Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — I'm complaining about overflow of nala

I'm a resident of Amar Colony, Nangloi and here i want to report an issue that has been in existence for quite a few time and now its grown large causing problems for everyone. In my locality, most people have uplifted the portion of street that lies right in front of their houses causing uneven level of road and that has caused the partial blockage of the waste water canals(naali). This blockage has lead the overflow of the waste water onto the streets. As there is no Sewers in the locality, it causes a lot of trouble and a feeling of disgust for the authorities as many residents have complained earlier but no actions had been taken. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
