Dear sir, I am a student currently living on rent in Dr. Mukherjee Nagar delhi H.No. N-47 Behind btra cinema and in front of SFS Flats .My complain regarding street dogs around 10-15 in a street and there are some puppies also they are not only barking to everyone but also biting when we come out from our residence, they are dangerous.
