Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — harassment by mcd sanitary division

Sir i'm a resident of, kirti nagar new delhi. I have been complaining since 14th july.
Below are the photos attached. This a dry leaves garbage outside my house since 7 days
Nobody is ready to pick. The mcd auto wala is not allowing us to put...
The regular sweeper is asking for rs 400. I called up the sanitary inspect name sunil ph : [protected]. He came and started harassing saying first we will do ur chalan. They are harassing and the mcd cart does not stop in front. I have contacted 7 different phone numbers and nobody is ready to listen. They are saying it's ur personal garbage.

I pay the personal sweeper. I pay the colony sweeper. Then i pay lacs of income tax. Still this is what i get. My complaint number is 1708 logged on 14th in the name of poonam chhabra
Kindly help u. We gave been contacting at various numbers.
