To The mcd commissioner East delhi Delhi 110092 Respected sir I am the owner of flat b-63 first floor pandav nagar delhi 110092 The ground floor owmer dharmendra gupta started construction above first floor from 2015. He tortured us for two years. Now he break the stairs and the pillar supporting my wall without my concent and noc. After making whole construction because of this there is a crack came in my main door frame and a gap to the adjacent wall now he is threating us.
