross them.

We have already given many complaints to our local authority. They are always giving us empty promises and doing nothing. So kindly am requesting you to look into this matter personally. Please Construc the streets in our area. If you do the needful then I shall be very much thankful to you.

Post tree cutting wood logs and drinage digout not cleared properly from starting to end of the road . Few days back they build drinage bridge post they not removed concreate things and drimage pipe. And end of road more cut out logs and tree got accumulated post cut due to tree fall . Due to this more rat, musquito accumulated in the hide out .

An illegal Radhe Vaishno Dhaba is set up on the ground floor House 610 in LIG Flats, Hastsal, New Delhi 110059, Opposite Taneja Bakery.

Inspite of numerous requests the owner has not installed any chimney and clearly violates a lot of civic guidelines. He has his tandoor out in the open, uses illegal cylinder without a commercial license and cooks all the food in open. This leads to smoke filled air because of which the people residing in vicinity are having trouble breathing. Addtionally, during the evenings since there is no parking many negative elements of the society stop and at random park their vehicles leading to traffic jams on daily basis.

Numerous complaints have been lodged with local RWA but they have failed to act, and so have the police and local civic bodies.

Dogs in our area are growing in numbers as well as they are getting frivolous in nature. They attack anyone on the roads. Today they attacked my grandmother which left her in bad condition. Please do solve the problem as soon as possible.

This is in continuation of yesterday's complaint (24/05/2023) regarding the blockage of toilet safety tank which is full and not connecting to Silverline for the easy flow. As i am in ground floor, all the problem getting only for me

SEWER AND DRAIN BLOCKAGE

Dear Sir/Madam,

I on behalf of my locality members want to complaint about the problems we are facing since last three months because of the sewage and drain blockage in our area .We are facing sewer blockage and overflow problem from past one months in J - BLOCK, STREET NO. 1400, JAHANGIR PURI, DELHI-110033. Dirty Water is coming in street. We have complaint lots of time in sewer office by personally visiting the office but no fruit full action has been taken so far. The dirty water is coming in our homes and foul smell is spreading in the street.Kindly take an immediate action against sewer and drain blockage and overflow on priority basis to save local peoples by other illness .

Please find the attachments as our neighbor whose address is (A 39, Mohan cooperative industrial area,
Mathura Road, Near Pillar Number 301, ND-110044.) has blocked the drainage channel with concrete and cement due to which the water has been logged as shown in attachment which can cause many diseases and may damage the road.

Its my humble request to resolve the issue as soon as possible as we are facing lots of problems because of same.

I stay in Arjun Nagar, Safdarjung Enclave. There is a big Banyan tree which is leaning on the wall of my house and each time there is a strong wind, it keeps hitting the wall of the building. It is now dangerous and we need some solution to this problem else the wall will break. The tree is rooted in a park which is in front of our building and one branch extends on to our building. We gave a complaint last year, went to the MCD office several times, got the permission for pruning but no one came for the pruning. Now it is increasingly leaning on the wall. Please provide solution to this.
