Dear sir,
This is to intimate you regarding the unauthorised/ illegal construction in the parking area (A. K. A bachha in the local language) which is against the building construction norms.
This is a 70 square yards, three floor building and the person who constructed this bachha owns the upper ground and the first floor, so as per the terms of the sale deed owns only proportionate right of parking area for two floors.
Rest of the equal proportions of parking space belongs to the owner of 2nd and 3rd floor residents.
The said person also has rented out this illegally constructed bachha which occupies half of parking area and continuously harasses and bullies the residents of 2nd and 3rd floor for parking space.
I, therefore, request you to intimate concerned mcd najafgarh zone officals to take immediate steps to demolish this illegal constrcution in parking area which is illegal as per the building construction norms, and also therefore protect other floor residents from continuous mental harassment and bullying by the said owner.
